Layla's POV

As I get ready for the meeting with Bri, I'm feeling so nervous, but great!

All that could ruin this meeting is if Roger comes in to find out that I'm with Brian after he told me not to see him again. Oh gosh, I have a lot to risk today.

With all the mixed thoughts in my mind, I try to get over it as much as I can and get ready for this huge meeting with Brian.

I walk over to my closet and look around to see if there is any cute and beautiful clothing I could wear today at Hyde Park.

Suddenly, I see a colorful peach- pink sundress that looks very divine. I quickly grab it and place it on my bed. Also, I picked out some flats to go along with the sundress.

I walk over to my bathroom and starts to look around for my curlers. I looked all over for them, but never found them. Frustrated, I found them right in front of my face.

I sighed in relief and started to put the curlers in my hair carefully.

After a full hour of putting those curlers in, I went over to my long wife mirror to take them out.

Honestly, I didn't want my hair to be too curly, but I guess I just have to go with it.

I neatly brush my curly blonde hair and took two strands of my hair carefully before pulling them back with a tan bow holding them back.

I looked in the mirror and though to myself. 'Why do I look like a fucking little girl?'

I rolled my eyes and went to my makeup bag to get my makeup.

I went over to the mirror once again and applied my eyeliner carefully so I wouldn't mess up my eyes. I looked around for my mascara and put that on lightly on my long eyelashes.

Finally, I grabbed my pink lipstick and put in on my soft lips. After all that, I put the makeup up and went back to my bedroom to put my dress on.

As I glanced up, I looked at my small sized clock and saw that I only had 10 minutes until Brian picks me up to go on our meeting.

"SHIT!" I cursed loudly before quickly putting on my dress and my flats. I neatly straighten my dress and put on some perfume that smelled like sweet cherries and sugar. I chuckled to myself as I looked in the mirror one last time before running out the door.

I looked at myself briefly and thought to myself 'Damn. I'm not that beautiful, but I'm guess I'm pretty. I hope Bri likes my appearance!'

After 6 minutes of looking at myself, I hear a loud knock on my door. I jumped a little and went downstairs quickly to open the door.

As I opened it fully, I saw Brian's jaw dropping widely and his eyes looked like huge saucers.

I smiles shyly and looked down to see big red, gorgeous roses in his hands. Brian did look quite handsome with this stripped white dress shirt and some black trousers that fitted perfectly on him.

I blushed and looked up at his huge hazel- green eyes that sparked in the shiny sunlight.

"Oh my, Layla, you look absolutely beautiful. I mean, you took my breath away with your beauty. I'm quite happy to be meeting with you again." He smiled widely before pulling me into a huge hug.

I smiled happily as I buried my face in his brown silky curls that tickled my face. I giggled quietly and slowly pulled away from Brian's embrace.

"You cleaned up well, Brian! I'm very impressed! It's nice to see you again and hope you've been doing well!" I kissed his cheek, which made him blush a red deep colour.

"Oh thank you very much, dear. You're very kind. Oh yes... Before I forget, I brought you roses. I hope you liked them." He handed me two roses and I smiled at Brian.

I hugged him tightly before taking the roses and putting them in my small vase.

"Thank you very much, Brian! I do appreciate it dearly! So, how about we head over to Hyde Park, eh?" I nudged his shoulder lightly and laughed.

"Uh....yes.... Of course! Let's head over there!" He smiled again and he grabbed my hand softly as we walked over to his car. He opened the passenger seat door for me as I thanked him with a smile and a kiss on the cheek.

He quickly walked over to the driver seat as he started the engine and drove to Hyde Park.

While on the car ride, I looked out the window to see the bright lights of London. It was quite beautiful and stunning to see how London actually looks at this time of day. As I looked over to my right, I found myself blushing and getting uncomfortable. Brian was staring at me for the last 5 minutes and he couldn't seemed to take his eyes off of me.

I looked over to him and grinned at him while patting his back gently.

"Are you alright, Brian? You kept looking at me for the past few minutes. Is there something wrong?" I asked in my sweet tender voice.

"No, not at all! I'm still can't believe how beautiful you look!" He blushes as he reached over to squeeze my hand tightly.

I can feel my heart beating in a fast pace and I felt like it was going to pop right out of my chest.

"Well, thank you again! Hey, how about we put on some music?" I asked.

"Sure! Music always seems to calm me down!" He reached over to the radio and started to tune in to some stations. Finally, I hear the riff of Stairway to Heaven playing in the speakers. I can see Brian smile widely and singing along to the lyrics.

I looked at him with excitement and tried to laugh at him as I saw him bouncing around and singing like a maniac. Suddenly, he turned to me and smiled.

"Hey Layla, do you like Led Zeppelin? I bet you do! I believe you know this song, don't you?"

"Oh yeah, I really do like Led Zeppelin! And yes, I do know this song very well!" I exclaimed loudly.

"Well, c'mon and sing with me, love! It's fun to sing along!" He begged me.

I shook my head lightly as Brian continued to beg me.

"Awww, please, Layla? I won't judge about how you sing!" He gave me adorable puppy eyes and he looked really precious! I couldn't say no to him with his puppy eyes.

I sighed loudly before I responded back to Brian.

"Oh fine, I guess, Brian! You're actually lucky that you got me sing along with you."

Brian squealed in excitement and put the volume up higher. I laughed and begin to sing along with him.

"If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now,

It's just a spring clean for the May queen.

Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run

There's still time to change the road you're on.

And it makes me wonder!" We sang in unison loudly.

We continued to sing along together before the song ended and Brian cut the volume down a little.

"Brian, you really have a nice voice! I enjoyed hearing you sing." I complimented him.

"Thank you, dear. I think my voice is useless! I can never sing!" He frowned slightly and looked at me.

I stroked his cheek and kissed it. "Bri, you are one talented guy. I know you can do lots of things and you can do those things very well. You have more talent than me. Please don't doubt yourself because you're going to be very famous one day! I believe it!" I encouraged him.

He smiled as he kissed my cheek and he pulled up to the parking lot of Hyde park.
