Wendy's POV
I opened and closed my mouth like a goldfish. No way, it couldn't be him.
I felt my dragonslayer magic pull me towards him, yet I still had my own conscience.
"You figured who you mate is?" Gajeel asked me.
I nodded, too scared to speak.
"He isn't that bad of a guy, he just makes too many mistakes," Natsu told me.
I looked at the wooden floor, why? Why does it have to be him?
"I'm going back to Fairy Hills," I said, earning me glances of worry from the other dragonslayers
"Aren't you going to go and you know cling to him?" Laxus asked me.
I shook my head,"I think it's better for me to get used to the idea of him," I blushed,"being my mate."
They looked at each other before nodding.
"I guess you're right,"
"Okay then,"
"Just be careful,"
I said my goodbyes before retreating out of the guild.
"Why did you leave so soon child?" Carla asked flying after me.
"I don't know if I can get used to the idea of him being my mate," I mumbled.
Carla looked at me with an expression of care,"if you need to talk about anything you have me," she said.
I nodded,"thanks Carla."
"I'm going to go to the market to get some food for dinner okay? What are you going to cook?" She asked.
I thought for a minute before suddenly saying,"pasta."
She nodded,"I'll come fetch you from the park," she said then flew away.
Why did I say pasta? Heat crawled up my face, because he likes it.
I knocked my head, why dragonslayer magic.
I walked towards the park and sat on the soft, moist grass.
I smiled before laying down, it was so peaceful.
"Wendy!" I heard Carla yelp, I looked around panicking.
"Carla! Where are you?!" I yelled back.
"In the forest!" She yelped.
Why would she be in the forest? I followed the sound of her voice and used the wind to fly through the forest. When I landed in a small grove I looked around, I was sure Carla's voice was coming from here.
I smelled a strange fragrance, yet part of it was familiar. Before I could turn around and take a look, something hard connected with my head.
I felt my mouth scream, showing the pain that spread throughout my body.
Then I saw the light fade.

Carla's POV
I looked around, where was Wendy? I asked her to meet me at the park.
"Wendy!" I called, no reply.
I was starting to panic, where was she? I thought of the options.
She might of ran away? Not likely
Maybe she got lost? Even less likely, she had better direction than my tomcat.
The last option became the most true, she got kidnapped.
I dropped all the groceries and flew towards the guild.
"Everyone!" I yelled,"I can't find Wendy!"
They all looked at me with reciprocated worry.
"where could she have gone?"
"Do you think she's okay?"
"we need to find her."
"SHHHH," the guild master yelled,"we need to think this through. I think we should get the dragonslayers to go and track her scent."
Murmurs of agreement went through the guild.
The dragonslayers stood up.
"We'll go look for her." Laxus said, the other dragonslayers nodded.
Calisto stood up as well,"I'll come, after all, I am a dragonslayer too."
I saw the other dragonslayers look at him with poisonous glares.
"You can come, but you're listening to everything we say." Natsu growled.
Calisto let out a laugh,"I don't need babysitting."
"You'll listen to us kid," Laxus threatened, a dark aura surrounded him.
Calisto flinched,"yes sir."
Dark Laxus is scary.
"Carla you can come with us. Lucy, Romeo, Gray and Erza will too," Natsu said.
"why me?" Romeo asked, he wasn't strong like Natsu-nii-San.
"Because," Gajeel grinned,"levy, can you try and track Wendy?"
The solid script Mage nodded.
"Let's begin operation rescue Wendy!"
The guild yelled.
We had such an amazing family.

Wendy's POV
I looked around the cell I had just woken up in, where am I?
I rubbed my eyes.
Where's Carla?
I smacked my hands on the bars,"Where's Carla!" I yelled.
A strange man entered,"shush little girl. You're cat friend isn't here."
"You mean," my eyes widened, I had been tricked?
"You're right," he smirked,"all thanks to my little servant I now have you in my grasp."
"Why do you need me?" I asked, I felt fear rush through me.
"You'll see, you'll see," was all he said before leaving the dungeon.
I slid down the wall, tears cascaded down my cheeks.
