Chapter 2
Finally! Lucy will have her own point of view. :)

[Lucy’s POV]
Levy had been pushing me for the past two hours literally. It’s a weekend, and there’s still the Cherry Blossom Trees around. The view was amazingly breathtaking. Though the outside of my window looked wonderful, my mood wasn’t.
Levy smiled at me mischievously. “You wouldn’t be crying earlier if you didn’t care now.”
“So what?”
She sniggered as if an innocent little girl stood dumbfounded in front of her. “My point is, you like him.”
I gave her a look. “The f**k are you saying, Levy? I don’t like Natsu. You don’t know what you’re saying. We all know that my mission was to break his heart. I have no idea why I cried. Why are you insisting it’s because of Natsu?”
Levy frowned deeply, her eyes saying that she’ll kill me. “Because it’s true. Denying, my friend? Please don’t, because I know you better than you know yourself.”
Pursing my lips into a thin line, she rolled her eyes yet again. “I don’t understand you and your thoughts. Little reminder: I will never fall for someone like Natsu who’s a player, cocky, and arrogant bastard. Why don’t you go back to studying so you can perfect the exam? I’ll mind my own business.”
“Fine, but I’m telling you this myself: you like him.” The worst thing about having a friend is that they’ll always assume “everything”. Literally. It’s gonna come true in the end, that’s the worst of all.
I watched her turn on her heels, practically walking out with her hair blowing out in the wind. Sitting back down with my phone in hand, I listened to some music for relaxation.
That’s when all the memories of Natsu and I came back. I have no idea why I’m having all these throwbacks now since it’s not a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
And as if on cue, Natsu strolled oh-so-casually with his arms draped around two girls. My eyes narrowed at the sight of him and the bratty-looking girls not noticing that I plastered on a furious face.
“PDA.” I mumbled in disgust, averting my gaze at the now unholy scene they were making. What is this, a bedroom? They should stay away from our sights!
Juvia and Gray then came in which is relieving because I don’t want to watch a bed scene. Surprisingly now, my feelings for Gray was as empty as the color of black.
“What are they doing?” Juvia grunted. Gray muttered profanities under his breath, quite disliking the fact that his girlfriend had to witness this. “Uh, Lucy?”
I turned to her. “Yes?”
“Why do you look so scary?” Offending words, was what I wanted to say because it really is offending me.
“Do I?”
“Yeah.” Gray answered for her and I just sighed. “Is there a problem?”
Frowning, I respond with a nod. “But no need to worry. I can handle it on my own.”
"Lucy, you might want to look at yourself right now." Juvia handed me a mirror and I stared at the reflection of me I was seeing. Beautiful. Note the sarcasm. I had bags under my eyes and my hair was disarrayed. Most appropriate hashtag for today? #Wokeuplikethis.
Actually, I never woke up because I was sleepless for three days. Can you imagine that? The amazing thing is that I can still study despite the fact that I lack sleep.
"I look horrible," I groaned, closing my eyes through the distracting noise I was hearing.
"You do. You might want to go home."
"Uh, thanks Juvia. You're right." Realizing that the noise had stopped, I glanced at where I last saw the three people standing by. They were already gone. "I should really go..."
"See 'ya!"
I waved at them with my bag slung on my shoulder. After turning a left, I bumped into a muscular—well not really—man. His scent was too familiar; there’s a scent of fire and a weird fragrance probably coming from his body. He wore casual clothes, the one he wore almost everywhere. Looking down, plain yellow sneakers were on his feet.
Finally gazing into those pair of orbs, I became lost. It held so much emotion and it sparkled in the sunlight. His orbs was a universe with stars.
I staggered back after he pushed me abruptly. Luckily, I had great balance. “Get away from me.”
“Natsu—” I was unable to finish because he walked away with a scowl in his face. Natsu’s cold voice ringed again and again in my head. He’s like a cold fire...
Sighing, I continued on my way to my house. His eyes earlier... full of emotions that I couldn’t really decipher at all.

If Angle T and Angle S is a linear pair, then they are supplementary. The reason: Supplement Postulates. The if-then statement is an example of a Conditional Statement. The three more kinds of statements are Inverse, Converse, and Contrapositive Statement.
Geometry: one of my favorite subjects because it’s easy to understand. There aren’t abundant problem solving just like Algebra.
Right now though, I couldn’t understand a thing.
My mind flew over to Natsu and his face. Why was I over thinking about that guy? He didn’t seem to be a significant one with the way he’s acting. Sure, this guy is attractive, super handsome and he looks like smart (though he isn’t). He acts like himself and is one of my type. Now I don’t understand why I’m praising him.
“Miss Heartfilia?” Mom called out in an almost sarcastic way. “You have a package. Don’t you want to come down and see it?” Curiosity got the best of me so I scampered all the way downstairs and descried a box of food. You could say I was a retard for expecting flowers instead of food.
“Mom, who sent me these?”
She rolled her eyes at me as if the answer was palpable. “Isn’t it obvious? Of course your boyfriend.” My mouth formed an “o” at the response. It’s not Natsu though since he’s moved on and is now back to his old self.
Truthfully I wanted to get back into a romantic relationship with Natsu so that I can get revenge for the girls again but once was enough, as they say. He never learned a lesson, but someday he will learn it—not by me and my way.
“Lucy, can I talk to you for a moment?” Mom queried, her soft yet commanding voice making me nod. “I know that you and Natsu already broke up.” I wasn’t one of those typical girls who gasp and ask how did he or she knew, but I was one of those girls who just nod to big revelations. I knew Mom of course, and it’s not a big deal for her to know it. “And I know that you two have been faking your relationship.” At that point, I was already shocked but I just didn’t show it. We did good at acting! How did we get caught? “You don’t seem like you’re in love with him.”
“Yeah, well...”
“But oh, he’s in love with you.” Something tugged at the corner of my heart as her words pierced through me. He said that himself yet to tell everyone the truth I still couldn’t believe it. “I, your mother, wonder why you’re not falling for his charms.”
“He doesn’t have charms.” I grumbled irritatingly.
She mockingly gasped at me. “You are an alien from the outer space.” And I don’t know if she’s my mother.
I started to gobble up all the food inside the box happily as Mom stared at me, quietly asking herself if I was really her daughter with all the eating habits I have. She also mumbled to herself that I’m a tomboy, despite the fact that she knows that I had a big crush on Gray back then.
After eating, I faced her and smiled. “By the way, you ordered the food so you could at least make me glad. Thanks, Mom.”
My phone beeped as I pushed the door to my room.
Hey.
Unregistered number. Mystery person. Time to forget about Natsu.
>>Hey yourself
<<Ooh, attitude :D
>>Nah, kidding. Hey there.
<<Don’t you use emoticons?
>>Hah, nope. Name?
<<Secret :p
>>Great and unique name. Hi Secret. Lucy here by the way. Before you ask me questions, I’m gonna speak. I live on the most amazing place in the universe: earth, I am a teenager, my hobbies are eating and sleeping, sometimes even fighting. Well, there you go.
<<Ohh! Well, I’m Secret. I live at the house next to yours, I am a teenager, and flirting is my hobby. Done with the introductions. :D
I gazed at my window and saw a house next to hours. Honestly, it looked like there was nobody in there because I’ve never seen someone come out of it. Goodness, please make my chatmate a human, not a ghost.
The bedroom of the house lightened up as a silhouette waved at me. Awkwardly, I smiled and waved back, a little crept out. That was the first time I saw my neighbor—well, only his silhouette, but whatever.
>>So that’s why you know me. How come I don’t see you around? I don’t know you actually.
<<I never liked to come out of my shell, that’s why. But hey, it hurts to know that you don’t know me but I know you.
>>I perceive you to be an annoying girl.
<<Boy is my gender haha. And my name isn’t really Secret, but it starts with letter D.
>>I know that because I’m not an idiot. Aaand... don’t really want to think of something dirty.
<<Oh? :D
>>Don’t try to make yourself mysterious.
<<I like to keep it as a secret for now. :D Let’s chat again?
>>Potassium.
>>Huh?
<<K = Potassium.
>>Please, you’re not Albert Einstein.
I ignored the last message. When he told me that his name began with D, I thought of his surname as: Dragneel.
