Prefix Page Guidelines:

This roleplay operates on a unique chain system, deviating from traditional chain roleplays.

Here's how it works:
───── Each new interaction or scene will initiate a new chain, specific to that scenario. And specific to the cats in that scenario.
───── Participants will create a chain for that singular interaction, allowing for focused and immersive storytelling.
───── The only exceptions are Clan Meetings and Clan Gatherings, which will utilize a shared chain for all members.
───── Once the Meeting or Gathering concludes, the chain will be closed, and a new one will be created for the next event. To avoid unnecessary spam.

When you make your FIRST CHAIN, please do NOT just say "open for anyone" because if no one checks, your comment sits unattended. When you start a chain, tag everyone in your clan, ONLY TAG ONE TIME. Everyone then will see it, and only the people who comment will get active notifications. That way you will likely get at least one or more people who join you.

High ranks within the clans and tribe come with significant responsibilities and expectations. Due to the demanding nature of these roles, I have established the following guidelines:

───── Total High Ranks: 12 across all clansz
───── Initial Start: High ranks can only be claimed during the initial roleplay setup.
───── Earning Ranks: After the initial start, high ranks must be earned through in-roleplay actions, contributions, and dedication.

Medicine cat Apprentices will not be a role given out as an apprentice or on forms. To obtain this role, you must make a kit (1-5 moons of age) and take that route as natural succession. Just put "Medicine Apprentice" in the future rank section!

Consider carefully before pursuing a high rank, as they require:
───── Significant time commitment
───── Flexibility and adaptability
───── Leadership and mentoring skills
───── Active participation in clan/tribe events and decision-making

To ensure fairness and prevent role hoarding, I have established the following guidelines for name and rank reservations:

───── Reservation Timeframe: 48 hours
───── Reservation Method: Claim a role by posting a header in the Forms page, including:
- Name
- Rank
- Clan
───── Follow Guidelines: To be eligible for a higher rank, you must meet the minimal requirements outlined, primarily age-based.
───── Incomplete Forms: If your form is not complete within 48 hours, your reservation is forfeited, and the role becomes available to others. If you complete it before anyone else forms for it, it's yours. But if someone elses form is complete first, assuming it's a solid form, they will get the role.

───── Form Priority:
    - If multiple players start forms for the same role, the first player to initiate the form will receive priority for the initial 48 hours.
    - If the initial player fails to complete their form within 48 hours, priority will shift to the first completed and accepted form.
    - This ensures timely progress and prevents role hoarding.

FORM SPECIFICS:
───── Use my form for this roleplay, my form may not be used outside of this roleplay.
───── The form should be legible, dont just type the information in the layout without the form parts, I do not want to have to struggle to read it. My form should be legibly written, with your information beside it.
───── keep all your form comments (for one character) under the same header comment. Do not make 50 different random comments that aren't neatly replied under your header. It clogs my feed for other forms.

Apprentices will be assigned to warriors based on activity and roleplay skills. I wont ONLY pair you with your friends, however you can request if there is a certain pair you want mentor/apprentice wise if it has relevance to your character's development.

On your form you will have a slot that asks if you'd like an apprentice, please say yes or no, EVEN IF YOUR CAT IS ONLY AN APPRENTICE. I need it for future use when you are a warrior.

Also, on your form, I will put a place for "future name" for Apprentices. Please fill this out, if you do not, I will let the leader assign whatever name they please.

To maintain consistency and immersion in our Warrior Cat roleplay, I require all roleplaying to be conducted in the third-person point of view (POV).

This means:
───── Use pronouns like "he," "she," "they," and "them" to refer to your character.
─────Avoid using first-person pronouns like "I," "me," and "my" in roleplay posts ( unless its in thoughts) .
───── All thoughts should be placed in *asterisk*
