Levi, Hanji, and Erwin

Levi's POV

Exhausted when we got back from the plane. But I had enough energy to take a bath. Once I was done, I felt so worried that I had to check on Hanji. And as expected from her, she collapsed on her bed, snoring away. Maybe... I wouldn't mind her not taking a bath this one night. I didn't want to wake her... or to force her too badly.

Walking into her room, small droplets of water fell from my hair, leaving a trail behind me. I felt the ground creak as I walked close to check up on her... to make sure she was asleep. As I leaned forward, it felt like that first day again. And did she look beautiful... even in her sleep.

I take her glasses off, setting them aside. Her chest rose softly, and lowered. Mesmerized... pushing her bangs away from her face... then her eyes slowly opened. Man, I saw her hazel brown eyes... "L-Levi... what are you doing here?"

Smiling, I kissed her cheek. Now, I just lost myself. "What? I can't check up on my girlfriend?"

Hanji's giggles never ceased to bring joy to me. "Aww... you're sweet..." She says as she pulls me down, where I was forced to kiss her lips. "Now... since we have tomorrow off for some rest, do you have some plans tomorrow?"

Rolling my eyes, I see how sly she was becoming to me. A fox... that is what she is. "You want me to take you out on a date? Is that it?"

Her eyes lit up, "Aww... where to?"

"Hanji! I don't know!"

"Maybe we can go to the mall..." I was already tucking myself in Hanji's bed, too tired to leave to my room. Besides... she doesn't mind. I just hope she doesn't push me off the bed.

Sighing, I didn't know how to respond... or to act in this relationship- Hanji's my very first girlfriend! Ugh... I must be the worst kind of boyfriend that anyone ever had. "Maybe... but for now..." I kissed her forehead, wrapping my arms around her.

Ever since we were at the castle, it was normal for me to hold her as we slept. Something about it made it feel... comfortable... I nuzzled my head into her shoulder, falling asleep while doing so.

"Get some sleep... okay?"

"Alright... good night..." My eyes were about to shut before she whispers her last word, "shorty..."

Erwin's POV

Next Morning

Getting up, I immediately called Hanji. Hopefully... we can be just friends again. Hearing the ringing tone as I dialed... I know her... I know that she would be up at this point.

"Hello?" I hear Levi's voice, all grumpy, as per usual.

Frustrated, I demanded an answer. "Why do you have Hanji's phone?" Then, a weird conclusion popped in my head... were they... "Did you guys-"

Levi became panicked; I hear it in his voice. "Hanji's in the bathroom, so I answered it. I couldn't stand hearing it ring the whole time as I made breakfast! You must be crazy to think those kind of ideas, Erwin. Jeez."

Well... at least that was better than what was in mind. "Anyways... I called to talk to Hanji."

He groans, "Like I said. She's in the bathroom. I'll take your message."

My left hand clenches, I didn't want him to know... but, I guess I have no choice. Knowing Levi... he's stubborn... "I want to ask her if we can hang out... not like a date or anything... more like, an apology."

"Apology?"

"Yeah. You deaf? Jeez. I just want to hang out with her so I can apologize to her. I want to tell her that I want to be friends again... just friends, that's it. No funny business."

Levi groans behind the phone, then he starts to speak- but not to me. "Hanji, Erwin wants to hang out with you. No... says that he wants to be friends with you. Hanji, we're still going out today. Ugh, it's fine. I don't mind him joining in- as long as he doesn't mess with you. Okay?"

I tried to ignore it... but I can't help it. Understanding why Hanji would be so cautious when Levi told her what I wanted... but, I just want to talk to her again. After minutes of those two debating in the background, Levi finally spoke. "Well... we agree that you can come with us. To the mall." The way he sounded like that, pained him. "Only on one condition. No flirting with four-eyes, understand. One flirt, and I will punch you."

Chuckling, I wouldn't doubt his words like that. "Alright. Fine."

"We're about to leave in a couple of minutes. Please, I swear. Don't mess around, okay?"

"Levi, trust me-"

"Trust you? Hello, Earth to Erwin! You were the one trying to take Hanji away from me, and you want me to trust you? Heck no!" Was all he said before he hung up on me.

Hanji's POV

Wearing a medium-length black skirt and a white blouse matched well with my messy ponytail and my purple tint glasses. Levi always had something about my messy hair... but you know what? I don't care about anything.

"Oi, Erwin's coming." Levi says as his hand tightens around my hand.

Smiling, I loved how tense he was... the way his blue-gray eyes become stormy... "Hanji." Erwin says. He walks up to me, smiling. "It's nice to see you again."

I managed to smile at him. "Hi... you're not gonna mess around with me, are you?"

He groans. "Seriously? Are you still angry about me flirting with you-"

"You can't be angry at that, are you-"

"I am. We're just gonna be friends, okay? That's all we're gonna be." I say, walking away. "Hey... Levi... I wanna check out the anime shop, okay?"

Levi rolled his eyes, still smiling as well. "Alright... fine. On one condition."

"Which is?"

"For lunch, we get burgers. No Chinese food." He says as he pokes me nose.

He knew my weakness... giggling, I kissed him. "Yes, midget..."

Erwin's POV

Finally, it was lunch. And of course, I had to pay for my own lunch, since Levi was only buying his and Hanji's. I felt that I was hungry for a sub, so while standing in line, I was deciding what to get.

"Hi... sorry..." I turned to see a girl with light brown hair and pale green eyes.

"C-Can I help you?" I looked into her eyes, and I really liked them...

"I couldn't help but noticed that you're the part of the student council at Rose Junior High... right?"

"Oh..." Shaking her hand, I was stunned about her knowing me. School was pretty big... and her finding me in the mall, kinda sends shivers down my back. "As you know, I'm Erwin Smith. You?"

She chuckles softly, which sounded cute... "Jasmine Winslow. I-I'm part of the gardening club... a newbie, if you would say. But I remember you checking on our club for the Fall Festival, and... well, I tried to talk to you, but I got... scared."

"Well, it's completely normal, to feel like that. To be honest... I felt like that when I joined the debate club..."

Hanji's POV

As I was eating the burger, I glanced over to see Erwin chatting nicely with Jasmine. I knew her... we were childhood friends, and well... we kinda drifted apart. We recently got into touch when she said that she was attending this school for senior year.

I gave myself a big grin... seeing that she was talking to her crush... ever since the Fall Festival. "Hanji!" Levi's stern voice snapped me back to him. "What's going on?"

Smiling, I leaned forward, "Someone's flirting with someone..." I teased Levi, pointing what was happening.

"What? I just see a girl and Erwin chatting-"

"They're not just chatting. They're flirting..."

"Tch, you don't know that."

Glaring into his stormy blue-gray eyes, I couldn't help but stare into them. "Jasmine, the girl, has a crush on Erwin. Erwin usually doesn't chat with strangers... but seems to me that he has a liking to my friend there."

"Tch... you're overthinking it." Smirking, I came up with an idea. Heck, even Levi knew that I had an evil plan brewing in my amazing head. "Hanji, what are you thinking about in your thick skull of yours?"

"Erumine..."

"What?"

"Their ship name!"

He rolls his eyes, "Hanji... no. Just, no. Okay? You don't... put those people together-"

Chuckling, I knew the truth about people out there in the world. "Levi, there's tons of people that do that on a daily basis. Shipping together, and some become cannon-"

"Cannon?"

"True to the story line, Levi. Anyways, there's worse people out there than me..."

"Worse then you?"

"Well... in general, I ship people based on their interactions... like nicknames and how cute they would look like. But they're are people who... want people who are adults to date people who are under 18."

He raises an eyebrow, "That's pedophilia."

"I know, I know. But some people want their relationship to happen. Not me." Leaning forward, I wanted to kiss him, but Levi was too short to even reach my lips. "So... back to the couple. I can read the future-"

"Hanji, enough of this bull-"

"I see... Erwin marrying Jasmine... having... 4 kids-"

"Oh, really?" Levi gave me that devilish smirk, "You can read the future, eh?"

"I can."

"Well then. What's our future?" He says as he holds my hand, calmly looking into my eyes. "Should I ask again or-"

"U-Um... I-I... um..." Thinking back, this wasn't such a good idea... maybe... I should tell him what we want to become? My thoughts of the future? Ugh... what do I have to lose? "Well... I see us... holding a baby... I think she has black hair... um, your eyes..."

He laughs, "A baby? That's the best you can do- and how do you know it's a girl?"

Shrugging, I laughed it off. "She had long hair and that she was speaking... I don't know her exact words... but she was cute..."

"Her name?"

"I never caught it."

Levi scoffs, "Well, you're one hell of a fortune teller. Tell me, when do we get married?" 

"I-I don't know... that... I'm not that sure-"

"I'm back, with a new friend." Erwin says, interrupting my little scene of embarrassment. "Wanna introduce yourself?"

Jasmine smiles, "Well, I only need to introduce myself to only one person." She says, turning to Levi. "I'm Jasmine... you are?"

"Levi." He says, holding my hand tightly.

We all started to chat away, and... it felt like a double date. Seeing Jasmine smile as she flirts with her crush, and... well, Levi and I were already dating... nevertheless, we were happy. I'm just glad that I'm with the bad boy of the school... and that he was cute... a feeling of belonging... I hope my fortune comes true... because I will stay with you, never leaving.
