Zak POV

Today I woke up in a much better mood than usual. I looked over at Darryl and saw that he was still sleeping.

Thanks to Darryl, I had a really good night, so I'll repay him. And Vincent and Dav Evan join too.

It was 9:00 am, I probably had an hour before he woke up. I walked into the kitchen and began making an epic breakfast.

You see, I've never been the best cook. I didn't really have anyone to teach me. So I was just winging it. Trying to remember how I've seen other people cook.

I managed to make eggs and deformed pancakes. I was finished making bacon and put it in a plate. But being the idiot I am, while I was taking the pan. May I add the very hot, pan, I managed to drop it on my foot.

It clattered onto the floor and I yelped on pain.

I fell to the ground, holding my foot. In seconds Darryl was beside me, crouching down. "Oh my goodness, are you okay?"

"I could be better." I said, sarcastically. He led me to the bathroom and put cold water on the burn. The pain died down a bit and by now Vincent and Dave has woken up.

We went back to the kitchen and Darryl picked up the pan and put it in the sink. "Let's pretend that never happened. But I made breakfast!" I said.

Darryl smiled in delight as the four of us sat at the table. We chatted until we all finished eating. As I walked to the sink to put my plate in there, I couldn't help but glare at the pan.

"I hate you pan." I said quietly. I swatted my hand at the pan and pulled it back instantly, "Shit."

It was still hot. Now I have another burn, "Zak, did you burn yourself again?" I heard Darryl call.

"Maybe."

"Come to the bathroom and put water on it." He said.

Here we go again.
