Julie's POV

"I don't want to hear it Julie! You're going in there and you're going to talk" Mum said practically dragging me into the waiting room

"She just wants information from me so she can sell them to the papers!" I lied so I could get out of this stupid therapy session

"Stop talking nonsense" Mam chuckled at my obvious lie

"Mammy please" I did my best pout trying to get Mam to cave

"Don't look at her Chez" Mum said covering Mam's eyes

"Aghhh" I groaned siting on the leather seat with my arms folded across my chest

"I'll take you shopping after this if you talk" Mam bribed me

"Stop bribing her Cheryl" Mum said while flipping through the magazine. I locked eyes with Mam.. this was my chance. I put my hands together in a praying like way begging her while mouthing 'Please' to her. She was so close to caving. Until Mum's head instantly shot up at our sudden silence

"Cheryl you can't be serious for almost falling for that" Mum said looking at Mam with her eyebrow raised

"O-of course I wasn't.. I'm not stupid Kimba" she scoffed sipping her coffee

"Just checking" Mum said with a smirk going back to her magazine

"Julie Tweedy-Walsh?" The secretary called my name. I raised my hand to indicate I was in the room

"Dr. Jefferson will see you now" she said gesturing to Samantha's office

"Is that her last name? and I thought she was just a social worker.. Shady sh!t is going on here.. I'm telling you Mam she's going to s-" Mum cut me off

"Julie you're not going to persuade your mother into letting you leave. I suggest you go in there and get it over with" Mum told me off

"Fine! but don't come crying to me when sh*t ends up in tomorrow's papers" I said before walking away and entering the all too familiar posh office

"Nice to see you again Julie" Samantha said as I took my seat opposite of her

"Yeah, yeah you too" I said already getting annoyed

"What's happened to your cheek?" she asked raising her eyebrow suspiciously

"Mam's 15 year old nephew thought it was okay to punch a girl in the face" I said fuming with Che for leaving my cheek bruised

"I see.. have you gone and seen your Mum's side of the family then?" she asked curiously

"Mum? No I went to Mam's"

"Yeah that's what I meant your Mam's" she explained herself

"Yeah.. it was a right sh!t I'm telling you, they hated me. You should have seen the way Uncle Andrew looked at me.. you know what he said when I first met him?" I said needing to get this off my chest

"What's that then?"

"He told Granddad that 'I thought she got rid of her along time ago' like fck you I was standing right there! fcking prick! I'm never going there again!" I huffed in annoyance

"So I take it, it didn't go that well?" she said sitting more relaxed in her seat

"No.. and I knew I should have taken back his present. Prick doesn't deserve a new xbox" I said folding my arms across my chest

"Did anything good happen on this visit?" she asked

"Well yeah.. Nana said I was her favorite in front of everyone.. Uncle Andrews wife pissed her pants, she was so jealous" I said with a smile across my face

"You and your Nana are close then?"

"Yeah.. she kind of found me" I said remembering that night and how lucky I was to be found by Joan

"Found you?" I found myself telling Samantha all that happened that night, I was surprised to see how comfortable I was to be around her. She seemed more chill than she let's on, woman looks like she had a stick up her arse the first time we met, among other encounters

"Do you find it weird that I have two Mum's?" I asked later on needing to know if she was homophobic

"No not at all" she answered

"Then why did it seem that way?"

"I have nothing against it.. Julie I have two dads" she laughed

"You should laugh more often.. it looks nice on you" I smiled, and she did. Her face lit up when she smiled and laughed, she had a beautiful laugh

"I'll try my best" she smiled getting up from her seat

"That's it for today?" I asked almost disappointed I enjoyed speaking to her

"Until next week" she gave me a quick hug before opening the door for me

"Until next week" I smiled walking out of the office

Julie's POV

"Babyyyy that tickles" I giggled as Libby placed a piece of ice over my cheek letting the water trickle down to my neck

"Let me get that for you" she said leaning over me and putting the piece of ice back in the bowl on my nightstand. She licked my neck clean from the water droplets

"Are you satisfied" I giggled as she continued to lick my neck

"You taste good, I'll never be satisfied" she grinned at me as she came up

"I got you something" she smiled shyly at me

"What is it?" I asked getting excited suddenly

"Close your eyes" she whispered, I did just as she asked. I closed my eyes and I could feel the smile spread across my face making me look like a fool. I felt something around my neck and I'm guessing she was putting a neckless on for me

"Open your eyes" she said kissing my cheek a few times

"Do you like it?" she asked biting her lip. I looked down and saw a small silver diamond infinity neckless on top of my heart locket neckless that will forever be permanently around my neck, just like Mam's

"It's beautiful.. why did you get it?" It came out as a whisper

"Because we are forever" she said kissing my forehead

"You think so?" I cocked my head to the side

"Mhmm I know so" she smiled brightly, we just sat there staring into each other's eyes not needing to say anything. There was so much love being conveyed in that moment that nothing else mattered. But of course my phone ruined the moment with the obnoxious ring tone blaring out of the speaker. I rolled my eyes and reached over for it. It was a number I didn't have saved so I cautiously answered it

"Hello?" I answered with pout and my eyebrows knitted together

"Julie?" Came the boys reply

"Erm.. Yeah, whose this?" I asked making a weird face

"It's um.. It's Che" my face instantly fell and I had the sudden urge to hang up in his face

"What do you want?" Libby was looking at me closely

"I.. I wanted to thank you for me present, always wanted an xbox" he said shyly, the rude boy long gone

"You're welcome... is there anything else you needed?" I said not letting his little act get to me

"Um.. I wanted to apologize.... properly?" it came out almost as a question

"Go on, I'm listening" I smiled feeling a bit smug

"I wanted to come over this weekend.. and like get to know you's, we are cousins after all.. close in age and all" I could almost see him shrugging

"..Yeah I guess that's okay"

"Great! so I'll see ya's this weekend then?"

"See you this weekend" I said ending the call

"What was that about?" Libby asked

"Remember Che?" I reminded her and I could almost see the anger in her eyes

"Was it him? did you fcking invite him over this weekend?" she snapped

"Lib, he's my cousin and he wanted to apologize properly" I shrugged

"Better have a good fcking apology, I'm telling you that" she scoffed

"Libby, baby, sweetie, pumpkin.. stop swearing I can't and will never take you seriously. Okay sweetheart?" I said making her giggle whilst falling back on the pillows

"Thank you for my present" I said pecking her on the lips before cuddling into her

"You're welcome Jam" she said running her hand into my vest top

"Jam?" I said whilst laughing

"Yeah because you're sweet as Jam" she said smiling widely at me

"You say the weirdest things babe" I sighed rubbing my nose against her neck

Julie's POV

"Mam!?" I shouted going down the stairs

"Kitchen!" she answered in the same tone

"Hey.." I trailed off not knowing how to tell her

"Hey" she raised her eyebrow sensing I had something to say

"So... you remember Che?" I asked sitting myself on the kitchen counter facing her

"Babe he's me nephew it's kind of hard to forget him" she said leaning against the counter opposite of me

"So.. he called me, and said he wanted to come over this weekend. To apologize properly and what not" I said ending with a shrug

"Yeah, and you're okay with that?" she asked

"Are you?"

"It doesn't bother us.. but you're going to have to talk to your Mum first" she said

"See that's the thing" I said making her pay close attention

"I already told him it was okay" I cringed when she sighed loudly

"I'm not getting into this, go talk to your mum" she said

"But Mam he's your nephew" I protested

"Kimba is going to kill us" she said rubbing her temples

"Why would I kill you?" Mum said coming I to the kitchen and standing beside Mam

"Che is coming over and I already said it was okay" I said hoping off the kitchen counter and running out quickly making an escape

"You're dead Julie!! dead!" I heard Mam shout

Cheryl's POV

"Hey Baby" I said trying to make the situation a little calmer

"Don't baby me, what's this with Che then? why would you let him come over here after everything he did?" she said with anger in her voice. I leaned up against her as she leaned back on the counter running me finger against her collarbone kissing her a few times where me finger was

"Are you going to let us talk?" I said leaning further into her, me front pressed against hers

"Go on" she said wrapping her arms around me waist letting them rest on me bum

"Che asked her if it was alright to come over and apologize properly.. and Julie being Julie said it was okay" I said playing with the ends of her hair

"He better have a good apology, her face is still bruised" she sighed

"I know babe... I like your hair like this" I said making her smile

"I dyed the tips a lighter tone"

"It's really pretty, just like you" I kissed her on the lips

"And I love this lip color" I flirted kissing her lips once more

"I love the perfume you have on as well" I said kissing down her neck

"I love everything about you" I trailed kisses down her exposed chest landing my lips onto her cleavage giving her feather like kisses a few times before trailing back up to her beautiful naturally puffy lips
