Power.

The one true constant that is the driving force for people with great desires. Power can be freeing but it can also be corrupting.

Many powerful people are often portrayed as heroes for their accomplishments, almost always being revered for their great deeds. But no one stops to take a look at the wreckage these powerful men leave behind in their quest for power.

One such man or rather dragon blood, or to make it even more simpler, dragon shifter is none other than the dragon King himself, King Kim Hanseo.

A dragon with the breath of fire, the ability to manipulate metal and lava, he is indeed powerful. Powerful enough to kill his own kind in order to lay his claim on a throne no one expected to even exist, afterall there were no kings before the great War.

Eons ago, when the first dragon learned to channel their magic into shifting their appearance, Dragons lived in peace and harmony. There were no greater breaths, rather all the different breaths of a dragon were treated as equal and precious.

But a 100 years ago, one dragon decided what he had, the peace and harmony was not enough. He wanted more. He wanted power.

Power to bend the wills of the rest of the Dragons to his own. Power to determine which dragon was worthy enough to be ranked as the stronger one. Power to divide the nation into two parts, the strongest ones and the weakest ones.

This quest for power led to a war between the Dragons, where dragons with the breath of fire laid seige to the rest of the unsuspecting dragons, killing tons and making their mark as the strongest ones out there.

The nation was indeed divided into two parts. The luxurious side, otherwise known as the great paradise, houses the fire breathers, metal breathers and the lava breathers. The poor side, known as the weak link, houses the other not so important kinds of dragons, namely, water dragons and earth dragons.

While the powerful ones lived in luxury, the poor suffered. While the powerful ones threw away the extra food they had for mere pests, the poor scrambled to even find one meal.

It was rather unfortunate the fate that had befallen the once peaceful land of dragons, only because of the greed of one dragon. While that dragon had long perished, his offsprings now sit on the same throne created by that greed, and feed on the helplessness of the poor.

It is a poor vicious cycle.

Not one dragon born in the family of the royals is good, atleast none have been in the last 100 years.

Perhaps, that's the reason why the poor have finally decided it was time to put an end to their misery by fighting back.

Leading the rebel group is an orphan by the name of Jeon Jungkook, a water dragon by nature, one who is fearless and courageous beyond words could describe. It is his courage that has given hope to the poor for a better world.

Jeon Jungkook has suffered at the hands of the fire dragons ever since he was a kid. And he will make sure he puts an end to their tyranny once and for all. Even if it means starting another great war.

And what better way to start a whole new war for freedom then killing off the only heir to the fire Dragons throne, Prince Kim Taehyung?
