Warning this is just gonna be a quick filler...

"Jilly," I whine as we walk into the DX.

"Sodapop," I hear Amber's voice.

I grab Jilly's arm pulling her down, "shh!"

Soda sighs loudly, "Amber, I'm in love with her!"

I watch as Amber grabs his hand, but he shoes her away, "I can't help, but think that what we had was real and we can savor it."

"Amber, I don't love you though," he sighs running his hand through his hair. "I met you and you reminded me of the girl I love-"

"Lacey?" Amber asks.

He nods, "you remind me of the way she left and the way I felt when I first met her. Gosh she is broken, I'm going to have to piece her back together."

She scoffs, "is she broken again? Is that why you're running back to her? Because, I'm happy now? Wow Sodapop!"

"She is broken, but I loved her even when I was gluing you back together," he speaks swiftly. "I was wishing she was here. I love her."

"What about me?" She asks. "I thought you loved me."

"I do, but I'm not in love with you," he sighs.

She smiles softly, "what's the difference?"

He looks away for a second a small smile playing on his face then it slowly fades, "when I think of her, I can't help, but smile. I think of her smile, her laugh, the way she talks, her eyes, I think about everything. I think about the way I feel about her. When I think of you-"

"Nothing happens," she sighs.

He nods his head, "how'd you know?"

She looks up at him and smiles, "when I think of Jack, the last guy I loved I get happy, but nothing happens. Although I am in love with you because, the way you get around Lacey is the way I get around you."

He sighs, "I'm sorry..."

I watch as she pecks his lips, but he pushes her off him, "Sodapop?"

"I told you I'm in love with Lacey!" He speaks only know growing angry. "Why would you kiss me? I don't love you Amber!"

"Are you two official?" Amber asks.

He shakes his head, "no, but I don't care. She has to build the trust with me again and if I go around kissing you, my ex, then ask her out again! She's never gonna trust me you can't be kissing me. I don't love you Amber. It's over."

She slaps him across the face, "you're fine cheating on me with her, but when it comes to you having a crush on her, you won't even kiss me! Do you really believe she's gonna ever love you again? Date you again? Trust you again?"

He nods his head not even thinking about hitting her back, "we've been going on dates. I think it's time for you to go."

"Fine, but don't come back to me crying. When she breaks your heart, don't come back to me," she scoffs before storming out.

I turn to Jilly and smile, "he really loves me."

"Of course he does," she smiles back as we get up.

I walk over to Sodapop throwing my arms around his neck pecking his lips.  As we pull away I smile, "I love you."

"What was that for?" He asks pecking my lips back.

"I trust you," I breathe softly.

He smiles and goes in for another kiss, but Jilly fake gags, "gross! No more lovey dovey stuff! I'm starting to feel sick over here!"

I roll my eyes walking over to her and hugging her, "you're funny Jilly."

"She's like Stevie boy!" Soda cheers.

"He is my boyfriend," she chuckles.

As if on cue Steve walks out with a smile on his face, "I thought I heard your voice my love."

She walks over to him kissing his lip quickly, "hey sweetie." She then turns to me and chuckles, "that's how to greet your boyfriend, not hanging all over him."

I roll my eyes as I throw a piece of wrapped gum at her, "will you shut up?"

"Never," she looks at me laughing.

I smile over at her before walking over to her hugging her once again, "I love you."

"I love you more," she smiles as we pull away. "Although no more hanging all over Sodapop. It's weird. Okay?"

I chuckle, "promise."

"I miss this," Steve sighs.

"What?" I cock my head to the side.

He shrugs, "Sodapop, me, you, and Jilly. All we need is Spencer."

As if on cue once again Spence and Dally wonder into the DX smiling, "hey ya'll."

 I smile around at all my best friends, "now this is what I miss. We should all grab dinner than hang at the lot."

Soda nods, "when we get off work."

I walk over to him pecking his lips lightly, "perfect, I love you."

"Mmm, love you too," he smiles.

"Bye love ya," Jilly kisses Steve.

"Love ya too Jilly," Steve whispers as he hugs her.

Spencer turns to Dally pecking his lip, "sorry girl's night out. Love ya."

"Love ya too," he smirks.

We end up at a park just down the street from my house. Jilly looks over at me, "so you and Sodapop? I need details."

I blush as I look down at the ground, "there's nothing really to tell. I don't know. We're not official yet, but I'm waiting for him to ask because, I'm gonna say yes. I mean we're already practically dating. We're in love."

"Just dating?" Spencer laughs. "The way you two are acting, people will be thinking you're engaged with a baby on the way. Is there something you need to tell us?"

"No," I roll my eyes shoving Spence playfully. "Isn't it nice to be back in Tulsa? Well at least it is for me. You two never left."

"We missed you though," Jilly turns to me.

I smile over at them and grab Spencer's hand squeezing it lovingly, "I missed you guys more though. It was a rough year."

Jilly sighs looking away from me, "I'm so sorry for not being there for you the way I should. I'm your best friend and I left."

I smile sadly shrugging it off, "don't worry about it Jilly, it's over now."

"Thank you," she breathes.

Once again it's just a happy little chapter to start off. Although the story is just getting started. Stay gold. Do it for Johnny!
