Marsh showed us the camera picture, smiling softly at us. "I love how only Ammolite and Goof are the ones solely interested in the picture. Onyx and Nine didn't like photos!" He laughed. Onyx scoffed, rolling his eyes at Marsh's remark. "You're right, I didn't wanna take the photo. Goof wouldn't stop bugging me about it though!" Nine didn't say a word like usual. He turned his head towards me and motioned to his room. I nodded and followed him, smiling as we moved closer to the door. It was a long while since we were all together again, and ever since, we all went through necessary changes. I had gotten a job at a place called Leblanc, and the others.... only probably got minor changes. I felt bad I couldn't treat everyone for this momentous occasion, but ever since my Step mother found out I was using her card, she froze it. So I relied on my own bank account to pay for food and such.

[Nine's Room]

I strolled into Nine's room and was surprised to see it so.... normal? Nine turned to me after opening the curtains for some natural light. "What's wrong? Did you expect anything more?" He asked as my face flushed a deep rosy red. "I... I don't know..." Nine smirked and teased me. "What? Completely Cyberpunk?" I sighed as he had a shit eating grin, almost as if he was doing this to purposely mess with me. He then pulls out a bit military like bag, "So to list off the stuff you asked for; A smart watch that acts like a character menu displaying your inventory in your bag, Tech gloves that Generate electricity... don't know why I agreed to make this but here we are... A Helmet with a built in holographic HUD, you didnt give me specifics so I securely connected it to your phone. Basically it can play music, receive calls, let you access the GPS, a compass, show the time, battery life on the bike, and miles per hour. Also because I'm nice, you Can't ride unless you have this helmet on. Literally it acts like a key almost." I smiled at him before attempting to grab the bag. he takes my wrist before I was able to take it and says, "Woah woah woah! I'm not doing this for free now, I expect payment." He stared daggers into my soul before I give in and ask about the damage. "How much damage are we talkin'?" He bluntly replied with, "For everything I go through for you, about 3,250 dollars." My Jaw dropped hearing the ridiculous request he came up with. Nevertheless, I shook my head snapping out of my shock and sighed once more in defeat. "Fine fine, I think I've got that much." Nine went back to smiling cheekily and uttered, ""Good~ I thank you for your Patronage." I sat on his bed and yanked my wallet out of my pocket before asking, "Cash or card?" He peered at his computer and didn't look back at me. "Cash only please." I groaned, knowing I would have to stop by an ATM for that. He then said, "Buuuuut, I'll take card this time. One time only." My concerned look turned into a smile and I pulled my card out, handing it to him so he could swipe it on the card machine. Nine returned it to me and I placed it back into my wallet while he resumed his work. "It's been a pleasure doing business with you~ But..." He pulled me towards him, his grip tight on my collar. "Card, one time, only! Got it?!" I nodded swiftly, surprised by his intimidating voice. "G... Got it." He got back to work, adding even further. "Also, if there are any problems, bugs, glitches. Let me know ok?" I nodded smiling as I took the bag towards my room. Once in my room I opened it up and pulled out the watch, latching it around my wrist, then twisted the frame hearing a click as I was brought to a menu on the displayed UI. "Thank you so much Nine, " I muttered to myself with a happy smile.

I scrolled through the different tabs within the Smart watch, "Contacts, Navigator, Inventory, Music, Settings... Hmm... Looks like I need to connect it to my phone." I grabbed it off my desk and looked for a slot before I heard it speak. "Intelligent System Analytic Computer is now online. All Isac systems are now online. Connection Established." Then the voice went away, showing my contacts in my phone that were now on a hologram front he watch. I then twisted the frame back and it was a normal watch again. "This will be very very useful." I smiled as it went to sleep mode, grabbing the gloves and putting them on. "These are very snug, but cool so I don't sweat in them like a hooker in a church." I added as I held my phone, plugging it into it's charger so the battery can be full.

"These gloves are kick ass!" I exclaimed, still smiling with excitement as I pressed the button. It turned the screen off on the glove before I went back to the bag and grabbed the new helmet, putting it on and seeing a videogame like HUD. I started to play music inside of it and the surround sound speakers made themselves known as the bass started to make my head bob back and forth. I immediately turned it off and messed with it some more as I made my way out to my bike, when I took it off, I looked at them both and said, "I'm gonna spray paint this bitch."

I then set the helmet back on my head and revved the puttering engine of my bike, driving off for a small bit. My helmet played the Wellerman sea shanty as it drove on the highway, passing a few cars on the way. I passed a police car and did a small rev bomb, waving back at them. "Dumb fucking idea but hey maybe he won't go after me." I muttered to myself, getting off the highway then stopped at an intersection, turning around to see some guy in a truck making angry and rude gestures at me. I tilted my head in curiosity, this dude was clearly not well, so I shrugged it off and drove away as soon as the traffic light went green. After I did so, the fucker tailgated me and I just kept driving away towards a diner. I stopped there and got off, the same guy slammed his breaks and hopped out of his truck, yelling at me while I still had my helmet on. I didn't wanna do anything crazy, so I turned the other way, headed for the Diner. He grabbed my arm before I could escape and in reflex I headbutted his chest to the floor, lowering him down gently as I jammed to my tunes in my helmet. After he was resting on the ground, I moved into the diner, going to get something to eat. She aroma of food made my stomach growl in hunger as it filled the air. Arriving at the counter, I smiled taking my helmet off, then banging my hand against it. The man who was working the orders and taking them put his hand up as a signal to stop. "Eight dollars and I give you the bits!" I chuckled as I put down a crisp 10, shouting cheerfully. "The Bits! The Bits! The Bits! The Bits!!!!" Patiently waiting, he utters, "I saw what you did to that guy, But! Let that be a one time thing. Don't go bringing any more trouble ya hear?!" I looked down shamefully, and just nodded in agreement. "I won't, promise!" He then slid down the bag and I made my way out of the diner back to my bike. Sitting next to it, I listened to the music in my helmet next to me, and sat my bits in my lap, watching the sun set in the horizon, displaying beautiful orange, pink and tan colors as I enjoy the food.
