Months later.

I was running down the track with Caleb as my "exercise" since he called me fat. "Hey Lyra, run faster. You're a snail at this level." He said as he ran effortlessly down the track.

I was out of breath. "Seriously Caleb, you show off. I'm not really that fit you know."

"That's why you're fat." Caleb teased as he slowed down and started walking me with my pace.

He made me run for miles, well I'm over reacting, he made me run 2 rounds around the track.

As we made our way to the bleachers, Caleb's sister was there waiting for us. 

"Well, Lyra. You've been doing well but to be honest, you are not fat. This guy just likes to tease you." She smiled as she punched her twin brother.

"Ouch," Caleb fakery held his arm as if he was in real pain. "I'm glad she's thinner let's be honest."

"You suck Caleb." I rolled my eyes and left with Callista.

"You shouldn't let him tease you that much. He's just gloating because of his muscles."

"Yeah, probably. So where are you heading?" I asked her.

"Well, we need to have some food. Of yeah and Seth is coming with us." She said.

"Ok," 

I was glad to get some food with Seth, he was one of the coolest guys ever. 

Then again I was wrong. We found him back at the dorm room, he had with Ethan. I don't know why guys can share dorms while girls have separate, it's very costly.

He was sitting on the couch reading comic books. Seriously, he's in college, he needs a better life. 

"Oh hey, guys." He said looking up from his comic books.

"Let's go, we have to tell Lyra what we're up to." Callista smiled.

Seth's dazed face turned into a serious face and we left for a cafe in the shopping district.

We ordered and now we were down to business. "Ok, so what is this all about?"

"It's about Ethan and Sadie." Callista replied.

"Really, what about them?" I raised an eyebrow, knowing something was about to happen.

"Well, they do like each other. We were planning to prank them. You know just to be awesome friends." Seth explained.

"But, how will we do it?" I asked.

“We’re doing it right now. Vince is with Sadie at the mall. Seth will distract Ethan by having a ‘roommate bonding’ with him,” she said quoting roommate bonding in the air, “and the two of us will wait here for Caleb. And Seth is now going to have some quality with his dear roommate.” She batted hey eyelashes, looking at him. As if on cue Seth left and Caleb arrive after Seth left us to do his part.

“Here is the real plan, guys. We will having a party, just us. Then, we set-up Ethan and Sadie by playing truth or dare, I know either Sadie or Ethan will choose dare and we locked them up inside a dark room or wherever place just to make them confess at what each other’s feelings. And everything will be PER-FECT.” She whispered as if we are on a dangerous mission.

“Got it.” Caleb said in the same tone as her.

Twins.

“What do you mean just us? And how will we set the party and where?” I asked wondering what she meant ‘just us’ and a ‘party’.

“Duh. Us. Me, Caleb, you, Sadie, Ethan, Seth, and Vince. A mini party. The three of us will set the party,” she rolled her eyes. “And it will be held in Seth’s and Ethan’s dorm,” she added.

“Only the three of us?” I asked, shocked that only the three of will set the party.

“Are you underestimating my power Lyra?” She asked as she narrowed her eyes at me.

“No,”

“Okay then. Since I’m in charge of this party, the two of you will be my slave,” she smiled.

“No way, Callista.” Caleb said looking flabbergasted.

“Yes way, twin brother,” she grinned evilly, “now let’s go.”

“It can’t be that bad.” I said to Caleb as we followed Callista.

“You’ll see,”

Now, I’m taking back what I said. It was really bad setting-up a party with Callista. Well, the decorations were great, she was a party planner at heart but she was really bossy. True to her words she did treat me and Caleb like a total slave.

Callista already texted Seth and Vince and they are on their way.

“Great. All we need to do is wait for them,” she smiled.

10 minutes later both parties arrived. Ethan and Sadie was shocked knowing that there’s a party.

“Any occasions?” Sadie asked, still shocked.

“To welcome Lyra in our group,” Caleb lied smoothly.

“She’s the one who helped you decorate this party. Seriously?” Ethan said looking deadpan.

“Well, I don’t want those cliché types who distracts the girl and plans behind her back,” Callista said covering up Caleb. “Now, let the party begins!”

After we ate our food as planned, we played truth or dare according to our head (Callista) by playing the game spin the bottle.

After so many time spinning the bottle, finally, the tip of the bottle pointed at Sadie.

“Okay, Sadie. Truth or Dare?” Seth asked.

“Dare.” Sadie replied without any hesitation in her voice.

“Okay then. Run the track with Ethan 3 times.” Seth grinned evilly.

Sadie looked at him flabbergasted as if he didn’t expect Seth to give that dare to her.

“Well, Seth is usually the softie in the group. That’s why Sadie never expected him to give her that kind of dare,” Caleb whispered at my ear.

“It’s almost midnight and you were asking me to run down the track 3 times with Ethan. You mental?” She said, almost shouting.

“Got a problem? It’s a dare Sadie.” Vince shrugged.

“No. Let’s go Ethan.” Sadie answered and left with Ethan, probably to do the dare.

“Perfect. You’re the best Seth and now Vince follow them, kay?” Callista smiled.

“Yes,” Vince left and followed the couple.

“They’re almost here.” Vince panted, trying to catch his breath. Poor guy, I think he did run that fast just to inform us.

“Okay, guys. Remember to act bored.” Seth reminded the group. “And Vince go to the kitchen and drink lots of water and after that remember to act normal.” He added.

As if on cue we heard the door opened. We looked at the couple, they’re sweating so hard. Wow, they did run the track 3 times.

Vince, looking fresh and no any signs that he did follow them sit with us.

“So, how was it?” I asked.

“We did finish it,” Sadie said whilst glaring daggers on Seth, going to the kitchen. After her, Ethan followed her into the kitchen. There were no any signs the two of them is now a couple.

As the two of them were not in our eye line anymore. As if reading each other’s minds, me, Callista, Caleb and Seth narrowed our eyes at Vince.

“What? I saw the two of them holding hands.” Vince answered knowing what we were thinking.

“Let’s see tomorrow then,” Seth said.

The couple arrived after Seth said those word. Ethan and Sadie, I don’t know about them. They are just acting normal, as if nothing happened.

“I call it quits,” Callista said and we didn’t agree. This was a long night and I’m tired due to Callista’s commands or so whatever you called them.

We bid our goodbyes and headed to our dorms.

As I entered my dorm, I stripped of my clothes, took a short shower, brushed my teeth, and then changed into my pajamas.

I laid down in my bed, thinking about the long tiring yet fun day I had. I felt the lids of my eyelashes became heavy and I didn’t realize that I already drifted off to sleep.
