Kakashi stood upfront of me with his arms crossed.

Is he gonna beat me?

He sat down in front of me and gave me a closed eye smile.

"Now time to get to know each other. I'll ask questions and you answer, OK?" He said while sitting back on his hands.

Seriously.

My eyes widened at what he said and I nodded my head.

"What's your favorite food?" He asked.

"Sushi" I said quietly while looking at the sky.

"Have any siblings and how many?" He asked.

I pondered the question and wondered if I should tell him the truth about how many.

"One" I said while nodding.

He seemed to be suspicious of it but moved on.

"What is your favorite weapon?" He asked probably since I haven't fought him.

"Sword" I said while thinking about the pretty sword on my back.

"Do you have one?" He asked.

I nodded and pulled the sword on my back out a little. It had a black hilt with a red ribbon attached.

"Cool. How are your parents?" He asked and leaned forward on his hands.

"Good" I lied as I kept looking at the sky.

"Do they.." he started to ask a question when he was interrupted.

"FUKANZEN!!" I heard my mother's voice yell as she stomped over.

I flinched at the tone of her voice and immediately stood up.

"Where have you been? You have chores Missy!" She yelled before grabbing my arm and dragging me away.

I flinched at the wound on my arm but quickly tried keeping up. I looked back and saw Kakashi looking on skeptically.

Does he suspect it?

When we made to the house immediately had to make lunch for everyone. I wasn't aloud to eat lunch and was told to clean the house top to bottom. I started by mopping all the floors. Then I dusted everything, including the attic. Then tended the garden and any outside plants around the perimeter of the mansion. Then I went inside and ate dinner. I was also not aloud to eat due to being grounded for my tardiness.

I sighed as I cleaned the last of the dishes. Once I put them all away I looked at the clock. It was 11:10 and everyone was asleep. My stomach felt horrible. I've gone without food before but not this long. I grabbed some money I had saved for an apartment and walked out the door.

I'll have to wait on that apartment.

I went to that awesome Ramon restaurant and realized I was the only one here.

Guess no ones up this late.

An older man was behind the counter and looked up when I came in. He smiled and fretted me kindly.

"What would you like child?" He asked while grinning.

"Miso Ramon please" I said very quietly.

He nodded and started to make it as I sat down. My eyes felt heavy but my stomach overpowered them with its need for food. A steaming bowl was placed in front of me and my mouth watered at it. I heard him chuckle as I enthusiastically broke my chop sticks and chowed down.

Soo good~

I got halfway through the bowl before my stomach wouldn't take anymore. I nearly cried at the sight of such great food and not having a big enough stomach to finish.

"I'm guessing your full kid?" He asked as he handed me a tale out bowl.

I smiled and nodded thankfully. He handed me the leftovers and I walked towards home. I looked up at the sky to see a beautiful moon shining down on me. I decided to teleport the rest of the way and went straight to bed.

When I woke up at 4 the next morning I groggily got up and began chores. Then when the time came I once again started to cook breakfast. I heard the family start to fill in so I began serving the food. They didn't make eye contact or speak to me and dug in as I placed the last plate.

I quickly went to the kitchen and grabbed an apple before running off to the meeting point. I was the first one there and I smirked. I quickly ate the apple before anyone came and fixed my coat back in place to hide my face.

Soon Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke appeared. They all sat down around me as I leaned against the tree. We all waited silently for Kakashi to appear. Surprisingly he came early and we all left for our mission.

****time skip*****

"Sasuke Point B"

"Sakura Point A"

"Fukanzen"

".........Naruto point D"

"Naruto your late. Fukanzen make sure to say your point next time. What? The target has moved, forward team seven!" Kakashi said as we leaped to closer spots.

We all leaped into new positions and watched the target. Then when Kakashi said go we all leap for the cat. Naruto, being the closest, reached the cat first and squeezed the life out of him.

"Got him!!" Naruto yelled when all of a sudden the cat started to claw his face off.

"Is it the target?" Kakashi asked as I gently took the cat from his arms.

"Affirmative" Sasuke said in a serious voice.

The cat purred in my arms as I gently stroked his fur. Everyone stares at me wide eyed and I just turned around towards the hokage's office. Everyone followed in pursuit and we gave the cat to the crushing lady. I really felt bad for the cat.

"OK ten seven your next mission is to
Babysit the councils grandson, help with the garden, get grocery's....." Third Hokage said but was interrupted.

"NOOOO!!!! Those are baby missions!" Naruto yelled while putting his arms in an X formation.

Why must he interrupt?

"It seems Naruto needs to be refreshed on the roles and levels of ninja. You guys are the lowest, Genin. Then...." He said but we all started to ignore his boring lesson.

Hmmmmm, maybe I should go train if I have time tonight.

"Silence!!!!" The hokage said as I jumped at the sudden noise.

"Sorry.." Kakashi said as he scratched the back of his head nervously.

"You always treat me like I'm some kid, but I'm not. I'm not some brat that does pranks, I'm a ninja now!!" Naruto yelled while pouting.

Kinda looks like a kid to me.

"Fine, Naruto says he is not a brat, but a former brat. I will give team seven a C rank mission." He said before Naruto started cheering.

"What kind of mission?!?!?" Naruto asked excitedly.

"You will be guarding some one and taking them back to their country safely." He said before Naruto started to pester him with questions again.

"Who is it? Is it a noble or a prince? Oh or a PRINCESS!!!!!!" Naruto yelled happily.

"Bring him in!" The hokage said as an ANBU opened the door.

The smell of sake filled the room as an old man walked in with a big bottle of sake. He looked rather grumpy and drunk.

"What is this?!? These are just a bunch of brats!! Look at that short one with the idiotic face, is he even a ninja?!?" He yelled while pointing at us

"Heh, who's the short one with the idiotic face?" Naruto said while laughing.

Oh Naruto.

Sasuke and Sakura stepped closer to Naruto and proved they were taller than him. I was farther from the team near Kakashi and Naruto looked at me and cheered.

"Fukanzen is shorter than me!" He cheered.

"Naruto, hate to ruin your moment, but he said "him" not she." Kakashi said while sweat dropping.

Naruto got sad then a look of anger flared in his eyes.

"I'll KILL YOU!!" He yelled while running at the man.

Kakashi grabbed Naruto by the back of his shirt.

"Now now Naruto, you can't kill the client." Kakashi scolded.

"I am Tazuna, the master bridge builder. You will bring me to my home safely even it costs your lives." He said before taking another swig of sake.

I felt uncomfortable around the sake but kept my emotionless face.

"OK meet at the bridge in 30min." Kakashi said before teleporting away.

I walked out and headed home. My thoughts went to my parents.

Will they let me go? It's a mission they have to let me go.

I walked through the door and grabbed my bag. I always have one packed just in case anything happens. I walked down the stairs quietly. Everyone was getting ready for the rest of the day. I would be cooking but I have to go. I passed my mother and stopped.

"Mother I'm going on an away mission." I said in a louder voice than my quiet one so I won't get slapped.

She didn't look at me and just kept walking so I decided it was done and started towards the gate. When I appeared I was the only one. I looked at the world outside and felt a nervous feeling in my chest. I've never been outside these protecting gates.

Just suck it up. What could go wrong anyway?
