Wendy is wreckless and wild, she isn't tied down by the power of the Men in White Suits in the slightest bit. She almost appears to be completely immune to pain, as though he mind as gone past insanity and even beyond it. She feeds off of solely human flesh, that of which is provided by the Men in White Suits in the form of living sacrifices. However, the more she feeds, the more starving she seems to become. She is deeply infatuated with Belle, and is often seen clinging to her alone.

Belle is a privileged little girl with a sense of authority. She has slight control over the actions of the Men in White Suits, at least in the sense that they are required to retrieve food, drink, and other items for her at her every beck and call. She isn't prone to outbursts, unless of course she doesn't get her way. She can scream at such a high pitch that it can cause immense damage, or for some people to become immobile. She is treated like a goddess by Wendy, but in all honesty, Belle views her as a simple pawn in her game.
