A/n: Hello! My fellow readers, here is the next chapter to this story, sorry for not updating this story, but I'm here and this story along with my other stories are still continuing and staying strong. Now let the chapter begin!

3rd pov

In Michiru's and Y/n's shared room, Michiru is standing with a leaf on her head and appears to be meditating, while Y/n is sitting in a chair reading a book with the title "love between species" a book involving a romance between a Human and a Beastmen. While on the desk is another book with the title "Ninja's of love", a book that he found interesting during one of his trips to the bookstore.

Y/n: Michiru, I'm not sure that will work

Michiru: Please be quiet Y/n, I'm trying to concentrate.

As Michiru continues with her concentration and thinks on the times, her arms stretched themselves out and gave a jump while doing a back flip, but fails and falls on her butt with the leaf flying off of her head. While Y/n knew it wasn't going to work, but does keep quiet as Michiru is trying to stretch her arms again.

Y/n: Still trying to turn back into your human form?

Michiru: Yeah... I'm still trying to figure out how to even do that on command. *groans in frustration* It's no good!

Melissa: What are you doing?

Michiru: *turns to Melissa* I was trying to turn back into my human form.

Melissa: You sure are a little kooky, Michiru.

Y/n: That's just part of her cute charm.

Hearing this made Michiru blush and grab a nearby eraser, then throws it to Y/n's forehead making the said young man move his head facing the ceiling, with smoke coming from his head while Michiru gave a cute pout and Melissa giggled at the two. 

Melissa: Oh, right. You two got a call from the city hall.

Y/n\Michiru: A phone call?

With this in mind Michiru got up and put on her red sports jacket, then both Y/n and Michiru leave to head to city hall.

-time skip to city hall-

Once the two arrived at city hall, they were sent up to Mayor Rose's office which they take the elevator up to said office, which both of them were annoyed by the elevator music they hear from other buildings with elevators. Once Y/n and Michiru arrived at Rose's office, they were given some papers of their resident and health insurance info.

man in suit: *to Michiru* These are your Beastman Resident Certificate and your health insurance card. *to Y/n* You have the same papers, but for resident due to you being Human we have you as a Wolf Beastman. I hope this is acceptable.

Y/n: I'm fine with it. Wolves happen to be one of my favorite animals.

Mayor Rose: I saw they hadn't been processed yet, so this is to thank you two for the Medi-cen bombing case. I know you two hap a rough time.

Michiru: *bows* Thank you.

Y/n: Thanks, Mayor.

Mayor Rose: Now you two are officially residents of Anima-City. Welcome to the beastman metropolis.

Y/n: *smiles* Thanks.

Michiru: Eh, right. Oh, that's right. *hands Mayor Rose the phone back* You can have this back.

Mayor Rose: That's alright, you can keep it.

Michiru: But I don't have any use for it. It doesn't connect to the internet in the outside world like Y/n's current phone.

A/n: Remember the reader has two phones, one that he uses for outside world internet use and the other is used for Anima-City.

Michiru: No matter what I do, it only brings up the city hall website.

man in suit: That's right. According to the Special Beastmen District Provision, access to news and information of the Human world is restricted.

Y/n: Restricted, huh? But what about my old phone, you going to confiscate it or something?

Mayor Rose: No, since you are a special case and that you own the phone in your name. You can keep it, as long you hold responsible for it.

Y/n: I can work with that.

Michiru: Back to the outside world internet being restricted, that's not fair!

Mayor Rose: Michiru, this is a good opportunity for you to learn some things, along with you as well Y/n.

Y/n and Michiru turn around to see a wide screen monitor that shows the two a diagram of different animal species, along with the Homo sapiens and another figure next to the Homo sapiens with the words, Homo Sapien Beastia.

Mayor rose: Beastmen or Beast Humans, area different Human species than Homo sapiens. Due to special DNA, beast deoxyribonucleic acid, they can morph their bodies. In ancient times they mimicked the animal deities that each of the different tribes worshiped. they wanted to become like gods.

Y/n: Interesting.

Michiru: Okay.

Mayor Rose: But the kind of animal they can morph into is determined by their ancestors. Lion cubs can morph into lions. When they cross-marry, the children gain only one parent's genes. In this case, either a lion or a tiger will be born.

Y/n: but never a Liger can be born.

Mayor Rose: Correct.

Y/n: Question, what happens if a Human and a Beastman were to make children, what are the results of that?

Mayor Rose: Good question, for a human that doesn't carry beast deoxyribonucleic acid, turning into a Beastman is incomprehensible. But as for making children, is for now unknown due to current events between Humans and Beastmen.

Michiru: But I did. 

Mayor Rose: Right. What couldn't possibly happen has happened to you.

Y/n: Which brings up the question, how is it possible.

Mayor Rose then stands up from her seat and walk towards the glass window behind her, to see the view of the city and open water with some Beastmen going about their daily lives.

Mayor Rose: Beastmen have always avoided contact with homo sapiens or humans. We've lived in forests, mountains, uninhabited islands and deserts. But due to human environmental development, we had no choice but to show ourselves. Since the existence of beast humans became apparent, there have been many conflicts, but Anima-City was finally established. That's when you two showed up.

Michiru: I see...

Y/n:  Oh boy.

Mayor Rose: *To Michiru* I had your DNA analyzed. It's different from normal Beastman's. Whenever you morph, explosive yet unstable cell division occurs.

Y/n: Cell division? Is it harmful to Michiru, cause the way you made it sound seems the case.

Mayor Rose: At the moment no, but it's probably why you can change your shape at will. Though it's still just a theory.

Michiru: Can I be cured?

Mayor Rose: I don't know yet. Give me a little more time. In the meantime, let the Beast Co-op take care of you two.

Michiru: Okay.

Both Y/n and Michiru were leaving the room, but Mayor Rose calls out to Y/n which the said young man turns to the female Beastman with a curious expression.

Y/n: Yes, Mayor Rose?

Mayor Rose: Can you stay for a moment. I like to confirm something, it won't take long.

Y/n: Sure. *to Michiru* It shouldn't take long, I'll catch up with you.

Michiru: Okay, Y/n.

Before Michiru leave, she gives Y/n a quick peck on the cheek and caught Y/n off guard by the sudden action, Michiru quickly leaves while the two adults in the room give a light chuckle from Y/n's reaction.

Y/n's pov

After getting surprised by Michiru's sudden action, with said girl leaving the room I recover from getting surprised and focus what's at hand now, but one thing is for certain when the opportunity arise.

Y/n: [I will get you back for that Michiru, but I'll also include your birthday present as well.] *to Mayor Rose* What is it, you wanted to know Mayor rose?

Mayor Rose: First, I want to know... Is L/n really your last name?

Just hearing my birth last name being used, made me clenched my fist knowing my "parents" disowned me, but it seems Mayor Rose had caught on to my reaction alone so there's no reason to hide it now.

Y/n: *sighs* How long have you known?

Mayor Rose: Since when you first introduced yourself. You hesitated on using your last name, even Shirou caught on to that.

Y/n: Well, for the most part L/n is my last name though I'm... no longer part of any family so by far it's just a name.

Mayor Rose: Explain. What do you mean you're no longer part of any family.

I then begin to explain from the beginning, from my side of the story and how I first discovered Michiru's sudden change into a Beastman, along with keeping a secret so it doesn't cause a panic. Then I explained to how my "parents" discovered us on that night, but luckily my ex-parents didn't recognize Michiru and assumed that she was just someone else, then proceed to how they disowned me as their son and from then on everything was history.

Y/n: That's pretty much, why I'm here with Michiru.

The room is then kept in silence, and I can see that Mayor Rose along with her assistant, had shock looks to how my ex-parents would just disown me from helping a friend Beastman or not, but what surprised me was that Mayor Rose pulls me into a hug and pats the back of my head. The embrace almost feels like a mother comforting her child, I leaned in and accept the embrace.

Mayor Rose: You're a good kid Y/n, never forget that.

Y/n: *smiles* Thanks, Mayor Rose.

Mayor Rose: You can call me Rose, for now you should head back to Michiru.

I nod to her and we separate from the hug, while I leave the office and make my way to Michiru while Mayor Rose goes back to her desk, I took out my phone that would have Michiru's new phone number and texted that I'm on my way to her. She then texted me back on where she is right now, which is not too far from here, but I still have to listen to the annoying sound of elevator music.

-small time skip-

After getting to the place that Michiru told me she was at, which was the center of town where the big party happen when we first came here, I look around and see Michiru on her phone so seeing this opportunity I stealthily walk up to Michiru from behind. Once I was close enough, I look over her shoulder to see that she was on Facelook with people saying happy birthday to her, to how she was able to gain access is beyond me which I'll ask her later but right now my plan.

Y/n: *whispers into MIchiru's ear* Happy birthday Michiru.~ *licks her ear*

Michiru: Eep!

She quickly jump up and turns around to slap me, but I caught her wrist while I hold a playful smile seeing as I got her back with the sudden peck to the cheek, with an added bonus of seeing Michiru blush from what I did which caused me to lightly laugh.

Michiru: You just had to do that, didn't you.

Y/n: Hey, you caught me off guard first, I just returned the favor. But off topic, how are you able to connect to the outside world internet?

Michiru: Well, I ran into the Weasel lady-

Y/n: She's a mink.

Michiru: I know, but I just like to call her that as form of teasing. But anyway She offered a special card for my phone that would allow me access the outside world internet.

Y/n: I see, but how did you afford something like that?

Michiru: I put a tab in Shirou's name.

Y/n: [Oh boy, he is probably not going to be happy when he hears about that.]

We then went through her Facelook account to see many people wishing her a happy birthday, though she does seem a bit down since she's worried that her friends and parents would not take it well, with Michiru being a beastman so I gave her a head pat to get her mind off of it. Then we see something familiar through the variety of images and videos, to see that it was a live stream with a girl around our age with blue hair and dark skin tone.

So out of curiosity Michiru tapped on the live stream video, which we can hear the audio with the girl that talking about the topic.

blue haired girl: Hey guys! Isn't it crazy when you have to go out without any notice? For time like that, let me recommend my favorite makeup. You'll look elegant without much effort.

By the time we look up from the phone, to see the wolf statue and see the girl's back form the other side, which clicked in our heads that she's actually right in front of us Michiru runs up ahead I follow slowly. Mainly cause I believe Michiru might think, this girl is a human like her, but I have a strong feeling she's just a Beastman in human form, by the time I reached Michiru we see that she is presenting one of the makeup products that she mention.

Michiru: Excuse me!

blue haired girl: Huh? *turns to Y/n and Michiru*

Michiru: Excuse me. Are you-

Then suddenly I see Michiru get hit in the back of the neck, I turn to fight who ever had the guts to do that to my Michiru, but I only get surprised attack to a punch to the face without even getting a chance to react and lost consciousness.

3rd pov

As both Y/n and Michiru both wake up, they feel something around their head is removed to allow them to see, and find themselves tied to a chair in a rather expensive looking apartment room.

Michiru: What's going on?!

Y/n: Oh, boy. This could go really bad.

????: Hey, punks.

The two look up to see a man glaring at them, to Y/n seeing this type of thing before is quick to know that the man is either a gangster or part of some kind of gang.

gang member: Who told you two get near the little miss?

Y/n: Uh... "Little miss"?

Michiru: Who's "the little miss"? In fact, where are we?

gang member: Don't play dumb! And I'll ask the questions here! You two got close to her because you both knew she's the daughter of the family.

Michiru: "The family"?

Y/n: Sir, we actually have no idea who she is or that she is part of this "family".

Michiru: Wait, do you mean that gang from back then?

gang member: Looks like your friend knows something. *transforms* Out with it! Why'd you get close to the little miss?

Michiru: You've got it all wrong! I just saw her on Facelook-

????: Facelook?

The gang member, Y/n and Michiru turn towards the upper section of the room to see the same girl, that both Y/n and Michiru saw just before getting knocked out by the gang member, the two young adults see that the girl has a smile on her face when she heard Michiru mention Facelook.

blue haired girl: You two know Facelook?

Y/n: You can say that.

Michiru: We only just got here, so yes.

blue haired girl: So you two been on the mainland?! No way! That's awesome!

The three individuals see the girls jump in the air and transformed into a dolphin like form, and lands on the ground flawlessly Y/n was right about the girl being a Beastman, while Michiru thought the girl was an actual human in Anima-City other than Y/n.

dolphin girl: Really? Where? Tokyo? Shibuya? Harakuku? Omotesanda?

Michiru: A little more rural.

Y/n: I'm from around the same area as Michiru.

dolphin girl: My name is Nina! I'm guessing the girl's name is Michiru, *to Y/n* but what's your name?

Michiru: Yes, I'm Michiru.

Y/n: Name's Y/n.

Michiru: *looks at Nina's body from head to toe* Oh, you're actually a Beastman.

Nina: You mean I looked like a human? *stars in her eyes*

Y/n: Well, to be fair you were in human form.

Nina: That's fair. On the internet, I pretend to be a human. I'm a Beastman playing a celebrity. *moves her tail* you can leave now.

The bird gang member leaves and Nina goes and unties both Y/n and Michiru from the ropes, releasing the two from their bindings with Y/n stretching his arms out, while Michiru rubs her wrists from them being ties together by the rope.

Michiru: So who's your dad?

Y/n: [If I had to guess, her father would probably be the head of Anima-City's mob boss."

Nina: *sits on a couch and reverts to human form* I hate my dad. *looks up* That's my grandpa.

The two look up to see a large picture or painting of a humanoid dolphin under the water with the fish and sea life.

Nina: Dad says that before I was born, he was captured by humans, stewed in soy sauce and was eaten.

Y/n: sounds like a scare tactic, besides humans don't cook dolphins they are intelligent aquatic mammals. The said can be the same for Beastmen, unless the humans are those racists bastards known as "Beastman Hunters".

Michiru: That's crazy.

Nina: I know, right? That would never happen. Except the Beastman Hunters part, But even then I don't think they'll go that far to cook and eat Beastmen. My dad caught me listening to human music the other day, so he won't let me go out now.

Y/n: Seriously? Just for listening to music, I know your father is protective. But that's a new level of being overprotective.

Nina: Yeah he says it's indecent and evil. *get's an idea* Oh, that's right! Let me show you something!

This get's both Y/n's and Michiru's attention, as Nina shows them a box of human made products such as an old fashion cell phone, a single air pod, hair clip, a keychain, lipstick and a small device with a dinosaur like design.

Nina: These are my treasures!

Y/n: [Okay, now this is sounding like a movie involving a romance between a human and a mermaid.]

Nina: Some I found washed up on the beach. Others are souvenirs that I got.

Y/n: Huh, this is an interesting collection. Seeng an old fashion phone, an air pod and the small device does bring back some memories. Though I doubt that they work if they washed up from the beach.

Nina: Yeah, that is true sadly. So these ones don't need cords?

Y/n: Yup, but they do sell the cord ones, but most people go for the air pods since the ones with the cord get tangled up.

Both Y/n and Nina see Michiru pick up the air pod and is seemed to be in thought, while Y/n knows what she's thinking and remembers that Michiru, him and another friend of theirs would often listen to music together. While Y/n does remember some moments where Michiru and their friend would tend to get close to him, which Y/n didn't mind and found it cute that they did that.

Nina: Michiru, you're not like the others. When people come here, they don't want to talk about life back there.

Y/n: *sighs* I guess we're just home sick. [More so with Michiru, than with me.]

Nina: Do you two want to go back?

Michiru looks back up and walks towards the window thinking of how life was before becomng a Beastman, with her basketball team, hanging out with Y/n and their other friend who has orange hair with a red streak at the front of her hair. Then continues to look out through the window with a somber look on her face, with Y/n wanting to help her with any way he can.

Michiru: I can't go back looking like this. I want to change back.

Just then Michiru's hand sparks a bit, with Y/n seeing this and was about to let Michiru know what's going on, but right before his and Nina's eyes Michiru transforms back into her human self without even knowing it.

Y/n\Nina: Uh... Michiru....

The said girls looks up from hearing the two, but also notices in the reflection of the window to see that she is in human form again, the girl celebrates to she that she is "Back to normal" and examines herself to see that she does not have any fur, tail or animal ears. Y/n chuckles at her reaction and secretly misses the tail and ears already, but he is happy to see that Michiru is back to her positive self.

Michiru: That's right! This is the real me!

Y/n: Uh, Michiru-

Nina: Were you morphed this whole time?

Michiru: Oh! Uh...

Y/n: She forgot how to morph back into human form, due to her being more comfortable with her Beastman form. Me on the other hand, it's more complicated to go into details.

Nina: Okay. Then you two can go back now.

Y/n\Michiru: Uh...

Nina: We can go to the mainland!

Y/n\Michiru: [Oh boy.]

-meanwhile-

in another part of Anima-City, where Shirou is walking away from the docks after failing to save and interrogate the gang member that was part of the Medi-center incident, but was killed by the mob boss named Giuliano Flip. Just then Shirou gets a call on his phone, he then takes it out to see the caller I.D. and see that it was Mayor Rose calling hum, which he answers the call to see what she has.

Shirou: Ogami, speaking.

Mayor Rose: {Shirou, I've gotten some info you wanted on Y/n.}

Shirou: I'm all ears.

Mayor Rose: {Well from Y/n's own words, he has indeed confirmed that his parents disowned him as their son, for defending Michiru. But it also appears that Y/n's former parents did not know it was Michiru herself and assumed to be someone else.}

Just form hearing the word "disowned" made Shirou clench his free hand, just because Y/n was defending a friend regardless if they were Beastman or not, this also brings up the time where Shirou saved a child Y/n from a speeding car and realized how his actions affected Y/n. Shirou takes a deep breath to control any anger that might have builted up, then relaeased his breath and continue to talk to Mayor Rose.

Shirou: I see...

Mayor Rose: {Shirou, I want you to keep an eye on the boy. He maybe human, but his heart shows his strength.}

Shirou: I'll do that.

Shirou hangs up along with Mayor Rose doing the same form her end, but just as he hanged up he gets a text from an unknown number, which Shirou consciously opens it only to see that it was Y/n messaging him about what's going on with his end. Then Shirou attention was caught by the name Nina, which Shirou knows who her father is and makes Shirou sigh knowing that this just gotten complicated.

Shirou: [At least Y/n is the responsible one.]

Y/n's pov

-30 minutes before texting Shirou-

After we arrived on the beach of Anima-City with the city of the mainland on the other side of the ocean, luckily gotten a gift for Michiru later on while the said girl is keeping an eye on Nina, who is overjoyed to be on the beach that she could see form her home's window across the ocean. Michiru is still in her human form as the three of us look on Anima-City with the setting sun behind the mountains that makes the city even more beautiful, wish I could paint a picture of it, but I'll settle with a simple taking a picture with both phones.

Nina: You know what? This girl named Lisa on Facelook is hosting a party at her home. *turns to Y/n and Michiru* She invited me to come.

Michiru: Are you serious?

Y/n: That's nice and all, but why tell us? I'm just curious.

Nina: She said I could bring along some firends. Climb on my back, and we'll be there in no time.

After I saw Nina's eyes closed, I took a quick picture since she looked great with the setting sun over the city, though I'm a little jealous of how strong certain Beastmen are and Nina is no exception to that.

Michiru: Why do you want to go there so badly?

Nina: I can't stand knowing only this town my whole life. Also... it's so attractive!

After reaching the beach of the mainland, we walk up the path with Nina back in human form and it was already night, also I texted Shirou on where me and the girls were headed and he texted me back to keep an eye on Nina and make sure nothing bad happens to her. Luckily, I am responsible enough to let Shirou know I just hope things don't go crazy.

Nina: It was farther than I thought.

We hope over the cement barrier that separates the main road and sidewalk, from the beach sands but we then see an officer of the law riding a bike and is heading in our direction.

Michiru: Oh no! we've got to hide!

Y/n: Uh, Michiru...

Nina: Why?

Michiru: *whispers to Nina* Some cops are in cahoots with Beastman Hunters!

Y/n: True, but Michiru... *leans into her ear* Your in human form right now.

cop: You three there. *drives by them* It's dark around here, so be careful.

Michiru: Huh?

Y/n: I told you so.

Nina: You're freaking out way too much, Michiru. How did you and Y/n live here before?

Y/n: It's a long story.

Me and Michiru follow Nina to the party, since she knows the address of the house that belongs to Lisa, though I'm making sure to keep my eyes and ears open since you can't be too trusting to people on the internet. as we continue to walk along the sidewalk, I see a building that looks like one of those hotels that has a penthouse room for V.I.P.s, which Nina excitedly points at it.

Nina: That's where it is!

After running to the building and entering it, with little to no issue from the staff that works in the hotel, we take an elevator up to the floor which the doors open to reveal a bunch of people partying with some animal masks on their faces. Nina as having the time of her life seeing the party, while me and Michiru walk with her looking around the room seeing snacks and a glass tank with fish inside it. Just then I remember the time me, Michiru and our third friend would hang out at the park, which I grip my hand in frustration not knowing where she is, but my thoughts were snapped from Nina's voice.

Nina: Y/n! Michiru!

Y/n: Yeah?

Michiru: Huh?

We turn to see Nina standing next to us, with a pink macaroon with a bite mark on it which I guessed that she took a bite to taste it.

Nina: So this is what macaroons taste like! *notices Michiru's eyes* What's wrong? Are you alright?

Michiru: *rubs her eyes* Yes, I'm fine.

Y/n: You sure?

Nina: so you glad you came, right?

Michiru: Yes! I'm glad I could come back.

Y/n: [I'm not buying it, I can tell she's thinking about.... Her.]

????: Is that you, Nina?

We turn to see a girl wearing a bunny mask looking right at Nina, which I can see that she is wearing a black tang top with white pants.

bunny mask girl: You're Nina, aren't you? You really did come! I've never seen you in the flesh before.

Nina: *gasp* Is that you, Lisa? I've really met you!

Y/n: Wait Nina!

But it was too late, she jumped in the air and transform into her beastman form which I see shocks the other guests in the room, which Michiru starts to get worried while I slowly bring up my fist in case if I need to use excessive force. Then I see the girl named Lisa brings up her mask, logically surprised to see that Nina is a Beastman and not a Human, but her face is not one of hate but genuine surprise.

Lisa: No way. You've got to be kidding me! You're a Beastman, Nina? And you're a dolphin? You are so cute!

Nina: Huh?

Michiru: What?

Y/n: Nani?

We then see Nina being lifted up by Lisa and by other guests, then being presented as a special guest for a talk show, I lower my fists but making sure to keep my guard up since some times a party can end badly. Then a girls comes up to me and Michiru with her mask still on, with a curious tone asks us a question.

girl: Did you ywo forget to bring your costumes?

Michiru: Uh...

Y/n: It's more like, we weren't inform about what kind of party this is.

girl: Oh, that's fine. *hands Michiru a pari of fake cat ears and places pair of face wold ears on Y/n's head* You two can have these.

While me and Michiru were distracted, I look at a mirror that was nearby and see how I look with a pair of wolf ears, which I felt no different but Michiru seems to have a blush seeing me with them on.

Michiru: You know, you don't look have bad with those ears on.

Y/n: Thanks, but I don't think Shirou would have the same answer.

This caused us both to chuckle, sense we have a feeling that Shirou would be slightly insulted, but we make sure to keep our eyes on Nina through the course of the party.

Shirou's pov

After getting the text from Y/n and a call from Mayor Rose on the subject, which I told her that I was informed thanks to the Human with Flip's daughter, now I'm in front of a row of cars with my foot on the leading car that now has a massive dent.

driver: You idiot! If you want to die, do it somewhere else!

Shirou: I have business with Flip.

On que, the head mob boss rolls down the back seat window, and reveal that he is in his Beastman form looking right at me.

Flip: I'm busy right now. Out of the way.

Shirou: You plan on starting a war with those Human lowlifes?

Flip: So what if I am?

Shirou: I'll bring your daughter back.

Flip: *narrows his eyes* How did you know?

Shirou: Either leave this to me or fight me right now. It's your choice.

Flip: Hmm, I'll wait until midnight. If she's not back by then, I'll turn them all into hamburger meat.

3rd pov

Nina is seen in her Beastman form doing a flip in the pool with Lisa and the Party guest clapping for her, while Y/n and Michiru watch this happening on the other side of the pool with their shoes and socks off, while their feet were in the pools water and Nina surfaces next to the two with her arms on the edge of the pool.

Nina: Did you two see that?

Michiru: Nina, let's go back.

Nina: Why?

Michiru: I don't know. It's just that something seems wrong with this place.

Y/n: I can understand that I just get this feeling something bad is going to happen.

Michiru: This isn't where I wanted to return to.

Y/n: Michiru...

Nina: Why not? Everyone's so nice here.

Y/n: Sometimes you can't be too trusting with people.

Nina: Or are you jealous because I'm so popular with everyone?

Michiru: Don't be silly!

Y/n: Nina, in all honesty with me, I prefer to not be in the spotlight.

Nina: Then why don't you tell them that you're both a Beastman too? I'm not going back.

Nina swims back to the other end of the pool, while Michiru looks down with a somber look on her face and Y/n just has a neutral since Nina is still young, Y/n looks towards Michiru and wraps her in a one arm hug giving her comfort. Which Michiru was surprised at first, but leans into his warmth and it helps from the words Nina spoke about.

Y/n: Don't take it too personally. This is her first time being on the mainland with other humans.

Michiru: Right... * stands up* I'm going to take a breather in the bathroom.

Y/n: Okay, I'll stay here and watch out for Nina.

Michiru then walks towards where the bathroom is, thanks to the help with some of the party guests who have been there before doing "other" activites, while Y/n watches Nina swim around the pool and doing some flips or jumping through the ring. Then he sees Lisa talking to other people in the party, which he gives a raised eyebrow on what could she be planning, but his train of thought was cut off when feeling something poking his pant's pocket.

Nina: What's this in here?

Y/n: Nina? When did you come back to this end?

Nina: Not too long ago, I just noticed that there was something in your pocket and got curious.

Y/n: Let's just say, it's a special gift for Michiru. I'm just waiting for a better time to give it to her, just not in this party.

Nina: *teasing look* Oh~ you like her, don't you?

Y/n: *smirks* I'm not denying it. But I am worried about another friend who was taken from us, it why Michiru has been in so much thought recently.

Nina: *surprised* Oh, I see... I'm sorry, I didn't know that was the case.

Y/n: It's fine, but you should apologies to Michiru when you have the chance.

Nina: Okay.

Michiru's pov

I was in the bathroom looking at myself in the mirror, to see that I'm still wearing the fake animal ears on my head much like Y/n probably still has his on, I then take off the fake animal ears while keeping my eyes focused on my reflection in the mirror. Thinking to what I am even doing in this party right now.

Michiru: What the heck am I doing here?

I then feel my phone vibrate from receiving a call, which I take it out of my javcket's pocket and answer the call, curious on how could be calling me since Y/n could just knock on the bathroom door to check on me.

Michiru: Hello?

Shirou: {I don't care if you and the Human want to leave Anima-City. Do as you please. But bring back Flip's daughter now!}

Michiru: What? How did you know about that?

Shirou: {Y/n messaged me. Flip's furious and about to wage war on Humans. I'm headed to the hrbor. Get her there. Got it?}

Michiru: Hey! You expect me and Y/-

Before I could finish, he hangs up on me which was really rude of him to do and I had a feeling Y/n would let Mayor Rose or Shirou know what's going on, but then I hear Y/n's voice rang out form the main room and sounded pissed.

Y/n: WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!!!!!!!!

I quickly rushed out of the bathroom and see Nina in trying to get out of the glass fish tank, with Y/n using a chair to hit the glass with any force trying to break it, I run up to it in shock at the scene that's going on and Y/n sees me run up to the tank.

Michiru: What are you doing?!

Lisa: She was tired, so I thought I would put her in some seawater.

Y/n: That is not how it works! She maybe a dolphin Beastman, but she still needs air to breath you dumbass!

I look at Nina who is struggling to breath and slowly falling to the bottom of the tank, which makes Y/n trying as hard as he can to break the glass, while I'm in shock and feel helpless to even do anything.

Michiru: Nina! Nina!

I then help Y/n try to break the glass by bashing my shoulder against the glass, with Y/n still using the chair and swings with as much force as he can to try and break it, I felt so frustrated that I yelled in anger and turn back into my Beastman form. Then lift my arm which then grows big where it's bigger than my body, Y/n sees this and quickly moves away from the tank and dropping the chair. I then punch the glass tank with all my strength, which then cracks and breaks apart releasing all the water, Nina and the fish that were inside of the tank.

Then Nina starts to cough out the water as Y/n goes to her side and slowly lifts her up patting her back I help him, and Nina was back in Human form and covered in water with her eyes closed.

Michiru: Are you okay?

Nina: *nods*

Michiru: Let's go home.

Then Nina, Y/n and I start to leave the building and head towards the harbor where Shirou will meet us at, Once there we hopped on the boat that heads back to Anima-City with me and Nina sitting at the edge of the boat while Y/n talks with Shirou.

Nina: Michiru.

Michiru: Hm?

Nina: I'm sorry.

Michiru: It's okay. I'm sorry too.

Nina: What?

Michiru: If me and Y/n hadn't gone to the Human world, you wouldn't have suffered like that. I wish I had stopped you.

Nina: It's not like I hated it though. *shows a picture of Lisa and herself* I mean, I lived like a celebrity.

I smiled at her seeing that even though she nearly died, she still had a good time meeting Lisa and the party itself, I then make my way to the front of the boat in thought and hear Shirou walking up to me from behind.

Shirou: Didn't you and Y/n want to go back there?

Michiru: You bet I do, but for Y/n he staying by my side to make sure no harm comes to me. Someday, I'll have to leave Anima-City. But not yet. I want to learn more about Beastmen. I think I need to know more. So for now, I want to stay in this town.

Shirou: Besides, you charged something to me. You must get a job and pay me back. The same can go for Y/n.

Michiru: What? Consider it a present for me! It's my birthday today!

Shirou: Who cares?

3rd pov

-In a first class plane-

A man is looking through his laptop seeing some pictures of Michiru's arms stretched out, with her and Y/n being used as hostages, along with Y/n and Michiru standing over Shirou was laying down on the ground. the one looking at the photos was a man who appears to be in his twenties, holding a glass a wine in his hand.

man: Transformative power greater than any Beastman and an immortal body, but the boy on the other hand hasn't shown any feats. They're certainly not your ordinary Beastmen or Human. Not these three.
