One week later night of Yule ball

Harry P. O. V.

Severus and I get ready for the Yule ball. When we are done getting ready Severus looks at me and smiles saying. "You look great Harry."
I smile and say, "you to Severus."
He takes my hand and leads me to the Great Hall. When we there Ron and the Patil twins show up. Neather of the girls looking pleased. Draco comes over and takes my other hand. Severus kisses my forhead and walks into the Great Hall. And the Weasley twins walk in glaring at Draco.
"Wow Harry look at Mione." Ron says turning me around.
I look and she is walking toward us with Viktor Krum. She smiles as she walks by. Ron then walks into the great hall as McGonagall has the champions and there dates line up. Girls on one side boys on the other. Draco and I decide that I can stand on the girl side Draco on the male side. Then we walk in. I look around and find Severus standing near the food table with McGonagall . He smiles to me and Draco and I start to dance.
When we finish he goes to the twins and I go to Ron who is sitting at the table staring sadly at the crowd. And the twins leave him for other people. "You okay Ron?" I ask.
Ron shrugs and ignores me. I look around and dont see Severus. I decide to get up and take a walk outside.
I see Hagrid talking to the Beauxbatons headmistress. He fails at talking to her. Then I find Severus. He catches some kids making out in a carriage and makes them get out as Headmaster Karkaroff sneaks up on Severus and scares him. Then Karkaroff says somthing making Severus get mad at him. When Karkaroff leaves I walk up to Severus who smiles when he sees me. "Why are you not inside Harry?" He asks.
"I got bored so I wanted to talk to you." I say smiling.
Severus kisses my forhead and says, "well how about we go inside its cold out here."
I allow him to lead me inside and I say, "why do you mostly kiss my forhead "
He smirks and says, "because your short."
I glare at him and say, "or maybe your just tall."
"No your short." He says and ruffles my hair.
I glare at him and say, "then I guess I won't ask you to dance."
Severus rolls his eyes and says, "I'm sorry Harry." And he kisses my lips softly.
I smile and we go to dance.
After we dance Severus kisses me again and says that he is going to get back to work. I go and find Ron but he is getting yelled at by Hermione. I try to sneak back into the dance but she spots me and yells at me to. Severus comes over I guess wondering what's going on and she starts yelling at him to.
Then she walks away with Ron. "What was she mad about?"
"I don't know." I say shrugging. 
Severus decides we should go to bed so we go to our room and go to sleep

Severus p.o.v

The next day Harry goes to the library and I give him a pass for restricted so he can find out how to breath under water for an hour. I wish I can help him. But he must find out on his own.
I decided to finish grading papers.

At lunch Harry decided to sit with me and he said he found nothing. I asked him what books he was looking in  he said that they were not spell or potion books. I roll my eyes thinking he will never figure this out. Though I'll let him try.

At dinner he said he still has not gotten it. I sigh and keep myself from helping him. "Harry. You'll figure it out don't worry. You have time." I tell him.
Harry sighed and says, "I don't think I will."
"Yes you will." I say and kiss his forhead.
Harry grins and we finish eating and go to our room. Harry begging for me to tell him what to do.
Though I did not tell him anything. And we went to sleep holding eachother.
