"YOU have your mother's eyes and smile. I could look at you all day long and couldn't be more proud of you. Hoseok, hang in there. You'll do great things and I just know that if you get a child, he'll or she'll be just as amazing as you."

Avalon cupped Hoseok's face, brushing off a tear that slid down his cheek.

And he sighed, pulling away to stand up from his crouched position.

"How are you so sure?"

Hoseok stared at him, voice trembling, taking a deep breath as if water had filled his lungs, drowning him.

But he felt himself raise at the touch of Avalon's hand planted on his shoulder.

"This is why. How you're carrying them. Your best friends and then Seokjin as well." Avalon's eyes fell to Gandalf and Yoongi. And Hoseok eyes did too, smiling at the sight of them getting along finally.

"Why are you locked up here in this castle?" That was a difficult question to be answered because such questions like these were unanswered.

Clearing his throat, Avalon replied, "For centuries I have been locked in and last time when I was out was because a friend of mine helped me escape. Now I have to come back or else I will be dead. But I will be dead soon anyway, so there's no chance of escaping now."

"But why are locked up here?" Still unanswered, only a story was told slightly irritated Yoongi who couldn't with this covering truth and making up a story even if the story is true.

THUMP!

CLANK!

CRASH!

WHOOSH!

"Wait what was that noise?" Avalon asked, his head along with everyone else's turning around to see bears and bats with red eyes glaring at them. Lightning struck, startling all of them because of the shrieking sound. The wind howled in the dark of the night, stars escaping, a thick cloud sailed throughout the sky and the wooden parts of the castle starting coming apart. 

Their eyes widened, and everyone turned to look at Avalon, then at Hoseok's aghast eyes, hand curling into his shirt out of complete confound. But it came to him. He needed to act. If the weather was changing, then the rose they had to protect was withering away.

"Hoseok, you have to leave now! GO!" In Avalon's warm eyes were sweet honesty that held fear too with a forced weak smile making it's path to his face.

"NO! Not without you!" 

"I said leave. GO NOW AND FORGET ABOUT ME. THE WORLD DEPENDS ON YOU JUNG HOSEOK!"

"I can't . . . leave you, a person like you that never told me you're my cousin. You never told me until I saw it in your eyes. You have my mother's mother's eyes and don't lie to me. You're part of my family and I just can't leave you like this. You're coming with us!"

"HOSEOK WE'RE IN GRAVE DANGER!" Gandalf shouted, backing away with Yoongi and Gandalf as the bears padded towards them, growling viciously and bats flying around like a hurricane.

When the cliff where Hoseok was standing at ripped off as he took steps back, holding back tears— he felt his feet slip and wind attack him, causing him to fall. This took everyone's attention towards Hoseok and Avalon himself hoisted to his feet, hurrying over to the young man.

Hoseok grasped the roof of the castle, swinging mid-air air to the wind howling every two minutes.

Until he couldn't hold any longer-his hands eventually started losing its grip. 

Unfortunately, Yoongi, Gandalf, and Avalon couldn't help once the bears and bats had blocked their way, inching on them. 

"Hoseok hold in just a little longer! Yoongi yelled, turning away from the bear's saliva and bat's squeaks while closing his eyes shut, so did Gandalf and Avalon. 

"I can't!" Hoseok grunted with his eyes shut in pain. The grip he had slowly started to slip, his one hand falling, body hanging loose in the air. "I'm sorry, I can't hold on any longer," he said weakly, suddenly feeling himself so light that he didn't fly with the wind but die instead.

"JUNG HOSEOK!"

WHOOSH!

And out of nowhere Hoseok didn't feel so light or lost or gone forever. He felt himself being picked up in a hast, laying on a furry creature giving off warmth. His hands grabbed onto the animal tightly, eyes opening slowly to find out he's alive.

"A griffin?"

Then he saw two other guys smiling at him, both sitting on the other griffin as they waved at him happily.

"It's nice to see you again, Jung Hoseok!" 

"Jungkook, Taehyung?" Hoseok said astonished.

"Let's get this party started!"
