a few days ago i made a decision

and i'm quite frankly very scared

because i am not going to school anymore

i am dropping out of high school to get my GED instead of my high school diploma

and don't worry, they're basically the same thing, except my GED is faster

95% of colleges accept GEDs and so do 96% of employers according to some website

i've spent eleven out of the sixteen years i've been alive in school, and that stressed me out

while i wait for my GED study book, i'm going to assign myself artistic homework, meaning a lot more content going up on here and on my various social media sites

i'm also gonna get a part time job to help out my mom, so all her money is going towards bills and gas and mine is going towards pleasantries like fast food and hair cuts and vintage perfume bottles (because my mom wants those)

and she'll never have to borrow money from her friends to pay the bills again, i can just give her my paycheck

i'm feeling good just thinking about it

i'm embarking on a journey, friends, and i hope you'll watch from a distance and be somewhat entertained
