In this Warrior Cat roleplay, we encourage creativity and flexibility! Here's the policy on character limits and activity:
───── Unlimited Characters: You may create as many characters as you like; there's no limit!
───── Use Them or Lose Them: To keep our roleplay engaging, we require active participation from all characters.
If a character is inactive, we'll take action:
───── Moderators will reach out to you to discuss the character's fate.
───── You may choose to kill off the character or make them active again.
───── If not, we'll arrange for an evil character to eliminate them, maintaining the roleplay's balance.
───── Stay Active: We expect all characters to be regularly used in the roleplay. This ensures an immersive experience for everyone.
•─────⋅☾ TWO ☽⋅─────•
In this Warrior Cat roleplay, we emphasize the feral nature of our feline characters. To maintain this authenticity:
───── No Purebred Clan Cats: Cats born into the clans cannot be purebred, as their ancestors have been wild for generations.
───── Purebred Kittypets Only: Only kittypets (domesticated cats) can be purebred, and even then, very few will be allowed.
───── Halfbreed Offspring: If a purebred kittypet has kits with a clan cat, those kits are considered halfbreed or mixes, not purebred.
───── No Breed Descriptions: Avoid describing your cat using breed names (e.g., "orange and white Maine Coon") in roleplay or character forms, unless they are kittypets. Our cats are wild, with no pedigree blood.
───── Form Decline: If a form describes a clan cat with a breed name, it will be declined. Let's keep our cats wild and authentic!
This rule ensures our Warrior Cat roleplay remains true to the spirit of wild, feral felines.
•─────⋅☾ THREE ☽⋅─────•
In our Warrior Cat roleplay, we strive for authenticity and realism. To maintain this, we enforce the following:
───── No Mary Sues or Gary Stus: Characters with no flaws, weaknesses, or imperfections will not be accepted. All characters must have realistic strengths and weaknesses.
───── Realistic Skills: Characters' skills must align with their background, experience, and training.
For example:
───── A kittypet turned clan cat won't be an expert fighter without training.
───── An apprentice won't excel at everything on their first try.
───── Balance is Key: Characters must have a balance of strengths and weaknesses to ensure realistic development and interactions.
•─────⋅☾ FOUR ☽⋅─────•
In our Warrior Cat roleplay, we encourage creative and meaningful names while maintaining a sense of realism and authenticity.
Here's our naming policy:
───── Be Reasonable: Avoid names that are too ridiculous or out of place in a Warrior Cat context, such as "unicorn" or "dragon".
───── Prefixes and Suffixes: We do not allow the following prefixes to be used in any clan: Moon, Star;
However these are not allowed to be used if in the clan that correlate: Thunder, Wind, River, Shadow.
For example: you cant use Thunder, in thunderclan; but you can use Thunder in the other clans.
───── Nature-Inspired Names: We accept lyrical and aesthetic names inspired by nature, including:
- Real-world animals (e.g., "Vespid" for wasp)
- Natural phenomena (e.g., "Moonlight")
───── Meaningful Names: Provide a legitimate reason for your character's name in the designated form spot.
This can be:
───── Fur color
───── Named after a loved one
───── Circumstance surrounding birth
───── Any other meaningful connection
We encourage creativity while ensuring names fit our Warrior Cat world. If a name doesn't meet these guidelines, we may ask you to revise it.
•─────⋅☾ FIVE ☽⋅─────•
To ensure fairness and organization in our Warrior Cat roleplay, we've established the following guidelines for rank advancement and form priority:
───── Follow Guidelines: To be eligible for a higher rank, you must meet the minimal requirements outlined, primarily age-based. These age requirements can be found under the "ROLES" page.
Form Priority:
───── If multiple players start forms for the same role, the first player to initiate the form will receive priority for the initial 48 hours.
───── If the initial player fails to complete their form within 48 hours, priority will shift to the first completed and accepted form.
───── This ensures timely progress and prevents role hoarding.
•─────⋅☾ SIX ☽⋅─────•
Everyone wants to have a little mystery and fun. So in our Warrior Cat roleplay, we permit forbidden relationships, but with risks and consequences:
───── Forbidden relationships are allowed, but be cautious, as discovery can lead to punishment.
───── If another character stumbles upon your secret meeting (chain), they can intervene and report it to the leader.
───── Punishment will be determined by the leader, based on the severity of the offense
Deleting chains to avoid detection is strictly forbidden. All chains must remain intact unless:
───── Permission is granted by the author.
───── Direct authority is given to delete the chain.
Remember, secrecy is key. Be mindful of your actions, as discovery can have consequences. Let's add excitement and intrigue to our roleplay!
•─────⋅☾ SEVEN ☽⋅─────•
In our Warrior Cat roleplay, we strive for realism and authenticity. Let's focus on creating realistic and immersive characters, without unnecessary embellishments.
Therefore:
─────Accessories are strictly prohibited, with one exception: Natural cobweb wraps for wounds or scars are acceptable.
───── All other forms of accessories, such as collars, jewelry, or decorative items, are not allowed. Collars are only allowed for kittypets.
───── If your character form includes accessories, it will be declined.
───── Eye Colors: Only natural eye colors are allowed, such as green, gold/
Amber, yellow, blue, and copper. No purple, red, or unnatural eye colors.
───── Fur Colors: Stick to realistic fur colors and patterns, like brown, gray, black, white, and tabby. No pink or unnaturally bright colors.
───── Albinism: Albino characters are not permitted, as they would face significant survival challenges in the wild.
───── Rare Traits: Avoid overusing rare traits like male tortoiseshell cats, as they are uncommon in nature.
Note: Accessories are welcome in fan art, but not in our roleplay character forms or on character in roleplay.
•─────⋅☾ EIGHT ☽⋅─────•
Password #2 is tagging 2 roleplay friends on the password section of your form!! This is the second password, so hopefully you paid attention for the first password.
•─────⋅☾ NINE ☽⋅─────•
In our Warrior Cat roleplay, we ensure kits receive proper care and supervision. To achieve this:
Every kit must have a designated parental figure, either:
───── A mother or father created by the same player.
───── A queen or tom from another player, with their explicit permission, serving as either biological or adopted parent.
───── No kits can be left without a parental figure, as this would lead to unrealistic and chaotic scenarios.
───── Players must arrange for kit care before creating a kit, either by creating a parent or requesting permission from another player.
Let's maintain a responsible and nurturing environment for our Warrior Cat kits!
•─────⋅☾ TEN ☽⋅─────•
In our Warrior Cat roleplay, we maintain a clear distinction between out-of-character (OOC) and in-character (IC) knowledge to ensure immersive and fair interactions. Avoid using OOC knowledge to influence IC actions or decisions.
This includes:
───── Knowing a character's thoughts, feelings, or plans outside of IC interactions.
───── Using knowledge gained from OOC conversations, Discord, or other external sources to impact IC events.
───── Keep your character's actions and decisions based solely on IC experiences and information.
─────If you're unsure what your character knows or should know, ask the relevant player or author for clarification.
Let's preserve the integrity of our roleplay by separating OOC and IC knowledge!
