The apartment buildings roof was metal, making the rain drops sound louder than they appeared. One of the boys loved it, the other despised it. He only hated it because the  noise kept him awake. It was insanely repetitive, and the sound only made him want to scream. The Spiderman movie they were watching only blocked out so much, and the arms wrapped around him distracted him to a extent. "Dallon what's wrong?" Brendon asked, his voice low and quiet keeping his parents from awakening.

 "Can we make the TV louder?" He gave a confused look, "My parents will wake up if we do. Are you afraid of the rain or something?" Dallon shook his head, his eyebrows scrunched up and his glasses almost flying off in the process.

 "The rain is annoying." The shorter boy gave a weird look, "Well I could've told you that." He shook his head again. "No. I mean not that kind of annoying. It gives me a headache with the sound and all." Brendon stayed silent and continued watching the movie but at one point suddenly said, "You're weird. But I good kind of weird. I like your weird." Dallon looked down giving a look, "Thanks?" Brendon let go of Dallon only to say, "If I were to take off your glasses right now and kiss you, would it be weird?" He smirked and said," It's only weird if you make it weird." When they were close enough to each other where it wasn't normally socially expectable a big boom took place. They both jumped back and Dallon mumbled, "I really hate the rain."

Y'all I know I haven't updated since 'nam and that probably shows a lot with what I'm about to say, but I really hate trying to make my self update this. I don't do this Emo band shipping shit that I did when I was twelve anymore. I'm being brutally honest, I know, but I do like writing. I don't like writing this though. I still like Panic! and IDK but its just what I'm into anymore. I like trying to create my own books that are original and have my own characters. I created When Has Normal Ever Been Interesting for that reason a while ago. So I can make what I want but still give out what you guys like with a occasional update here.
