As soon as i heard the commotion outside and the cries of war, i jolted up from the bed, i didn't even care i was wearing a short purple nighty, i sprinted out of my room, towards the field where the battle is going on.

When i reached the field, the sight made my insides turn upside, i wanted to puke, there was blood so much of blood.

There were so many naked corpse,  some of them with limbs ripped apart, and some with throat. You can see the horror of death reflected in thier dead eyes,

Most of the bodies belongs to envaded wolves, but there were some familiar faces, the face of our third in command. Half of his body was missing. But there was proud in his eyes, which shows the death of martyr.

The very person who was like a second father to me. I couldn't digest this. This was so wrong. We were suppose to have a good night, and a meeting next morning to sort the problem.

This was so unfair. Who ever must have attacked, they must have made a perfect plan, and have acted upon it.

But they are cowards. They knew, if they played fair, they will never win. Hence they have stabbed us from the pack.

With these thoughts i felt the rage build inside me, the rage was burning me like hot red lava, i am sure my eyes must have turned red.

Which happens only when we don't want to have any sane thoughts. All i wanted was blood. Blood of those fuc*ers who dared attack my pack.

My wolf was seeing red, she wanted to come out and kill every bastard.

I had to hold her back. It was not easy, Alpha inside was screaming to do something.

That's when i gave into my wolf's desire. And started towards the place where still fight was going on.

I shifted in the mid way, my body replaced with my wolf's. Four black paws touched the ground. I was a  pure black wolf, just like my mother. Endowed with purity, care, wisdom and beauty.

But eyes were the replica of father even in wolf form, they demanded submission, power, authority.

I saw four wolves ganging on my pack member, i growled and with in one stride i was able to rip two wolves out of my pack member, and within no time, my teeth digged into the throat of brown coloured wolf and ripped his head off.

Other two wolves attacked me at once. I had the element of speed with in me, within a blink of an eye i moved away and the other wolves crashed with each other. That was my cue to get in action,

I bit a chuck of flesh from the wolves thigh i made sure to damage femoral artery, i tasted the rusted taste of blood, but it didn't fill me with disgust and repulsion, instead it filled me with satisfaction.

With that emotions inside me i charged towards those wolves and ended them. My pack member gave me a grateful nod,

"Take all the female wolves and pups to the safe house and lock it from inside, don't let anyone in. Ask the warriors to go towards north more wolves are invading"

I commanded him. He gave another nod and went to follow my command.

The rage was back in full force. And i started killing those unwanted wolves, i lost the count how many i killed, i was tired and hurt but  Alpha inside me, will never let me take a breath .

I was injured, one of those bastards managed to take a chuck of flesh from my front paw. And i am loosing blood from the wound inflicted on my stomach.

And when i reached the clearing in north, i saw my parents, beta, and my warriors fighting those wolves. Before i could move forward and help my pack, i saw him. He was an Alpha, he was in human form. He was quiet handsome, if not for his cruel eyes and that sadistic smirk i would have considered dating him.

His expression held amusement, mockery, and lust. His stare it self made me shiver, but not in a good way.

"My my my if isn't the princess herself on the battle field. I expected you to be hiding in the safe house along with other females, but what am i seeing astonish me. It will be fun to tame you. And don't worry, very soon i will make you mine, i will have that sexy body of yours, i will drain all the life inside you, i will make you to submit yourself to me. Then you will know where the place of a bitch stands"

Those words, i wanted to show him what he is getting himself into, my wolf wanted to show him we were not his, we wanted to kill him, wanted to rip his flesh, wanted to break his every bone, a growl erupted with in me, it shook whole of the field,

That gained every ones attention. Before i could make a move him replied,

"Don't worry darling, i will leave you now. But i will promise i will come for you, i will claim you and make you mine. But trust me you won't enjoy it "

With that he left , some of his wolves who survived followed him. I wanted to chase that bastard, but my father stopped me.

"Beta james, take the injured warriors to the infirmary, arrange a funeral for the warriors who lost their lives protecting our pack, rest of the warriors clean the territory, burn the remants, along with the bodies of other wolves, and every one DISMISS"

My father's voice boomed through out the clearing. every one dispersed, except my mother, father and I.

Before i could say something, my father said

"Sam go, you are bleeding darling , get yourself checked, your mother will help you. Will meet you both in two hours. I will be in my office"

He hugged us both tightly, kissed us on forehead and walked away.

My mom and I reached the pack house, which was empty, we went into my parents room, after taking shower my mom tended my wounds which already started healing,.

My mom had very less injuries, thanks to my dad for protecting her. I had a bad feeling about this meeting. Whatever my father has to say, i am not going to like it. With the expression on my mom, i guess she thinks the same.

After two hours of agonizing silence we seeked our father in his study, there he was standing near window and looking at the moon. I am sure he was hurt with the death of so many warriors and his best friend our third in command Domnic.

As an Alpha, he can't show his weakness in front of any one, but I and my mom are the exception to that. We knew he won't be able to express his hurt so we just hugged him.

He hugged us back. He brought us to the couch and same as yesterday, he pulled me and mom on his lap, this is the best place.

Whenever i was sad, i always seeked my father, he used to hug and make me better, so that's what he did.

We have been sitting like that for a while, i was sure my parents were mindlinking, and whatever they were talking about changed the atmosphere of the room,

The hold of my father tightened on me, and my mom released a sob. She moved out of my father's arms and stood in the place where my father was standing previously

When i asked me what is wrong, my father placed me beside him, and started,

"First of all i want to say you did a great job there. You proved again what an amazing Alpha you will be in future. I want to say you make me so proud my darling daughter. You are the light of my life. You are the reason why i get up every day, your smile make my day, you and your mother are the only reason of my living. Your happiness means everything to me. And your safety is my soul purpose.

So keeping your safety in my mind i have decided something."

It was then when my mom's sob grew louder, she was shaking, i wanted to go and comfort her. But my father tightened his hold on me. Kept me in the place. And when i looked at him,

I gasped, his eyes there were of a broken soul, of a person who was hurting, the pain in his eyes was sucking life out of him.

"Remember this darling i love you more than my life itself, you do know that today won't be the last time they attack right?

The Alpha who visited our territory is Daniel skulls from the black skull pack, he is the most viel, and ruthless creature to walk on earth. He killed his own soul mate for the greed of power, he has been cursed by the every elder living in this planet, his actions have created an havoc.

He is very dangerous and powerful, and he won't stop till he gets you. So i have made a plan"

All these things were making me nervous, i knew what ever my father has decided its going to change my life.
