07 | uncertain feelings

The next morning, the sun shined through the glass window, hitting Hoseok's face, he stirred in his sleep, facing his husband, he felt an arm wrap around his waist. Within seconds the younger's eye fluttered open. Startled, he tried escaping but no avail as SeokJin pulled him in closer, mumbling good morning, smiling across the younger's chest, surging his body heat to him. Jin pecked Hoseok's forehead, removing his arm from his wife's waist and head to the restroom, leaving Hoseok slightly blushing, clutching the quilt tightly.

"Did -anything- happen- last... night? You... know... what I mean?" asked Hoseok blushing harder.

"Except for you saying you want a kiss, stay by my side and I need you," said Jin, casually, washing himself up, changing into a fresh, clean pair of clothes, walking back into their bedroom to Hoseok.

"Oh-well-I... actually meant-"

Grabbing the back of his neck, Jin cut him off and kissed him fondly, tilting his head, causing the younger's eye to go round. Hoseok's face turned tomato red, Jin backed away and whispered into the younger's ear, "I wouldn't do that unless I get permission from you, Hoseok-ah," Hoseok laughed, nervously, scratching the nape of his neck, looking down in embarrassment. Jin noticed and smirked, he once again locked the younger's lips with his passionately, while pushing him down gently on the bed, realizing where this was heading, he sat up, pecking the younger's nose affectionately and his cheek, patting Hoseok's head, smiling.

"Wash up, I have work today and you're staying home taking care of the household," said Jin, patting Hoseok's head one more time, grinning. He began to pack his suitcase, adjusting his sleeves, his chocolate hair, and last but not least, put his white socks on his feet, sliding them into his polished black shoes. Hoseok sat on their bed, his cheeks burning, but the volcano forming in his body erupted after Jin quickly kissed him lightly on his puffy cheek.

"I'll see you tonight most likely, please don't do anything dangerous and be careful," warned Jin softly, cupping Hoseok's now plump tomato cheek. With that, Jin walked out of their room, closing the door, taking the airbus to the hospital.

Silence crawled throughout Hoseok's and Jin's bedroom until the red-faced man heard a knock on the window, surprising him. He walked towards the window and saw Taehyung yelling, holding onto the bar, fiercely banging the clear, glass window with his hand, just as he was about to slip, Hoseok swished the window open and caught his dongsaeng by his arm.

"Ya why didn't you come from the door and where's Jungkook-ah and Yoongi-hyung?" asked Hoseok, helping Taehyung into the room.

"Hoseok hyung don't you like SeokJin?" teased Taehyung, smiling like an idiot.

"What? NO-I-don't... I don't-like... him," said Hoseok, sensing blood rush up his cheek less than a second.

"Hoseok-hyung.... you stuttered, plus you look like a great tomato to eat," said Taehyung playfully, chuckling.

"YA! I said I don't like him!" said Hoseok, trying to make his statement clear, his face tinted a red rose, astonished from Taehyung embracing him. Taehyung grinned ear to ear, he let go of Hoseok and a bunny-like man and a mysterious, sleepy dude barged into the newly wed's bedroom. "Ah, there you both are!" said Hoseok, eyeing them, making them hide behind  Taehyung, holding their dongsaeng's shoulder lightly.

"Hoseok-ssi... it's officially over, your mission you had with us and our menacing adventures," said Taehyung looking into Hoseok's eye, sorry for the terrible news right in the morning.

Shook, Hoseok cleared his throat, crossing his arms and spoke, "Who says that? Of course, we will still have our risky adventures together," said Hoseok, confidently, fiercely eyeing them. The three looked at each other lost and nodded, understanding what Hoseok meant. Jungkook stood quietly then spoke what was circling in his mind.

"But Hoseok-ssi what about you... you know you're married now and might as well act like a wife instead of a-" Hoseok interrupted Jungkook, giving him a warning glare.

"Okay okay, fine I understand but seriously you have to at least act like one, I mean wouldn't Jin like that?" said Jungkook, his eyes shining. Hoseok sighed and began to fix the bed, as he lifted the quilt off to the side of the bed he saw his adventure booklet. He grabbed it, opening it to see all the notes he had gotten, the maps, a key, and drawings of his missions over the years, sighing with sadness, he placed it on the nightstand and continued fixing the bedroom.

"Doctor Jin-ssi, doctor Jin-ssi, doctor Jin-ssi," said a few nurses burying him in words, pressuring him, with a worried look on their face, following Jin, walking throughout the hospital hallway. Jin turned around, his feet making a screeching sound on the white, hard floor. He displayed an annoyed face but remained calm.

He inhaled and exhaled once, changing his expression to a cute one, he cupped his cheeks, making a heart out of his hand, "Saranghae." The nurses sighed, feeling shy and smiled, adoring their best doctor in Seoul.

"And please shut you're bubblegum dum dum looking ass the fuck up, and just put down the files on my desk," said Jin in an irritated voice making the girls gasp, nevertheless beaming. They bowed, understanding and rushed to his room giggling and whispering sweet comments about him, the nurses knew he was just being funny and his dad jokes always got the best out of them.

Jin swished his room door open and sat in his chair, looking through the patient's records in the files the nurses placed on his desk like he asked. He began to analyze the written reputation of the patient currently at a risk for her life. Sighing, he slammed the file on his desk, pushing himself against his wheel black chair, running his fingers through his light brown chocolate syrup hair, feeling stressed.

It seemed like nurses were peeking over him, engulfing him in their rants, except he knew that wasn't the case. It-was-Jung Hoseok-the-mysterious-cunning-smart-tsundere that played on his mind continuously without pausing. If only he could see him smile like the brightest sunshine he knew he was. However, right now he had someone's life to save.
