Julie's POV

"One more bite" Mam said, hovering the piece of chocolate cake over my mouth. She had been treating me like a baby all day - clinging onto me, needing me by her side at all times. I wasn't complaining - just found it a bit odd; her sudden change in behavior

"Mam, I'm too full" I moaned, clutching onto my stomach

"It's only one more" She said, practically shoving the piece in my mouth

"Mmm" I whined forcing myself to chew and swallow the desert

"You guys are embarrassing, do you know that?" Mum hissed looking around the restaurant. My mouth was covered in chocolate and I had took it upon myself to rest my head in Mam's lap; going into a food coma.

"That looks so wrong!" I heard Mum cringe as Mam soothed me; running fingers through my hair. I was beyond full - suddenly getting a tummy ache.

"Did I feed you too much Bubba?" Mam whispered in my ear, planting kisses along my temple. Making me relax to her touch

"Mhmm" I hummed nodding my head, my eyes fluttering shut. I could fall asleep right here - right now. Mam's fingers playing in my hair was the trigger to get me to fall asleep. Her and Mum went back to conversing, while I enjoyed Mam's scalp massage. I don't want to go back to Jason's tomorrow - I'm trying to enjoy my time with my parents as much as I can. But it's never enough.

"Come on peanut" Mam said helping me up, I was exhausted from today. Mam announced a family shopping trip, seeing as autumn had come upon us and I needed new clothes. My feet were burning from how many shops we went in-and-out of. Mam and Mum always took shopping to another level, I always ended up on the sofa available in the shop; playing away on my phone

"Mam, I'm so tired" I whined as we walked out of the busy restaurant

"Aye we're going home.. C'mere" She pulled me into her side protectively seeing the camera men blind us with their flashes. Her grip tighter than ever, as her free hand covers my face pushing me further into her side. Before I knew it I was laying out in the backseat closing my eyes in hopes to get some sleep during our long journey home

Cheryl's POV

"Baby, cover Julie with me coat" I told Kimba as I kept me eyes on the road

"I have a surprise for you when we get home" I quickly looked at her before returning my gaze onto the busy roads

"I have a surprise for you too" She whispered resting her hand on me jean covered thigh - instantly sending chills down me spine

Cheryl POV

"I'll get the bags and Julie, go on inside and wait for us upstair" I demanded, hurriedly climbing out of the car and grabbing all the shopping bags from me boot following Kimba inside

"Be careful babe" I said watching her go up the stairs; swaying her hips seductively - she knew I was staring. As soon as she got to the top of the stairs she turned around throwing us a wink

"Hurry up, I'm waiting for you" She teased unbuttoning her blouse making it hard for us to look away - before I knew it she disappeared into our bedroom; snapping us out of me daze. I've never ran so fast in me life; tripping along the way

"Julie, sweetheart. Wakeup" I nudged her not getting a reply - I didn't have time to waste. I picked her up in me arms; slamming the door shut with the back of me foot, speed walking back inside, the sound of the front door slamming stirring her out of her sleep

"Mmm Mam?" She croaked

"Aye baby, hold on" I carefully walked us up the stairs, not wanting to drop her - she wasn't heavy which made it easy for us

"Love you Mam" She mumbled in her sleep, wrapping her arms tightly around me neck; making a smile appear on me face. I nudged open her bedroom door laying her down gently in the comfort of her bed. I took her shoes off; leaving her in the trackies she was sporting today; tucking her in and giving her kisses on her forehead. Remembering me wife was waiting for us I made me way back to our bedroom

"Took you long enough" Me mouth dropping open, she was laid on her side completely naked - her legs spread out showing us all of her

Julie's POV

"Mam! Okay!!" She was squeezing me to death, kissing me - holding me tight as we stood by the front door

It was getting cold out, thank god we went shopping yesterday. I would have been wearing trackies everyday - wouldn't be complaining. I was really excited to get to school for some reason - I had missed Libby like crazy, even though I saw her just before yesterday. I'm constantly missing her.

"Hey baby!" I breathed, wrapping my arms around her - taking her by surprise

"Still obsessed with this hair" She smiled, running her finger through my hair

"I'm glad you liked it, I was sh*tting myself worried what you would think" I said truthfully - she smiled lacing out fingers together as we both walked to class hand-in-hand

"Now I would say I'd love you regardless of the way you looked. But then I remember that blue hair" She teased, getting a smack on the arm from me

"Cheeky b*tch" I muttered, I was all smiles until I saw Cameron taking her seat in class - Libby's hand tightening on my fingers. I think she thought I was going to launch myself at her; I was.

"Come on" Libby hissed pushing me to my seat - I had come to jolting stop just staring at her; both of us looking at each other with death screaming out

"So the hearing is this week?" Libby said, making me pry my eyes away from the back of Cameron's head and meet Libby's eyes - instantly relaxing

"Yeah how'd you know?" I asked with a confused pout

"I was talking to your Mum on the phone yesterday and she told me. I'm going to come with you" She smiled

"Still find it weird that you're constantly talking to my Mum" I giggled, she simply shrugged and said

"It's better to have a good relationship with your parents than for them to completely hate me"

Julie's POV

The day had come, it was finally here. I wasn't nervous, I wasn't scared. I was confident that we were going to win this. Even though my confidence was at a high there was always that voice in the back of my mind whispering negative thoughts - trying to get my mood back down.

"We've got this" Libby whispered, taking my hand on hers. I loved when she would use any situation we were in as 'ours' because my problems were her problems - at least that's what she said.

It went on for hours, using one of the main problems; Abuse - Physical, verbal, and mental. Andy and Ben were amazing Lawyers I don't know how Mam didn't find them before - but I'm glad Margret opened our eyes.

It was a long way in until the Judge announced a recess to make his decision - leaving us all on the edge of our seats; anticipating his answer.

"Come here Baby" Mam said, pulling me onto her lap as we sat outside in the corridor of the court house

"Don't be nervous" She whispered, I was sure she could hear my heart beating against my chest

"What if-"

"I don't want to hear that, there will be no 'What if's' she said sternly, I sighed resting my head against her chest. She was just as nervous - she just had a better way of hiding it. I could hear her heart; frantically beating, pounding, thumping. It was going crazy. She was scared. Scared of losing me

We were all in our own world. I was zoned out until I felt eyes burning into my skin, I looked over to my right seeing Jason staring at me. Maybe he thought I would go sit beside him and his family. Maybe he thought I would choose him over my parents; he must be an idiot.

"The Judge is ready" The security said, making me break eye contact with the devil and meet the comfort of the security. He led us back inside, it felt like everything was going in slow motion - my world was going to change once again. Maybe for the better this time.

"I am giving full and complete custody to the Tweedy-Walsh household. Mr. Mirno will not be allowed to see his daughter unless approved of the Tweedy-Walsh's. Any problems with my decision and or Mr. Mirno does not follow these rules there will be jail time involved. You're dismissed." *Bang* *Bang* We were all in tears - but this time they were happy tears. I was finally going home.
