Julie's POV

I left my car parked haphazardly in our driveway as I ran to the front door

"MAM!" I screamed in tears - my feet were dragging themselves as my body cried out

"MAMMY!" I screamed, howling out - Mam came out of the front room in a panic; rushing over to me and taking me in her arms

"Hey! Whats the matter!?" She held me tighter as I continued to cry my heart out - I could feel my legs giving out. She hoisted me up into her arms; my legs wrapping themselves around her waist - taking us both into the front room. My cries weren't going to die down anytime soon; I was clinging onto her - I never wanted her to let me go.

"Julie! I need you to breathe baby" Her voice was shaking, she was close to tears. She was sat on the sofa with my body snaked around hers, I was shaking - terrified of what she would do when I confess to her what happened

"P-Please! Mam! Please!" I cried into the crook of her neck - making no sense what so ever.

"Shhhh" She soothed me, rubbing her arm up and down my back in hopes to compose me

"S-She's going to t-take me" I sobbed, my arms were wrapped around her neck so tightly I was surprised she didn't black out - she pulled back taking my face out of her neck forcing me to look at her. I could only imagine how I looked, tears and snot coming out of my nose and eyes. I must have looked a mess

"Look at us" She demanded, giving my head a light shake - forcing me to speak and meet her worried eyes

"I need you to calm down babe" She spoke to me like a baby, kissing my face in hopes to get my crying under control

"S-She's going to take me" I hiccupped; my eyes were dazed looking - tears still streaming down my flushed cheeks. She brought her hand up wiping my tears and snot away with her fingers

"No one is taking you! What happened?" She said a little more sternly this time

"I-I don't want to g-go please don't make me go" I sniffed, my lower lip still trembling

"Jules, I need you to tell us what happened" She cradled me into her arms - my head resting against her chest; looking up to meet her eyes

"Margret said she's going to fail me" I whispered, she waited - she knew there was more to the incident; I could see her jaw already clenching - nostrils flaring

"She wants me to be her daughter" I cried, my voice cracking; Mam's eyes growing with anger - she was ready to kill

"S-She said if I don't agree, she's going to fail me" She didn't say anything; she placed a kiss on my forehead - moving me off her lap and standing up

"Julie, your Mum is having a nap upstairs. I'm just going to get some stuff from the market" She was lying; I knew she was lying - her eyes were too unsafe. Her fists were clenched on either side of her

"Mam.. Don't" I hiccupped, she didn't answer me - she picked up my keys off the floor and walked out of the house; its almost as if her body was being controlled and she was replaced with something I had never recognized before.

Authors POV

This temper was foreign to Cheryl, this wasn't her driving to the school in hopes to kill Margret - these weren't her thoughts. She was livid, her foot pressing down the accelerator as far as it could go - breaking speed limits

"TALKING TO ME FCKING DAUGHTER! I'LL FCKING KILL HER!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs - banging her hand against the steering wheel; her blood was boiling - hands shaking. She had never witnessed herself drive so fast - she doesn't remember passing through the busy streets and ending up infront of the school. But it was her moving her legs; breaking into a run and sprinting into the school office - frantically looking for that one person; Margret

"Mrs. Tweedy-Walsh?" She ignored the receptionist, going straight into her office opening - and closing the door shut. Margret was startled at the door slamming; immediately ending the phone call she was having

"You fcking b*tch!" Cheryl hissed, walking over to her and grabbing her by her shirt - forcing her to her feet. Cheryl's eyes were bloodshot red - Her brown sparkly orbs being replaced with dark fury. Because nobody speaks to her daughter that way.

"Who the fck do you think you are speaking to me daughter that way?!" She clenched her teeth, pushing her against the bookshelf - forcing her to speak up. Margret was taken back by Cheryl's actions - suddenly unable to utter a single word.

"She's MY fcking daughter! Do you fcking hear us!!" She spat angrily, her spit getting all over Margret's face as she hissed at her

"I'M TALKING TO YOU!" She shouted, Cheryl was never one for confrontation - but when it came to her family; she'd do the impossible to protect them

"I don't know what you're talking about" Margret said calmly only for Cheryl to blow up

"Don't you fcking lie to us!! You want me fcking daughter!! Me fcking daughter is mine!! Don't you ever come near her again! I will fcking kill you with me bare hands!!" Cheryl shook her violently making the books fall off the bookshelf, along with vases and frames - glass getting all over the tiled flooring. It wasn't Cheryl - it was her inner demon taking over her body.

"You're fcking crazy! Let go of me!" Margret shouted, trying - but failing to release Cheryl's tight clasp around her collar

"Crazy!! You think I'm crazy! I'LL FCKING SHOW YOU CRAZY!" She threw her to the ground - ready to kill her; only to her disappointment, someone held her back.

"Mrs.Tweedy-Walsh!" Cindy the receptionist held her, wrapping her arms around Cheryl restraining her

"LET ME GO!" She hissed loudly, her eyes were hell on earth - roaring with anger. Margret stood to her feet; dusting herself off

"Julie should not be around someone like you!" She said, pointing her finger to a furious looking Cheryl. She forced herself out of Cindy's hold standing to her feet - nobody got near her, they watched as Cheryl moved closer and closer to a terrified Margret

"And you think she'd be better around someone as psychotic as you? You want me fcking daughter to be yours!? ARE YOU FCKING INSANE!" Cheryl screamed in her face - her hair getting all over the place; shaking her head in disbelief. It was a side to Cheryl nobody saw; Nobody but her Kimberley

"Do you see these fcking hands!" She hissed, holding up her shaking hands; you could hear Margrets gulp echo through the silent room - filled with wide eyes

"If you fcking speak or even look at me fcking daughter, I will fcking kill you with me bare hands" She whispered the last part - she had let her temper get the best of her once again. She didn't care - she didn't care if she killed Margret; because nobody messes with her family.

"She's mine" Cheryl growled, looking at her one last time before turning to walk out of the office - she stepped over some glass causing her to look down; finding a picture of a young girl similar looking to Julie. She bent down picking up the broken frame - releasing the picture and holding it close to her doubtful eyes

"You fcking need help!" She shouted, throwing the picture at Margret and walking herself out of the crime scene she had just caused. Her breathing was coming out as loud growls - storming out of that school. She needed to get to her daughter.

"Mine, she's mine" She kept repeating to herself - she was focused on one thing and one thing only; Julie. She was hers; nobody was allowed to take what was hers. Before Kimberley or Julie came into Cheryl's life it was always the materialistic items she held close to her, they were hers. Even when she was with Ashley she wasn't this crazy; she wouldn't repeat to herself how he was hers and no one else's.

After the cheating scandal - she let her heart go along time ago replacing it with a dark and empty hole; until her Kimberley came along and picked up the broken pieces, patching her back to life. That's why she was so senseless when it came to Kimberley, because she was the only one who could fix her heart - and she was the only one who could take her heart.

She was even more attached to Julie, she was hers. Her flesh and blood, her daughter, her everything. She was hers; simple as that.

"Mine" She was now crying, wiping her tears repeatedly - only to give up and let them fall freely down her delicate cheeks. She was in a state, she couldn't get herself to calm down until she had what was hers in her arms - holding Julie as close as possible; she didn't want to let her go. Not now - not ever.

"J-Julie" Cheryl found herself walking through the silent house - calling out her daughters name in a begging tone

"Mam!" Julie called out, running out of the front room and straight into Cheryl's opened arms - both of them breaking down. Vulnerable and in a complete state.

"Y-You're mine" Cheryl cried, kissing Julie's face urgently - it was almost as if she didn't believe her daughter was in front of her; as if someone was going to come in here and take her away. She lost her once, twice, and she wasn't going to let it happen ever again.

"Do you hear us?" Cheryl sniffed, taking Julie's face into her hands - looking into her bright hazel eyes. Julie was clinging onto her mother - they both needed each other in that moment

"You're mine" Cheryl repeated, picking up her daughter into her arms and walking them back into the front room - finding each other in the same position they once were. The sat there in silence; the sound of heavy breathing being echoed into the stilled front room - no words being exchanged; both needing each others physical contact in that moment.

Julie was shaking in her mother's arms, gripping onto her; they were both clinging onto each other. Julie soon found herself falling into a dreamland haze - securely safe in her mother's arms. That was the only way she could have fallen asleep, her body exhausted from the crying she had done today. Kimberley still sound asleep in the bedroom upstairs; completely oblivious to what was happening in the house.

Cheryl didn't want to let go of her - but she was dying for a glass of alcohol; she needed something strong to knock her back to her senses. Kissing Julie on the cheek and temple a few times until she was satisfied - she laid her down onto the sofa. Finding herself staring at her for the longest time; until her quench for vodka snapped her out of it. Her hands were shaking as she opened the freezer and pulled out the bottle of poison, pouring herself a full glass. She promised Kimberley she wouldn't drink until the baby came - but she needed it.

"Cheryl?" Kimberley's voice echoed through the kitchen - making Cheryl look away from the cup of venom and meet her concerned wife's eyes

"I need it Kimba. I'm sorry I need it" She cried, Kimberley watched Cheryl gulp down the toxic drink - wincing at the fiery sensation burning through her throat. Kimberley walked over to a distraught Cheryl taking the shaking cup from her hand and placing it onto the granite top

"What's the matter?" She asked, taking her vulnerable wife into her arms - letting her breakdown, gasping for air as the sobs became to overwhelming for her fragile body.

"S-She wants me baby" Cheryl's cries were coming out as long whines, the vodka from earlier not doing anything to calm her down. She filled her in, She filled her in on all the details from earlier - telling her how she almost killed Margret.

She was honest; there was never any lies in their relationship - she told her every feeling and thought that ran through her mind; Cheryl soon found herself calming down as her wife spoke to her. Her Kimberley was the only one whose words were able to take all the bad - and replace it with the good.

"I wouldn't mind going now and killing her" Cheryl sighed, resting her elbows against the kitchen table

"She just needs some help.." Kimberley said, she was always thinking of others - even if her family was involved in the problem. That's what made Cheryl and Kimberley so different. Cheryl would kill, whilst Kimberley would help - no matter who it was; she always loved her even more for being so loving, even to strangers who didn't deserve it.

"Kimba" Cheryl said, her voice still cracking and weak

"I just need a fag baby, please I promise after today I wont smoke! I just need a fag and a strong drink" She practically begged Kimberley, she wasn't going to do it behind her back - she needed something to calm her nerves; even Kimberley's words weren't enough to tame down her frantic heart.

Kimberley let out a long breath - standing up to her feet and walking back over to the freezer refilling Cheryl's cup and grabbing two fags along with a lighter and walking back over to her uneasy wife; she set the cup in front of her lifting the fag up to her wife's lips and lighting it up for her.

"I love you" Kimberley whispered, kissing Cheryl on the forehead and seeing herself out of the kitchen - leaving Cheryl to calm herself down. She inhaled the toxins of the nicotine, she cant remember the last time she had a cigarette - she was always listening to Kimberley, never wanting to upset her.

She had her permission now, so she enjoyed every second of the blistering sensation making its way through her throat and the taste of raspberry vodka mixed with the smokey flavor. She missed this, it calmed her and always relaxed her. She breathed out the smoke into a swirl disappearing into the clean thin air - sighing back into her seat, taking another long puff. She slowly came back to reality, as her glass became empty and her second fag was burnt out into the ashtray.

"Mine"
