Darryl POV

Zak can switch his mood so quickly, it's unreal. One second at the park he's laughing and as soon as he gets into the car, he goes back to being sad.

I glanced over at him and in seconds he's back in his depressing mood. I decided that today we were gonna have a good day. After we get home we're not just gonna sit in our rooms alone. I'm going to make sure today is a good day, and that all of his bad thoughts are drowned out.

As Dave was driving Vincent spoke up, "Guys, I'm leaving today."

Zak didn't say anything the whole car ride until now, "My parents want me back home."

It seemed like Zak didn't care the Vincent was visiting. But maybe he enjoyed the company.

Zak POV

Is he leaving because of me?

Did I annoy him too much?

I shouldn't have been so annoying.

Darryl POV

Zak suddenly seemed lost in thought as Dave spoke, "I'm leaving too." Zak didn't say anything about that. He just simply sat there. He didn't seem to care about whether or not Dave left. We arrived at our house and got out of the car,

Of course, as soon as we got inside, Zak walked strait towards his room. I put my hand on his shoulder to stop him. After I realized that it was a bad idea because he flinched and turned around, staring at me wide eyed.

"I'm sorry," I exclaimed, "I didn't mean to scare you."

"Whatever, what do you wants?" He replied.

"Come with me."
