~Julian's POV~

My heart pounded in my chest. I looked at Dominik with wide eyes. Did I hear him correctly?

"What...?" I rasped out. My voice going dry. My throat closing up, trying to stop my tears.

"I asked if you would marry me..." He looked nervous now.

I looked at him for a few seconds, hope leaving his eyes. I couldn't bear to see it. I flung my arms around Dominik's neck and smashed my lips to his. It's been forever since I kissed him.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and held me close. When we broke apart for air I looked him in the eye and smiled. "Yes. Yes I will. I love you."

Relief flooded through Dominik's body and he visibly relaxed. "I'm so glad."

"The babies are here!" Amber squealed and ran in, carol and River following after her.

When I saw my babies for the first time, I burst into tears. "Their... Beautiful..."

Carol handed me the girl so I could look at her. She was so cute. Dominik was right. She did resemble me in a way. Even had my baby blue eyes (the eye color he used to have before he kinda went vamp).

The girl looked at me with her big blue eyes, she looked at me curiously. "Hi there..." Her cute face titled a bit as she looked at me.

"What are we gonna name her Julian?" Dominik whispered in my ear.

I thought for a moment before smiling a bit. "What about... Violet Ansley Saint." I used Dominik's last name, everyone was a bit shocked but got over it.

"I love it." Dominik kissed my cheek.

"You name the boy Dominik." River handed the baby boy to Dominik. The boy had jade colored eyes... Or... Eye? One was jade the other was a lighter shade of it, but enough to tell the difference.

"What about Drake Ezra Saint?" Dominik looked at me and nodded my approval.

"I like it. It suits him." I smiled at the little boy.

"Wait till Tate and Nick see the babies! They will flip!"

At the mention of Tate and my brother, my mood instantly dropped. "How are they anyway...?"

"Tate.... Is Tate. Energized like a bunny." He chuckled. "And Nick... Was really upset after you left..."

"I still have apologize to them..."

"I think you coming home would be an apology all on its own." He gave me a peck on the cheek.

I nodded slightly. Still feeling bad about what happened. Violet started crying. I jumped a little. I looked at Dominik frantic. "What do I do?!" I was never told tow to care for babies.

"I bet she's hungry." Carol cooed at the baby. Than Drake started crying and I got really frantic.

"How do we feed them?" I asked carol worriedly.

"I'll go get the nurse."

-after they feed the babies.-

So I was givin some kind of formula to bottle feed the babies with. After we had finished feeding the babies, they were taken back to the nursery. They had to do final check ups to give us the okay to take them home. A nurse also had to check up on my stomach from when the cut my stomach open *shudder*.

Just thinking about that can send me into shudders.

A doctor walked in with a big smile. "Violet and Drake should be ready to go home tomorrow morning. And you clear to leave once they are."

"So their healthy?" Dominik smiled brightly. Excited that our kids where okay.

"Yes very. But your son..." Me and Dominik lost our smiles almost instantly. "At first we thought he was blind see he wouldn't respond to the tests. But after awhile he did. Not really sure what its supposed to mean... But he's fine now. And Violet. Her eyes changed color awhile ago. We don't know about that either... But anyway. Call us up if anything happens that may be suspicious."

Me and Dominik nodded. We confused on what was wrong with our babies.

-morning-

When morning came, everyone was ecstatic. River was kind enough to install baby seats in Dominik's car. I would be staying with Carol and Amber for the next week so we can get everything moved out. They said that I had to let them be the babysitters and the aunts. And of course, I agreed.

"Okay! Now lets load these cutie pies up!" Amber skipped to the car with Carol in tow. River laughed as he walked after the girls.

I held Drake in my arms as I carried him to the car, Dominik was carrying Violet. We loaded the babies up and got in our cars and we headed to Amber an Carols house to celebrate.

Me and Dominik took a car to ourselves so we could talk.

"Julian. I love you." He held my hand. Of course I blushed when he did.

"And I love you to Dominik." Dominik smiled contently.

"Good..." We drove in silence. Until Drake started crying.

I jumped a little and looked back at Drake. "Dominik, pull over for a second." Dominik pulled over and I climbed out of the car. He hadn't used the bathroom yet. And he didn't want any baby formula. I unbuckled his car seat and held him in my arms till he calmed down. "Better..." I put him back in his seat and got back in the car and resumed driving. "That was odd."

"I don't think so. Maybe he just doesn't like cars."

"I guess..." We pulled up to Carol and Ambers house and carried the babies inside. When I walked inside, I had to stop and make sure what I was seeing was real. I saw my dad, Angel, Justin, Nick, Tate, Avery, Asa, and of course River, Carol and Amber, all standing right at the door to greet us.

"Welcome home!" Everyone cheered. I hand Drake to Carol and flung myself at everyone. Squishing them in my hugs. "Oh my god! I love you guys!"

Nick hugged me so tight, I thought I would explode. "Big brother! Or should I say sister!" He laughed. He definitely seemed more happy now that I was here.

"Hey! I am definitely a boy!"

"Say that all you want. But you will always be half girl." Nick ruffled my hair. He was taller than me, so it made him seem like he was the older one.

I pouted at Nick. But than I heard Drake start to cry. I looked over at him frantically. Carol looked confused on why he was crying. I ran toward Drake and too him out of Carols arms. "Sorry Carol. I-I-"

"I understand sweetie." She smiled.

I held Drake to my chest. He strangely stopped crying after a few seconds. Everyone stared at us. "Well... Um. Lets all catch up. I really want to spend time with all the people I love." I blushed and smiled at my family.

-the following week-

I moved back in with Dominik. I'm now staying in his room, and across the hall where my old room used to be, is where the new nursery is. We painted the walls pink and blue, do now it's a good looking nursery for babies. Although, I noticed if I'm not with Drake, he cries non-stop till I go back to him. He keeps me up at night a lot so I'm really tired lately.

"I'll take Drake. You take a long nap Julian."

I looked at Dominik and nodded. I handed Drake to Dominik. I started to walk away. No crying. Good-

Drake started crying. I sighed and walked over to Dominik and took Drake. "Can you take care of Violet? I'm going to go call a doctor or something." I shook my head and walked over to the phone in the kitchen. I thought about calling the nice doctor at the hospital, but ended up dialing River instead.

"River speaking."

"River. We're in desperate need of your help... I haven't slept in a whole week. Drake won't go one minute without me holding him. If he doesn't have physical contact with me he starts crying. I find it a bit abnormal... And, well, I'm about to pass out. I'm really tired. And your help would be greatly appreciated..."

"I'm coming down right now." River hung up.

I sighed and went and laid down in the couch with Drake laying on top of me.

Dominik sat in the floor with Violet. He looked at me worriedly.

Well... I guess I can take a short nap... Maybe...

A/N:

What do you thinks up with Drake? Hm? And Violet. Never cries. So... These twins are like polar opposites :p but trust me. Do juicy stuffs gonna happen soon.

BTW: book two is mostly focused on the war. This book is mostly Julian finding his way back into the world and getting over his past.
