📚 I would like to incorporate a new system into this just to keep everything more organized and to make sure I get everything right with you guys. From now on whenever you need an extension or leave the club you can fill out a form that will be published and placed after the submission form titled extension / leave form.

This is so that our inbox doesn't get filled out with a lot of messages and we miss yours by mistake in the process. All messages sent to the inbox will be invalid.

📚 You are requested to fill out the submission form [all current members, once again so that all your entries will be filed onto the google sheets that I have created for this book club]. This is to ensure a more organized system. The link to the submission form is available in my bio, in the comments of this section, and as an external link of this section of the book. Everyone who wants to proceed to the next assignment [nine] which will be posted on the 11th of November, 2019 has to fill out this submission form. 

📚 I am also adding a questions section to this book club where you can feel free to ask any questions that you have that are related to this book club. If your question has been answered in the FAQs section before then you will be redirected to that section.

📚 Another thing I want to run by you guys is that a lot of you are not meeting the word count that is required of you for feedback. Here are some things that I have observed the past couple of weeks whilst checking your assignments:

- great job! keep up the work. is not a good feedback comment.

- inline comments do not count.

- however inline comments are highly encouraged if you wish to support each other.

- read the rules and FAQs to know how you have to comment and what are some examples of good feedback.

- if your comment does not go by the requirements you will receive a strike.

- this is to ensure fairness between everyone instead of one person putting in more effort than the other.

- if the person has not responded to your message. do not comment on their story. when you mention done, in the same comment, let me know that one of the members [tag that member] have not responded which is why you didn't do their book.
