Zak POV

"Okay now go down the ramp like this." I said as I slid down the ramp. I stopped and handed my skateboard to Darryl.

"Okay." He said hesitating, "Like this?"

He slid down the ramp almost falling on his face in the process.

I burst out laughing and fell on the floor. I tried to catch my breath but failed and continued to laugh. Darryl pouted, "Oh come on, I wasn't that bad."

"You were pretty bad." Zelk said, laughing beside me.

Zelk and I got back in contact. He and Darryl made up and now get along. There will always be tension between them but at least they are friends now, sort of.

I can't believe we're all here now at the skate park, laughing.

And I can't believe how this started.

My dad kicking me out of the house.

I don't know what happened to my dad and I don't want to find out. I like my life just the way it is and I don't want him or anyone else to change that.

Of course I'm not completely better. I still have dark thoughts and horrible nightmares but I'm healing slowly. I'll never be fully okay but I hope that one day I'll be okay enough to say that I'm happy with my life.

I wonder what I would be doing right now if Darryl hadn't found out about my dad.

I don't want to think about that.

But I'm grateful that he found out.

Because you can't hide forever.

Omg

After 54 chapters it's finally done. I finished the book. I'm so happy to say that I finished the book but I'm also sad that it's over. This has to be the best book I've ever written and I loved writing this. Thank you for reading this book. I will probably make a new book now. But thank you again <3
