No One's POV
Wendy's eyes connected with theirs. Unfamiliar yet strangely comforting emotions ran through her.
"I shouldn't feel happy to see them," she mentally scolded herself, thought unable to look able.
"Wendy...," Romeo muttered, his eyes widened yet became distant.
"She's the same ,but different...," his mind realised making Romeo scared.
"What if she doesn't have the same feelings for me anymore...?"
"Wendy! What are you doing here? Are you okay?!" Lucy yelled. Her feet urged her to run, but Calisto and Sierra's words rung deeply through her mind.
"She won't remember you due to the Mating Season stages... the only way to make her remember is by triggering her memory somehow."
"Leave...." Wendy muttered, looking away.
"Wendy!" Two pairs of voices yelled.
Aira and Leummim.
"Why are you outside?" Leummim scolded her. His eyes darting in anxiety.
"Go join Frank in the courtyard," Aira ordered her voice quiet.
Wendy's legs retreated automatically. She bit her lip, for some reason a part of her didn't want to go. However she knew that she wasn't allowed to fight them. Her brown eyes turned away as she ran towards the courtyard.

Despite the fact that Aira had used a hushed voice, Natsu had heard her loud and clear.
"Wendy's leaving!" He whispered/ yelled.
"Romeo, Natsu, Lucy. Go follow Wendy. Gray and I will cover." Ezra ordered them.
They all nodded. Erza and Gray took their stances.

"Oi! Where are you going!" Aira yelled, but tore her eyes away as Erza rushed forward to attack in her Heaven's Wheel Armour.
"Pay attention to us!" The continent renowned Fairy Queen yelled at the pair.
"Warn the others," Leummim grumbled, slicing Gray's ice with high pressured water.
And so, the four faced off in a heated battle.

Romeo's feet raced after Wendy, through the corridors of the stone building.
"It's kinda freaky in here," Romeo muttered to Natsu, pointing out the various cracks and unlit areas of the building.
"Yeah I know," he replied.
The longer we ran, the more worried the Mage got.
'Just how far is this courtyard?!' His brain asked.
'We've been running for at least 15 minutes already!'
All of a sudden Wendy darted upwards, bloody vines rushed towards us.
"Lucy watch out!" Natsu yelled, "Iron Fist of the Fire Dragon!"
His fist connected with the vine, it literally exploded into a red gooey mess.
"Natsu! What.. did you do?" Lucy angrily questioned as she wiped off goo that landed on her.
"I don't know?! It's like in Magnolia, it just exploded!" The dragonslayer defended shaking his arms around.
Romeo resisted the urge to laugh.
"So you two are after Wendy hmm?" A woman's voice snickered.
"What do you want!" Natsu growled, "Just give Wendy back to us!"
Freesia let out a small laugh.
"Aryan how about we teach these puny fairies a lesson?"
Her companion merely nodded before lifting his arms.
"Dual spell. Bloodlusting Vines!"
The same vines from before came from beneath them, except this time they were more thorny and bloodier than ever.
"Again?!" Natsu yelled, jumping back to dodge the incoming attacks, "We are not puny fairies!"
"Gate of the!- Lucy shouted.
"How can I help you today Lucy?" A seductive voice asked.
"Loke?!"
The celestial Mage really didn't want to deal with him, but his spells were quite strong.
"Break the vines to pieces!"
"Roger! Such horrific things can't stay alive," the Leo zodiac winked. (A/N idk if Loke would say something like that but why not?! >_<)
"Regulus impact!"
"Iron fist of the Fire Dragon!"
"Rainbow Fire!"
Freesia made an annoyed face.
'They're stronger than I thought,'
The plant Mage signalled for Wendy to continue running.
"Wall of thorns!"
"Wendy's leaving again!" Romeo yelled.
At this point, it was becoming more of a chase than a rescue....
"Go after her!" Natsu roared, "these stupid plants can't stop me. Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!"
"Gate of the Maiden, Virgo!"
The pair covered Romeo's escape as he ran towards the blue haired Mage.
"Wendy!" He yelled after her.
"Just leave Romeo! Both you and the guild betrayed me!" She cried.
'Betrayed? We didn't betray her... those scumbags must've altered her memory!'
"We didn't betray you! Fairy tail will never betray our friends!"
"Just go away! Sky Dragon's Wing attack!"
'Now she's attacking me?! I expected her to beat me up after we saved her..." the dark purple haired boy thought to himself bitterly.
"Rainbow Fire!"
The two spells crashed, and Romeo sped up, he had to catch her before she reached the courtyard.
As he reached an arms length away, her hair brushed past his fingers.
'I'm not letting you go this time!'
He grasped her arm and pulled her close, not thinking about the consequences of using such a large amount of strength.
"I've got-!"

And their lips crashed together.

I haven't update in like forever.... I'm so sorry T.T
There's no guarantee that I'll be updating very often as I haven't really watched/ read Fairytail for a while. Also I was going to use the description "the eggplant haired boy," but then I was like... too many foods used as descriptions!
Also sorry if the ending was bad 😰😰
