As a teacher I've seen lots of kids come and go.

Some worse than others, but all good.

I've seen kids discover things about themselves and others.

I've seen friendships come and go. But all I've seen is people flourish from that growth.

I've seen students loose their ways, but always find their way back towards the end.

I've feel like I've seen it all.

And maybe I have.

With all the lessons I've taught I feel like I've been taught more from my students.

They teach me and continue to help me grow as I help them.

I just hope in the meantime they'll remember that I was always there for them.

And I didn't judge or I didn't mind.

I hope they understood that besides being their mentor I was so much more.

They are so much more.
