Chapter One - Capture
A/N: Please be wary that Senakoi does have seizures when under a lot of stress and a dude in this chapter is so dumb he thinks Senakoi is faking it. I have also never had or witnessed a seizure so I could have some details wrong. If so, please gently correct me.

Senakoi was currently having a panic attack while he tried to lock himself in a closet. He was fumbling with the lock as the tears started to stream down his face. He knew he'd done some bad things, but who hadn't? He knew Viktor had starved his people so he could eat and Ikyus almost always used guerrilla tactics. He was brought back to reality when the door knob was jostled. He internally screamed as he tried to silence himself so he couldn't be heard.
Something then slammed against the door and he screeched as he scrambled away from it, his nightgown getting caught on a loose nail. He was still crying as he tore it loose and went to the furthest part of the closet before the door was smashed in. That made him cry louder and he was almost immediately found in the large closet. He was dragged to his feet and he screamed as he was pushed out of the room. He was dragged to the throne room as he continued to cry and scream before he was thrown like a rag doll at the base of the throne. He didn't get up but instead curled into a ball.
Everyone in the room was surprised to see how he was acting and frankly, he was too. He couldn't stop his tears and there was something forcing him to scream. His throat was burning and he just wanted to be quiet, for it to stop. He needed to stop. He needed to but he couldn't, even after he was slapped across the face by a tall man dressed in white armor. He was hauled to his feet again and a cloth was shoved in his mouth to get him to shut up. It worked.
The man in the white armor visibly relaxed as the sound was muffled to a dull screeching. Senakoi was starting to get dizzy from all the screaming and he could feel his knees give out under him. The screeching stopped as he tried to toss out his dizziness and regain control. He felt a little better but his throat still burned. He was set back down and he didn't have the energy to curl up in a ball this time. He just sat there as his head stopped spinning.
"I thought you'd put up a fight, Senakoi Mekani. I wasn't expecting you to just run and hide. I am very disappointed in the king of Sobana," the man in the white armor sneered at the much smaller man on the floor who was only half listening. Senakoi was mostly focused on not passing out so listening wasn't his first priority.
"Good for you" he mumbled as he laid himself on his side. He could get a clear look at the armor now. It was hanging off the man's frame like it was too big. He knew there was supposed to be snow gear, warm clothes, under it. Senakoi smiled softly as he finally realized who the man was. It was Ikyus, the lady killer king of the Northern country. The two had met face to face before but Ikyus had been young, barely an adult.
"What?" he asked with a hint of anger in his heavily accented voice as he stepped closer to possibly slap the king again. He was hauled into a sitting position. Senakoi closed his eyes, expecting a stinging pain but it never came. The king on the floor was curious enough to wonder when the slap would come that he opened his almond shaped eyes. Ice blue ones stared back.
Ikyus had managed to calm himself before he slapped Senakoi again. He usually didn't get that mad but it was hard for him to deal with this man who seemed so horrible and cruel but then he was sobbing as he was pulled into the throne room to face his accuser. He felt some urge to comfort him, to get him to be ok. Ikyus knew that was a bad plan. He wasn't going to appear vulnerable in front of his enemy. Especially not him.
"Senakoi, I believe you know... are you even listening?" The man on the floor was just staring absently at Ikyus. Then the man started shaking uncontrollably. The guards set him down and got him on his side as fast as they could while someone was told to get a pillow or something soft to get under his head. His long hair was being thrown around as the guards waited out the seizure. There wasn't much they could do and they had already done all they could.
"What the Hell is happening?" A man entered the room, fully decked out in armor painted to look like a scene from the Underworld, almost screamed as he saw Senakoi flailing on the ground. He had no idea what was going on but he needed to know. That man was also a king, the king of Valutiin. The king's name is Viktor, after the goddess of monsters, Viktoria.
"He's having a seizure" Ikyus said blandly and he buried the urge to help once again. No king or any kind of royalty should have to get their hands dirty with a situation like this. Viktor was calmed a little at first but then he was pissed. Rage clouded his nearly black eyes and lit a fire behind them.
"You mean he just happens to have a seizure when we finally capture him? It took three hours to find him, even with his guards' help. I think he's faking it" Ikyus look back to the flailing man then told another soldier in the room to fetch the captain of Senakoi's guard. In the meantime, he looked back to Viktor.
"You're an idiot" was all Ikyus said before he turned back to Senakoi and knelt a safe distance away. The other king just huffed. He wouldn't put it past Senakoi to fake a seizure like this.
Finally, another man appeared. He was handcuffed and gagged, making it hard for him to express his shock at the scene in any way other than facial expressions. The gag was taken out of his mouth and he was immediately asked if this was normal. He nodded his head. No doctor had been able to figure out what was causing them and he was just forced to deal with them.
The man was sent away as quickly as he was retrieved. Senakoi was no longer seizing but he was now unconscious. Ikyus ordered him to be put in a wagon and they would start their journey back to Ikayoto in the morning, considering it was nearly 4 am.
The men in the room practically tripped over themselves to follow the orders but Ikyus didn't see that. He was more focused on getting a few hours of sleep, probably curled up on a sofa, using his cape as a blanket. He wouldn't be surprised if he had to sleep in some exposed position like the hall or the barracks.
Ikyus wasn't a fan of the barracks in Sobana mostly because it was just a bunch of mats used as beds in a huge room. He knew most of his men would find that as their resting place for a few hours but it just seemed so exposed to so many people and to Ikyus, it wasn't worth the risk. He needed someplace quiet and isolated, someplace like the small room he had just found. It wasn't very far from the throne room.
Ikyus stepped into the room and did a quick check before he took off his cape and decided to sleep in his armor. There was no point in taking his armor off by himself, not really sleeping anyway, and his nightmares. He'd had nightmares since he was 14 about various things that had happened to him.
The king finally settle down and closed his eyes. It had been a long day. He was looking forward to the short period of rest he could get before the sun rose. He was also glad for the break in posture and sternness of what his people saw. He was alone so he could drop the act.
