A little girl with h/l h/c hair accidentally dropped a plate while she was washing it. She trembled as her dual colored eyes filled with fear as she hear footsteps approach the kitchen.

Ugh! What a useless child! Can't you do something right?! An older woman ask as she grab the girl by the hand.

The little girl wince as he felt the older woman's grip tighten, she then went upstairs and went to the little girls room.

She then tossed her inside her closet, you won't be going out for the whole day" she spat and close the door.

The little girl banged at the closet door begging to be let out but the older woman had already left.

She didn't know how long she was trap inside the closet but it finally opened and stood there was her step sister holding a plate and looking at her disgusted.

Here" she said and put the plate she was holding. The little girl looked at the plate, that was filled with leftover foods.

Her step sister then walked away and slammed her door shut. The little girl picked up the chicken that had little meat left and ate it.

Y/n? She heard a voice say and the little girl woke up.

My eyes flew open and instantly sat up, I was panting heavily and look besides me to see Mikey there.

He reach out for my face and wipe something, only by then I notice that I was crying.

I hugged my knees and gently rocked myself, a habit of mine since I was little that until now I have.

Small sobs escape my lips as I continue to try to calm myself. Y/n? Mikey ask making me look at him.

I pulled his hand a little and hugged him, this clearly took Mikey off guard, but he didn't say anything and just continue to let me cry while hugging him.

Seconds later I fell asleep while crying in Mikey's arms. Mikey layed you down back at your bed and put the blanket back at your sleeping figure.

He wipe the last few tears that still flowed down on your eyes, there was something in you that changed him, just a little bit.

The next day I woke up to something hugging me from behind, I wiggle a bit to turn around only to see Mikey peacefully sleeping.

A small smile made it's way to my lips, he looks so cute up close' I thought and gently brush some of his hair away from his face.

Wait did I say cute?! ' I thought and look at Mikey again. No don't tell I'm falling for him? Yeah not possible' I thought and continue to stare at Mikey.

You know it's rude to stare at someone while they sleep" Mikey said as he opened his eyes making me flinch a little.

Can you let go of me now? I ask since he was still hugging me, he just stared at me and layed his head in my neck.

Eh? I'll take that as a no I guess? I mumbled as I continue to let Mikey hug me. Yeah I'm definitely starting to fall for him' I thought as I began playing with Mikey's soft hair.

Why is your hair so soft?! I ask with a pout as Mikey lift his head a little making our face mere inches apart by his action.

A fair amount of blush dusted on my cheek on how close we were, and his eyes where like black holes sucking me in them.

His once lifeless obsidian black eyes had a tiny bit of life in then, that one wouldn't notice if you were not to look closely in them like I was doing now.

I tried to turn my head away but failed due to mikay grabbing my chin gently making me look at him again.

What? I ask as I look at him. He layed his head back at my shoulder making me furrow my brows in confusion.

What was that about? Making me look at him then he was the one to look away' I thought with a sigh.

Come on Mikey, let me go I still need to cook us breakfast and you still have meeting along with Sanzu and Takeomi later" I said to him.

A sigh escaped his lips as he let go of me and sat up, I also sat up and stretched my body a little.

I'll go and take a shower first, I'll cook breakfast when I'm done" I said and turned to mikey.
