Chapter Four

It was pretty much the same as the book I had to memorize, except for the prophecy at the end. Now thinking about it the red plants in Rivendell are most likely the corruption. Which means either Xornoth is corrupted, the champion of Exor, or both. Me falling here must have not been a coincidence.

I look at the golden stag antlers, Aeor's antlers and I feel compelled to put it on. The antlers are small, but it still fits perfectly around my head. I know that I'm most likely, no I am the champion of Aeor, which would make me a target to the corruption but I can't go home.

"Hello there champion." An angelic voice says.

"Aeor?" I ask.

"Wow you actually knew who I was."

"Context clues."

"Ah."

"Uh why are you here?"

"Well after Exor and Cohnal got banished to the spirt world. My conscience could only be in my champion, church, or my statue. My statue and church are destroyed so..."

"I'm the only thing you can be in?"

"Correct."

"You know if you didn't let Xornoth be corrupted, it wouldn't happen."

"Xornoth made that decision willingly, so I sadly can't interfere."

"Is there anyway we could help them?"

"We need to figure out what Xornoth's deal is and try to stop Exor. Though it would be most likely easier to banish them."

"Well that clearly didn't work last time. Xornoth also has full control of Rivendell."

"And more, some of your friends and others have made a rebellion to stop them."

"So that's why... do you know where they reside?"

"Nope."

"That's so useful." I sigh.

"Well you better get a move on we don't know when Xornoth is going to start looking more." Aeor says.

Time to start the journey to save my older sibling and the world. Starting with finding a rebellion.
