Everyone was astonished and Abhay fell on the floor.!

Piya rushed to him as soon as her feet could and knelt beside him.

She started checking for any bleeding or wound but got none.

she was unable to understood what had happened actually.

Abhay was still lying unconscious but he wasn't shot by the bullet.

She turned her head and saw Sid shot on his leg and screaming in pain. She spotted Kabir and Misha standing at the door to the factory along with Police and Piya passed a small smile to them.

But her smile faded as she looked at her love ,her life ,Abhay lying in her arms not moving ,not looking at her and she started crying.

"Abhay!" she whispered in his ears slowly ,she was drained out and seeing him lifeless just made her losing herself more and more.

She wasn't ready to lose him now ,his cancer was something she didn't have the strength to fight at the moment.

Next she knew Abhay was picked up by Kabir in his arms ,she didn't leave his hand all through the journey to the hospital even for once.

She dozed off upon him ,the tears never stopping.

Suddenly she wake up and realised she had been sleeping ,Abhay was being operated inside the Operation Theatre ,Sid had been taken by the police.

'Mom I miss u' Piya said sobbing hard and recalls her past.

5 years back.

As Piya came out of taxi , she was shocked to see the crowd in front of her house.

She pushed through the crowd heading for the door.

She was shocked as hell to found her mom body on the ground wrapped in white sheet.

She hugged her mom and cried in pain' Mom...plz don't leave me like this.....plz get up..plz'

Piya closed her eyes not able to stop her tears.

After some time

The doctor came and told that Abhay was in a weak condition ,he allowed Piya to go and meet him ,though he wasn't still in a conscious state!

Piya went in and the past incidents came in front of her ,why didn't she listen to him even for once ,he was so right in telling her Sid was wrong.

She caressed his ,"You were right Abhay ,you were right all along. I am not right for you ,I don't deserve you. You are lying here because of me."

Gair sa hua khud se bhi, na koi mera

Dard se karle chal yaari, dil ye keh raha

Kholun jo baahein, bas gham ye simat rahe hain

She started blaming herself for his condition.

She complicated his life by believing Sid and the result was him again in hospital.

She went closer to him and said ,'I will leave you alone ,then you will be better ,you won't have to worry about a stupid girl and think of ways to save her.!'

Aankhon ke aage lamhe ye kyun ghat rahe hain

Jaane kaise koi sehta Judaaiyaan.

She said this and started going away but then she felt a grip on her wrists and saw he was holding it ,she tried to loosen his hold but he won't let her go ,even in his unconsciousness.

Tears escaped her eyes ,she started separating their hands forcefully ,her heart was bleeding by seeing him and his love but she couldn't be selfish.

She was finally successful in separating their hands ,she saw the monitor and felt his heartbeat decreasing.

She went to him and stroked his hair lovingly. His breathing turned normal.

She explained him in a soft tone ,'Abhay ,I am responsible for your condition ,now don't you dare to deny. See I will go away and you will have a peaceful life ,now there's nothing to disturb you ,Sid has got what he deserves and I know soon you'll get a perfect life partner for you not a fool like me.I love you Abhay ,I will keep loving you forever!'

She placed a deep kiss on his forehead and went leaving him away.

She came out of OT and said without paying any heed to Kabir's and Misha's questions ,'Tell him I left!'

3 days later

At Piya's place

'Piya...' she heard Kabir's voice and woke up at once.

"He is awake finally? How is he?" she fired questions but Kabir look down.

'Abhay is gone from our life.' he said slowly but Piya held a bewildered expression.

"What do you mean? He is fine na Kabir ,please tell me what happened to him?" Piya asked shivering.

' Abhay is no more between us Piya!' Kabir said sadly.

"How dare you speak nonsense? My Abhay won't leave me ever."she said getting up from the bed and ran away without looking back.

Piya was panting heavily as she reached hospital running for her dear life ,she rushed into his room and the sight in front of her shocked her.
