---Aayushi's POV---

I read the last word and put my book down.

That was such a good book. I loved reading so much. I loved getting lost in a good book, espically romantic once.

I loved how someone always came to the rescue of the protagonist. Books made me think maybe there are fairytale endings in the world.

But maybe for me fairytales don't exist.

That's probably why I'm able to live these moments in the book. I sometimes pretend that the girl in the book is me.

That makes me forget everything.

My phone went off taking me out of my thoughts.

"Hey Nikki," I said.

"Dude, ten minutes. We're going to a party," she said.

"What?" I asked getting up from my bed.

I knew better than to just wait, cause when she says ten she means ten.

"Sahanna is having one," she said.

"Who?" I asked.

Stupid network connection.

"Suh-hah-na!" She said.

"Okay. I'll see you soon," I said and hung up.

I threw on an orange knee length dress and left to wait outside.

I met up with her and we left.
