A.N. I only have four chapters left in this book. We only have four chapters left. I promise that I'll make them the best they can be! I made this like 500 words longer than usual, I'll do that for the last chapters. Sad to see this story end. 😭

"Lysandre."

"You've been finding out all of my secrets left and right, and now here you are. Freeing my prisoners!" Lysandre yelled. "You'll find this out eventually, so I'm just going to say it now."

I looked at him straight in the eyes with passion and fury, waiting to tackle him to the ground when he says his next secret.

"Serena."

"Huh?"

"I am your father."

THIS WAS NOT INTENDED TO BE STAR WARS RELATED AT ALL, I PROMISE. I JUST CAME UP WITH THIS AT RANDOM AND NOW I REALIZE HOW CLOSE IT IS TO STAR WARS. SORRY HAHA

"W-what? How?" I asked. Everyone looked at me with hate, but Ash looked at me with confusion.

"Because, Serena, where do I even start? Remember when you were five, and you found a Pokémon Card? You brought it to life instantly. You see, I was the first human to ever find out that Pokémon Cards can become real, which means that you'd follow in my footsteps!"

"What's wrong with you, disgusting creature?" I yelled, looking at my so called dad. "Why did you leave? Why are you kidnapping people?"

"Because Dawn here is your sister, but she's gained traits off of your mother. I was hoping the older and more mature one got my talents."

"What? I'm not Serena's sister, and I'm not your daughter!" Dawn yelled.

"Please Dawn, you lived in an orphanage half of your life. Why? Because I dropped you there. Your mom and I weren't ready to have a baby yet, so I left you on the front porch."

"How could you do that to her?" I yelled.

"Because she deserved it. I'm glad I did now, you're worthless."

"How could you!" Dawn yelled.

"I've had enough of your bickering!" Ash yelled. "You hurt my girlfriend and friend, stepfather, so I'm done with this!"

Stepfather? Oh my god Ash is so cute. I started blushing.

"Stepfather? Oh, you mean you're dating Serena. Okay, sure, but good luck finding a father to walk your wife down the isle."

"I hate you..." Ash growled.

"Let's do a six on six Pokémon battle," Lysandre smiled.

I gave Ash a smile, and he agreed.

"It's a deal."

I ran to the Pokémon battlefield, and Lysandre walked.

"Well then Ash, let's see how you do in a real role play battle!" Lysandre roared. "Let's go, Gyarados!"

A Gyarados appeared on the battlefield.

"Ash, Pokemon Card battles are different than actual Pokémon battles! The card ones let you pick the four moves the Pokémon has by the first four you use! You have to make sure the Pokémon can actually learn the move, though!" Serena yelled.

That's confusing.

"Okay!" I called back. "Let's do this, Lucario!"

"Gyarados, mega evolve!"

The bond rings attached, and Gyarados mega evolved. I looked at my hand, and a keystone appeared. I looked at Lucario's arm. A mega stone was attached to a wristband.

"Lucario, mega evolve!" I yelled, and our rings attached instantly.

"That's one of the biggest bonds I've ever seen," Lysandre smiled.

"Lucario, aura sphere!"

Lucario's aura sphere was a direct hit, and Gyarados fell to the ground.

"Awesome, Ash!"

"Your winning streak won't last for long. Let's go, Pyroar!"

I saw Ash battling, but there was one thing I could stop thinking about. The vision Jirachi gave me.

Ash would loose to Lysandre in this same exact spot. Would that be now?

Ash is sweeping apart Lysandre's team. His courageous and brave eyes always seemed to hypnotize me. When I'm looking at them, I can't hear, feel, or see anyone else except Ash. All I hear is my heartbeat, his words, and my thoughts.

"Serena! Serena!!!" Dawn yelled.

"W-wha? Oh, hi, Dawn! What do you want to talk about?"

"That we're sisters," Dawn started. "And how I'm the weaker one."

"Oh please, don't take the things Lysandre says to heart."

"But look, I'm too weak to even help in this situation, I've just been carried."

"Dawn."

"Yeah?"

"Look at the battlefield, and what do you see?"

"Ash's power wrecking Lysandre."

"Well, not exactly what I was expecting," I smiled. "Dawn, what you see is the bond between trainer and Pokémon."

"Huh?"

"Power comes from loving something or someone, and that makes a bond. As has a huge bond with his Pokémon, because he met them before he even learned that he could turn them into real Pokémon. He loved those Pokémon cards, didn't he?"

"Well, if you put it that way, I guess."

"Exactly!" I smiled. "It's the type of power that I've been dealing with for years and years, that's how I was able to help, because I believed in my Pokémon."

"Believe in my Pokémon..." Dawn mumbled, bringing out her Pokémon cards. "Piplup, Mamoswine, and everybody else, come on out!"

The Pokémon cards all started dissolving into purple sparkles as they made the Pokémon.

"Come on guys, let's go cheer Ash on!" Dawn yelled, running down to the first row of bleachers.

"Hey, I'm coming!"

"Go, Mienshao!"

"Greninja, you ready to show them what the Pokémon Card was?" I yelled, and Greninja nodded back. "Stronger and stronger and stronger... here it goes!"

Greninja suddenly had a water aura around it, and took the appearance of Ash.

"Awesome, Ash!" I called.

"Thanks, Serena!" He yelled back. "Now Greninja, Water Shuriken!"

"Ninja!"

Greninja's Water Shuriken then hit Meinshao.

"Meinshao, are you okay?" Lysandre asked.

"Mein... Meinshao!"

"Alright, use high jump kick!"

"Dodge it!"

Meinshao was too fast, and it somehow was quicker than Greninja. Meinshao hit him right in the head.

"Ow!" Ash yelled. "Greninja... are you okay?"

"Gren!"

"Alright Greninja, use Water Shuriken one more time!"

"Ninja!"

"Dodge in Meinshao!"

Meinshao was too slow, and fainted.

"Jirachi!"

Jirachi showed a vision of Ash winning a battle, and then it showed three words, 'Future is changed'.

"Yes!" I smiled, and Dawn hugged me in a sister hug. I hugged back.

"That means I only have you left. Go, Honchcrow!"

"Greninja, Double Team!"

"Aerial Ace them all!"

"Water Shuriken!"

The leftover Greninjas all used Water Shuriken, totally knocking out that poor Honchcrow.

"Return, Honchcrow... I'll be back for you, Serena," Lysandre growled, and ran away. "This isn't the last time you'll see me!"

His voice echoed through the hallways as he screamed retreat to all of his fellow grunts.

"You did it Ash!" I smiled, as I pulled him into a hug which quickly changed into a kiss.

"Couldn't have found him without you," Ash smiled back.

"So what are we going to do with this new information about us?" Dawn asked. "About being sisters and being daughters of Lysandre?"

"I don't know, Dawn. Don't tell your parents, that's for sure."

Everyone bursted into laughter.

"Let's just be sisters," Dawn smiled, and I nodded.

"Sisters forever."
