I ran. I ran as fast as I fucking could. A bit to fast. Okay, way to fast. I was gone in a blink of an eye. All that was left was a whoosh of air. I was almost 3 miles away before Laxus and Gajeel caught up with me. Panting hard and looking at me as if I was some stranger. 

I guess I was. 

We reached the edge of the woods quicker then normal, well I did at least, Laxus and Gajeel were still behind. I looked on at the scene in horror, anger, every possible emotion running through me, but the urge to protect my pack and kill anyone who tries to hurt them was the strongest. 

I heard the shredding of my clothes before I felt my own bones pop. My body contorting at a slower pace than usual, but there was no pain, the hunger or blood was all too strong. I straightened my body and launched myself into the attack. Killing anything that tried to hurt my pack. Blood soaked my fur, drops ran down my body, gathering beneath me. The overwhelming taste and smell of iron filled my mind. 

I didn't stop til every single one was dead. 

My body relaxed, my mind cleared, and it felt as though for the first time since I got here, my eyes opened. I looked around, the red almost black liquid covered the one green field. I looked behind me to see my warriors shocked, some even scared. They even looked....smaller? 

I looked down at myself, this wasn't my wolf. My wolf as black, and smaller, a lot smaller. I was bigger than an Alpha male. My fur was maroon due to the blood splattered across it, but underneath I knew lay white. 

I whined. What is this?

I looked at the fear-ridden faces of my pack, It hurt. I needed to fix this. I need to show them I won't hurt them. I heard footsteps walking towards me and looked down. There I saw Laxus, holding a change of clothes for me. He was smiling at me, he knew. He knew what I was, and he knew why he was my mate. 

Shit. 

Laxus is my mate.
