Okay so I know a LOT of people have been criticizing me for hating the 2004 Phantom of the Opera Movie. Yes, for anyone who doesn't know, I do not like the 2004 movie.

So four years ago, I was introduced to Phantom with this 2004 movie. I instantly fell in love with Gerard Butler, Emmy Rossum, Patrick Wilson, etc. I though, "Wow! This is so amazing!!" That started off my obsession.

About less than a year later, I saw the 25th Anniversary Live at Royal Albert Hall. I became OBSESSED (no pun intended to the broadway talk show) with that show. Ramin Karimloo, Hadley Fraser, Sierra Boggess we're instantly my favorites!! I didn't care about any of the other people in the 2004 movie.

I then watched so many other performances on Phantom live on broadway and compared it to the 2004 movie.

I EVEN got to see Phantom on its tour without Chris Mann and Katie Travis. That was so much better!!

I got extremely upset with the poor acting and singing, but that wasn't even the first part of it. I hated how bad at lip syncing they were, I hated everything about the costumes, don't get me started on the deformity, and they even cut out parts of it. I understand they have a time limit, but come on!

So you can continue to criticize me, but that's just my thoughts on that movie.

Yes, I did make a club called 'We Hate the 2004 Movie' if you wanna join, just put, "I'm a proud member of the 'We Hate the 2004 Movie' Club"
