I was late, so late it scared me. I never thought helping Elaine out with her Home Ec practical would make me so late, but then again it was partially my fault.

I loved the smell of sugar and flour, and how everything mixed into something delicious. I could barely tear myself away until I heard the bell ring.

I raced to the girls locker room to get my spare uniform. I rushed in and unconsciously noticed the locker room was unlocked, the door ajar. I brushed my suspiciousness away and quickly unlocked the padlock on my locker and got the clothes out.

As I started to change, I felt like I was being watched. I paused after the first two buttons, and looked around apprehensively, Elaine's words playing through my mind.
"If tells his mother, she can make it so that you can't stay anywhere in Ghana !.

I shrugged the feeling off, pushing it out of my mind. Then, suddenly, a pair of arms grabbed me from behind, dragging me down. I tried to scream, but nothing came out. I tried to bite, kick but another pair of arms held my legs. One of the three boys hovered above me as I lay on the ground, pinned down by the other boy.

Let me go! I screamed finally finding my voice. The high pitch scared even me.

Be quiet! one of the boys screamed at me.

NO! I screamed even more. I was starting to scream again when one of the boys brought out a pen knife and held it to my thigh.

I said be quiet!

I shut my eyes as cold tears rolled down my face, expecting only the worst.

Jenai's POV

My phone dinged as I napped on the workout bench in the school gym. I ignored it. It dinged again,  twice this time, increasing in volume and jolting me out of my sleep.

I ignored it again, set it on vibration mode and putting it on my chest, I shut my eyes tightly. All was quiet in the abandoned gym.

This was why it was one of my favorite nap spots
ever since that weird girl stole my other spot in the abandoned building. I knew she went there more often now, and it had become noisier than ever,with her shrill voice like an alarmclock.

  I had just found this new spot, and I liked it here. It was secluded, away from the noise of the rest of the school.

My phone vibrated this time,and I sighed in desperation.I unlocked it and checked the notifications. It was Jake telling me to come out of wherever it was I was hiding. I gave a small smile and rolled off the bench.

I made my way towards our private classroom and decided to take the shortcut at the girls locker room since it was faster, and probability that I would meet other people was less since all the other students were in class.

I was sprinting past the locker room when I heard a muffled whimpering sound. I paused, uncertain if I heard it right the first time. A voice came again, this time a raspy male voice,

"I told you to be quiet"!

I scoffed.That was Mo's voice. Mo is one of Jayden's henchmen.But what was he doing in the girls locker room?

I barged in quickly,and saw the weird girl Jessica, held on the floor like an unwilling sacrifice. Mo was standing over her,with his two cohorts holding her down.
What is going on here?!

Jessica's POV

I sighed thankfully when i saw Jenai. He had his trademark white tracksuit with matching white running shoes.

The other boys paused as well, unsure of what to do next.
"I said what is going on here"?! Jenai boomed.

Please help me! I begged him silently.

S.sen..senior!  the leader of the boys said fearfully.

"Wrong answer" Jenai growled. Try again! he said dangerously, all the while never even sparing a glance in my direction.

"J..Jayden a..asked u...us to" the boy stammered.

Shut up!

Slowly, he turned to me like he was just noticing my presence. He knelt down infront of me, meeting my eye level.

What are you doing here? he asked.

what kind of question is that?  I'm counting the number of lines on the floor tiles.

"I umm.. I struggled to find the right words to explain my current circumstances.

He flung a towel around me, covering my wrinkled shirt and helped me stand. He then turned his attention to the boys like he was just noticing them.

"what are you still doing here?

B..but Jayden said?

leave Jenai said quietly.

B..but

LEAVE!!!!! Jenai roared at them.

they ran out like a pack of dogs chased by a lion.

He also turned to leave. I grabbed his sleeve.
"Thank you Jenai, I said gratefully.
For what?
For helping me out right now.
Don't thank me, I didn't do anything he said calmly, then walked out.

I dropped onto the floor, weak with relief.

What the hell man?! Jenai said as he burst through the door of the P4 private classroom. He had the attention of all three boys except for Jayden.

Jayden had his black and gold headphones on and silently nodding his head to the music oblivious to the angry boy infront of him. Jenai reached and. roughly yanked the headphones off his head.

Jayden's Headphones

Aaargh! he screamed jerking his eyes open. What's wrong?

What's wrong?! what's wrong?! are you serious? Jenai asked, his chest heaving.

Like you don't know! Jenai shot back. Wendell and Jake turned their attention to the boys.

What happened? Jake asked. What's all this about?

Jenai totally ignored Jake, riveting his eyes on the guilty offender.

Is this what you meant by you'll teach her a lesson? Huh?
What do you mean?! Jake asked.
I saw Mo and the boys with wonder girl today! in the girls locker room. "They...they.. they were"

They were what? Wendell asked confused.

Umm.. they were, how do I explain this?

Jayden laughed shaking his head. I didn't ask for a gettogether Jen I asked them to scare her.

Don't call me Jen!  he screamed back annoyed. Jayden laughed again.

How can you even laugh?! After what you've done?!

And what exactly did I do hmm? Jayden asked amused.

What the? You asked them to rape her! How could you do that?!

Jayden shot out of his swivel chair in surprise, and Jake spat out his milkshake.
I didn't do that! I just asked the boys to scare her hard!. To get her to beg me for forgiveness! Jayden said trying to justify himself.

That's so stupid Jayden!! Jenai  screamed back shocking everyone else.
  Calm down man! Wendell said frightened. Nobody had really seen Jenai like this before.

Why are you so mad about it anyway? So what if they made a mistake understanding the instructions?

What?! 
Jayden shrugged nonchalantly.

How can you be so unfeeling?!

Huh? unfeeling?! she disgraced me! Didn't you hear the words that.. that thing  said to me?

And how would you like to be raped?!

Wendell laughed. That's so wrong! he said bent over laughing.
Shut up! Jake said slapping the back of his head.

I'm sorry okay? The boys must have heard it wrong!

And so what?! That doesn't justify your actions! you could go to prison for this if she reports you!

Jayden scoffed. She won't, would she?
