Chapter 1

I wake with a groan and throw my alarm clock at the wall. Whoever made alarm clocks are definitely going on my Top 10 Kill List.

I guess this is the part where I introduce myself, well my name is Blake Prelin (yes I am a girl) and I have a brother Ren Prelin, I'm 18 and he's 21. Our parents are died when I was 8 and we have no other family so Josh had to raise me. He couldn't really legally get a job when our parents passed so he started a gang. I don't hate him for it though, because of that I have a roof over my head so I'm grateful. Doesn't stop me from worrying though.

"BLAKE GET THE FUCK UP!!!" If you couldn't already tell neither of us are morning people.

"CALM YOUR FALM YOU DERANGED WEASLE!"

"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, I'M OLDER THAN YOU!"

See? What a great relationship we have. Don't get me wrong we love each other to the ends of the earth, we're just both extremely sarcastic, it's how we show our love.

I go into the black abyss that is my closet and grab a black t-shirt with a compass on it, some denim shorts and hop in the shower.

After I hop out and get dressed, I skip down the steps. Which might I just say, is rather hard, and find my brother sitting on the couch. I walk over and put on some red converse

"Hey, I'm heading out now, did you put the list on the bench?"

"Nah it's right here" he hands me a piece of pink paper with Disney princesses on it. I snicker.

"Shut up, I couldn't find any other paper." He states crossing his arms.

"Right, well Princess Ren I shall leave your humble aboad, and set out on my mighty quest"

"Very well but before you leave polish my crown will you? It's looking rather dull" he starts pulling this face that looks like he has a stick up his ass while eating a lemon.

I bow and shove the list into my pocket.

"As you wish my king of absolute dickheadedness" I smirk when I see him scowl and skip out the door grabbing my batman book bag as I pass.

Yikes.
