I was finally out of the hospital. Over the two weeks that i had been in the hospital me and Aaron became closer like best friends. Since he had no clue i was getting out of the hospital I decided to visit him at  the precinct and bring him and the rest of the squad lunch like the awesome person I am. I walked into the precinct head held high and a fake smile plastered onto my face. Aaron saw me with the pizza boxes and immediately jumped up to help me carry them. A genuine smile found it's way to my face. "A true gentlemen that is almost an extinct race" i said a teasing smile on my face. he smiled back laughing a little that is when the rest of the team saw us standing there and took the pizza from us so we could talk. " Did you find anything on the guy that did this" I asked the smile slipping from my face his smile quickly slipped to a look of concern " I was gonna run to visit you at the hospital to tell you today there was a note left on the precinct door..." he paused taking a deep breath and pulled out the note "well here just read it"

         Dear Nadia Grace Edwards                                                                                                                                                              I miss you quite a bit life isn't as fun without you here with me. I didn't even realize I was crying until Aaron pulled me into a hug. "I won't let anyone hurt you okay no one will touch a brunette hair on you head as long as im around." he said stroking my head " it isn't me im worried about what if he hurts you -you guys to get to me i don't want to lose anymore people" i said shaking like a leaf wondering what I did to deserve this i mean is it because im an awful person or- my thoughts were cut off by Aaron's voice "is there anything you can remember  about the two days he held you captive" he asked softly it had felt as though the air was pushed out off my body.          i took a deep breath sank to the floor and went back to those two days.                                                              -----------------------------------------------flashbacks------------------------------------------

"I felt something go over my mouth and smelt the chemicals. I kicked my leg back and heard a grunt i had hit him and he had let me go. I got up the chloroform causing me to be dizzy but i needed to get out of here. I started to run. I ran and ran until finally i couldn't stand anymore and i fell to the ground. through my hazed vision i saw feet walking towards me and felt his disgusting hand grab my chin "you just made a huge mistake princess." he whispered in my ear. The sound of his voice making me nauseous. Then he covered my nose and mouth with chloroform rag. I woke up chained up by my wrist to the ceiling blindfolded confused as to where i was and what had happened then the events of last night came back to me i started screaming hoping someone would hear me. soon after i had stopped screaming i heard the sound of foot steps echoing towards me. "You should save your voice no one can hear you" he said a sarcastic smirk playing on his face I could just tell it was there and wanted to smack it of "They're going to come looking for me and when they find me you're going to prison you sicko." i said angrily I could feel the change the anger radiating off him  i probably shouldn't have said that but right now i don't care. i just want to get the heck out of dodge i heard his shoes tapping the ground as  he walked up to me and grabbed the knife off the table stabbing me in the leg. i whimpered but i wouldn't give him the satisfaction of hearing my screams. "Do you really think your aunt would save after you told her you're the reason i killed your parents and not you or when your 'friends' think you had something to do with your best friends disappearance it was all...me" he said smirking sadistically at me. I stopped angry tears coming to my eyes  quickly swung my body forward kicking him in the face as hard as i could he tumbled to the ground landing hard and fast i pulled and pulled at the chains but they wouldn't fall. My captor was getting up and i had to be fast. I had tried once more then he was up coming towards me hitting me in the face he pulled the knife out and started to cut me just big enough to hurt soon the pain became to mch causing me to pass out for the second time. I woke up in pain everything hurt especially my wrists and face. suddenly i came up with a plan and screamed as loud as i could tasting the blood in my throat but that didn't stop me soon he came just like before"I TOLD YOU NO ONE CAN HEAR YOU SO SHUT UP!!!!!" he screamed annoyed. I just looked at him and swung upward grabbed my phone. He just thought i was trying to kick him again i quickly got 911 on the phone and screamed again "I SAID SHUT UP OR I AM GOING TO KILL YOU SOONER THAN I THOUGHT" he screamed his eyes crazy i stopped screaming and he looked at me i could just feel his dirty eyes on me" i knew you were scared of me" he said smugly then did a quiet little laugh. "the police are going to find me" i said confidently "How many times do i have to tell you no one cares about you. The police aren't looking for you and they are not going to find you" I went quiet secretly smirking at my plan and how well it was working "You are right no one cares about me. But why are you obsessed with me. WHY DID YOU TAKE ME!!" he stayed silent "ANSWER ME" again nothing was said he had just walked away. "COME BACK YOU SICKO COME ON!!!!!' I screamed towards him he stopped in his spot right then "You look like her you know so beautiful and perfect. I have been watching since i saw you that first time at your friend Lucy was that her name-" i cut him off real quick "what do you mean was" he did his stupid smug laugh again "You really didn't think i kept her all this time i killed her the day i killed your parents. if you had come looking for her she might still be alive sweetheart did you think of that" I stopped then took a deep breath and said " you really are evil" he smirked "i know"  then he walked up to me twisting the knife he had put back in my leg causing me to let out the scream i had been holding. After that he left hours after he left the door was knocked on "police open up" i heard a voice call " he's not here he left get me out of here" i said the door burst open the light blinding me. A group of men dressed in police outfits came in. I started tearing up the adrenaline finally wearing off the pain i felt everywhere."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   end of flashback 

when i finished my story of horror I felt the tears streaming down my face. "oh my god" I heard one of the female officers i think her name was Maria said and sat on the ground next to me wrapping me up in her arms letting me cry in her shoulder. I stopped soon after I realized something. getting up quickly i walked towards the evidence board there was writing on the walls at my parents crime scene it said "did you see it?! i did this for you for me for us we will be together forever lover"  and also on the wall of Lucy's when she was abducted her's said "She was trying to keep me away i can't let you leave me I need you we will be together forever lover"   I started to pace wondering how i didn't see it before "of course how could i miss it. it as right in front of me this whole time" i looked to Aaron "The message on the wall was for me. He is stuck in this delusion that me and him are lovers and that all this stuff that he has done was to get us to be able to be together" i said pausing for breath "it all makes since now when i was with him he said i looked just like her  I must be a surrogate for someone and that persons family was in the way of there love so he got rid of them captain i need to use your WiFi can I have the password" I asked he nodded deep in thought "the password is justice" he said distractedly. I quickly pulled out my lap top going to the browser deducing that this had happened before typing in the details of the case bringing me to the online news paper "it happened again 2 years ago in Ireland" I choked out Aaron could tell this would be hard so he gently took the lap top and began where I left off " It was thought to be the teacher because the teacher Mr.Johnson 20 and anther victim Allison 16 his student were having an affair   but there wasn't enough for a conviction for any of the murders. It  started with the best friend Layla because she was going to tell the Allison's parents that she and Mr.Johnson were dating. It was said that after her friends death she was so grief stricken that she stopped going to school then it was thought that Mr.Johnson  thought that her parents were keeping her from school and decided that  the only way to get her was to kill her parents to Mr&Mrs Smith were found by the daughter she was even sadder in the last diary entry it read she was gonna tell Mr. Johnson's wife about the affair to get closure then she was gonna kill herself before she could tell her she was murdered  a weeks after that Mr .Johnson skipped town. it doesn't say were he is now no one knows." he said "let me see" i said taking my lap top "it does have a phone number though for a Mrs. Lydia Johnson." i pulled out my phone quickly and typed in the number (990)-342-9850  and tapped call it rang two times before a woman answered "hello ?" she asked "Hi im with the London police department and we are following some leads about a case we are on." i said sounding professional and spoke with a clipped tone "oh how can i help" she said concerned " well do you happen to know where your husband is or at least have a phone number" i asked narrowing my hazel eyes she paused then continued on a shaky voice " no did no one tell you my husband died two weeks ago" she said sounding like she was gonna start crying " I am very sorry" i said sincerely she cleared her throat "was that all" she asked in a slightly stronger voice "yes goodbye" without saying good bye Lydia ended the call. I turned around "It isn't him" I said upset. "how do you know" I heard Maria asked confused "He died two weeks ago which is before i was taken." i said Aaron hugged me and said "don't worry we will find him. i promise"
