In ten days Two, Dally, Jilly, and Spencer all crashed in Lacey's small apartment, but Soda opted out. Lacey never ended up getting an answer to her I'll always love you as she never saw or spoke to Sodapop again. She ended up never leaving New York and only staying friends with Jilly, Spencer, and Dally.Two-bit ended up moving down to New York with her after he finally graduated his senior year. Lacey never got an actual answer as to what she was to Sodapop.

Lacey never completely moved on, she would cycle through boyfriend, but after a year or so they'd just leave. Well that was until years later she met Will.  She had a very happy life and she was living her dream being a make-up artist for Broadway. He asked her to marry him all the time, but her answer never changed from "ask me again in a few months." Every once in a while her mind would still flash back to high school and she'd wonder what would of happened if Soda just would of called her. They eventually got pregnant with a boy who was named Patrick Curtis after Sodapop Patrick Curtis 

Sodapop ended up finding another girl named Alison who he fell madly in love with. It was a few months after Lacey left. They were truly a great couple and the whole gang loved Alison. It was like a flash of love although they never completely tied the knot as Soda's heart still belonged to Lacey. Alison and Sodapop had a baby girl Minda Jane, the name Lacey's parents were originally gonna name her.

Dally and Spencer ended up getting married and staying in Tulsa. Jilly and Steve ended up also breaking up. Jilly ended up living with Lacey and Two-bit. Until she met Andrew who she fell in love with and married. Two-bit lived with Lacey for two years until he met Annabelle. Her moved in with Anna and married her. Steve met a sweet girl named Aria and he just fell for everything about her. Darry was always too busy with Ponyboy to worry about love, but once Pone graduated he met Lucy. Johnny met a sweet outgoing girl with a similar past named Kylie. Pony ended up dating Janelle the second they graduated.

The gang ended up splitting in two and breaking up Jilly and Steve. There was Jilly, Lacey, Two-bit, Spencer, and Dally. Then there was Steve, Darry, Sodapop, Ponyboy, and Johnny. 

So this is the end of it. They don't end up together, but they always love each other. I don't know why I wanted to end it this way, but I just figured that after everything they went through they had to be endgame, but nope. Stay gold. Do it for Johnny!
