Julie's POV

"Hey can I talk to you guys about something?" I said sitting on Mam and Mums bed they were both in bed cuddling.. I don't think I interrupted anything because they weren't at it when I walked in

"What's up peanut?" Mam said sitting up in Mums arms

"I just... Erm" I didn't know how to say it

"What's wrong Julie?" Mum looked concerned

"I want to have sex with Jake" I said and their eyes went wide. Their eyeballs looked like they were about to fall out

"Julie babe-" Mam started but I cut her off

"Now before you start telling me I'm too young, let me just say this okay?" I said getting up and they both nodded encouraging me to go on. I stood at the end of the bed looking at them nervously

"Jake and I love each other.. and it's not like I'm a virgin anyways" I shrugged

"Oh Julie" Mam said sadly I think she started to remember the first time we met, and her finding me on the bathroom floor. I started remembering the first time I confessed to Mam that I had been raped by my previous foster fathers.

"So I just wanted to tell you guys, because I respect you both and I would want you guys to know what Jake and I will be doing" I said

"Is there any arguing with you?" Mum asked

"No point" I said with a smile

"Julie I think you should wait until your sixteenth birthday" Mam said

"Agh Mam that's not until forever" I sighed tilting my head up to the ceiling

"Babe it's in another week! keep your hormones under control, what's gotten into you lately?" she chuckled

"Fine. I'll wait until my birthday" I gave in and walked over to the bedroom door

"You guys better keep it down tonight" I said cheekily before walking out of their bedroom and over to mine I could hear them laughing at what I said

Julie's POV

"My birthday mmmm me and you" I said as Jake and I made out just outside of the school that afternoon

"One week, you're mine" I said pulling on his hair a little. I couldn't get enough of him

"I can't wait" he said kissing me once more

"I really have to go now" he whined pulling out from our tight embrace

"Aw okay! see you tomorrow" I kissed his lips and watched him walk to his car. I waved him off before walking back into the building and into the school office

"Lauren" I nodded to the secretary before going around and into Mrs. Jackson's office. She was on the phone and raised one finger to let me know she won't be long. I started to have a look around her office, she had a lot of awards, and along with that she had a lot of family photos. One photo in particular caught my eye, she had beautiful carmel light brown hair with hazel colored eyes, she looked to be in her teens. She was really gorgeous she had a smile that could light up a room with just this photograph

"That's our Megan" Mrs. Jackson said taking me out of my thoughts as she stood beside me

"She's beautiful" I said still looking at the photo

"She is" she whispered

"So what's the plan for today?" I asked placing the photograph back carefully

"Well nothing really. I was wondering if you would like to join me and my family for a barbecue at my house this afternoon?" she asked

"Really?" I was surprised she was inviting me into her home. With her family, I was nothing but a student in her school. I wonder why she was being so friendly towards me, it's not everyday your principal invites you over for a barbecue

"Yeah so what do you say?" she smiled

"Yeah okay! I just have to call my parents and let them know first" I informed her and I could see her eyes light up with happiness

"Of course go on" she said leaving me in her office. I pulled out my phone and dialed Mam's number

"Hello?"

"Hey Mam!" I said cheerfully

"Hey pumpkin what's up?"

"Mrs. Jackson invited me to her house this afternoon for a barbecue with her and her family. Can I go?" I asked hopeful suddenly getting excited to meet the rest of Mrs. Jackson's family

"Sure babe that's fine, just text us the address of her house when you want us to pick you up" mam said

"Okay Mam love you" I smiled

"Love you too sweetheart" and with that I ended the call and went out to find Mrs. Jackson

Julie's POV

Mrs. Jackson and I went to tescos together to buy some essentials for the barbecue later. Snacks, meats, and drinks

"Are you a meat lover Julie?"She asked as she looked to see which steaks she wanted to purchase

"Yeah I love meat more than chicken" I answered

"Good you'll fit right in with my crazy meat loving family" she said before turning back around to order the obscure amount of meat

"So what's your family like?" I asked as we loaded up the boot of the SUV with our purchases

"Crazy is one way of putting it" she laughed

Julie's POV

"You have a lovely home Mrs. Jackson" I said and it was in all honesty. It was homey, and cozy. With whites and mints and light blues. She had dark hardwood flooring that made the colors pop off the wall. Her kitchen was all white with white marble counter top which was gorgeous

"Thank you Julie" she smiled as she put the purchases on the counter

"Finally M-.. Oh hello" a boy walked in he looked to be about 17 and 6'1, light blonde hair, blue eyes and looked to be an athlete looking at his body shape

"Michael this is Julie, Julie this is my son Michael" she said introducing us

"Hi" we said at the same time

"So Mum I wanted to ask you what time are we going to set the grill?" He asked

"In another hour, go call your sister and brother for me" She said while taking out the groceries from the bags and placing them onto the worktop. He left the kitchen and returned with two more family members

"Julie this is Skylar, and Ally" she said

"Hi guys I'm Julie" I said introducing myself

"Hey" they said and an awkward silence fell upon us

"Julie is a student at my school" Mrs. Jackson said breaking the silence

"Oh that's a little weird" Ally said laughing

"I would think that too if it wasn't me" I agreed with her. My phone went off signaling I had an incoming call

"Hello?" I answered

"Hey sweetie, where'd you put the Hoover?" Mam said out of breath

"Mam are you cleaning?" I said laughing

"Oh shut it man! I dropped flour all over the kitchen floor" I couldn't help but laugh at how typical she was

"What're you using flour for?" I asked curiously and I noticed all eyes were on me, they looked away as soon as I noticed

"I was trying to make Kimba a cake" she said in a baby voice

"Aw Mam you're so cute! I put the hoover in the closet... the one in the hallway"

"Of course you did! okay I gotta go! have fun love you" and she shut

"Hey I gotta question" Micheal said after I hung up

"What's up?"

"Why do you call your 'Mum' 'Mam?' he asked

"Because it could get a little confusing if I call both of my Mums 'Mum'" I said getting a shocked look in return

"You have two mums" Skylar asked

"Yup"

"Don't get us wrong we have nothing wrong with that... wouldn't it get confusing if you asked your Mum something and she said 'go ask your mother' it's like a never ending cycle" Michael said making me laugh

"I have one solution for that" I said

"What's that?" he asked curiously

"I ask Mam first, she never tells me no"

Julie's POV

"You have no choice! it's 2 against 2 and you have been chosen" Ally said handing me a huge loaded water gun

"Well since I have no choice" I said taking the gun from her making her laugh

"You're on my team!" Skylar told me, he was the youngest of them he was 13 years old but he was pretty mature for his age. Ally was the oldest she was 21 but she was pretty cool. I could see myself looking up to her. We had just ate the delicious barbecue and now we were kind of hanging around. Up until now, the water wars began

"I got you covered!" Skylar yelled as we attacked Michael and Ally with water balloons while spraying them down

"No noooo!!" I screamed running away from Michael as he sprinted my way picking me up throwing me over his shoulder, putting me on the floor gently

"Get her!!" he yelled to Ally and Skylar as they got the garden hose and hosed me down getting me soaked

"You assholes!!! Skylar you said you had my back" I said squeezing the water out of my shirt as I stood up. They were all laughing at the sight of me including Mr. And Mrs. Jackson

"I'm flicking you guys off mentally!" I huffed but their laughs still didn't die down

"You aahahah you look like a raccoon" Michael said while laughing

"Well that's what happens when you're being hosed down and have makeup on" I said blowing a raspberry at him. I went over and grabbed a towel and sat myself down on the garden patio set

"I have never laughed so much in my life" Ally said coming to sit beside me

"Well I'm happy I could make you guys all laugh" I said looking at everyone. They seemed like a really close family, and I kind of envied them for that, I wish I had a family like there's

"Someone's at the door Mum" Michael said after awhile

"Oh that's probably mam I messaged her 20 minutes ago" I said collecting my things

"I'll let her in, get your stuff" Mrs. Jackson said going inside to answer

"Did you see my bag?" I asked Ally

"Yeah I think it's by the grill" she said going over with me helping me look for it, I was still soaking wet and getting a little cold

"Erm.. I think Cheryl Cole has the wrong house" I heard Michael say but I was too busy looking for my crap and throwing then into my bag

"Why is Cheryl Cole here" Ally asked me like I would know the answer. I guess they didn't read the papers, and watch much tv.

"That's my mam" I said and they all looked at me with shock and amusement

"C-Cheryl actually fcking Cole is your Mum" Michael said

"Yes Cheryl fcking Cole is my Mam" I said laughing and going over to Mam and Mrs. Jackson as the chatted away

"Hey peanut! why are you wet? oh my god you're freezing babe!" Mam said taking off her sweater and wrapping is around me while rubbing my forearms vigorously up and and down trying to warm me up

"We were having a water fight" I said as my teeth began to chatter

"Come on let's get you home... goodnight Mrs. Jackson" Mam said

"Please call me Margret" she said

"Good night Margret" I said winking at her

"Good night Cheeky pants" she said making me giggle. Mam and I walked out to the car and made our way back home
