BABY DON'T STOP

With the same florescent blue hue and twinkling fireflies, the cave behind the waterfall held a special places in the boy's hearts. It held so many special memories, every single one of them will forever remember this place as the place is where it all started.

The start of new friendships. The start of new love.

The boys were huddled around the small pond, all wrapped in a towel. Just talking about random things.

"When do you guys think phase two of 'Operation Cut A Bitch 2.0' will commence?" The youngest questioned, genuinely curious about it.

"Whenever the bitch feels like attacking I guess." Donghyuck replied, tiredly leaning on Mark's shoulder.

"Since we're on the topic of depressing things, we only have two weeks left before we all go back to our normal boring ass lives." Jaemin pointed out, sighing.

"WE ONLY HAVE TWO WEEKS LEFT?" Chenle bolted up from Jisung's lap, eyes wide.

Jaemin nodded wistfully.

"But--but, I-I can't just leave you guys!" The boy looked like a kicked puppy, eyes brimming with fresh tears. "You guys mean so much to me...you have no idea."

The thought of not having the six boys by his side broke his heart. It felt like loosing his sister all over again. He couldn't bear loosing more important people in his life. One was already tough enough, but six?

At this point, Chenle felt hot tears sliding down his rosy cheeks. Unable to imagine a world about these boys struck a cord within the boy. He bit his bottom lip to prevent it from quivering so much.

Jaemin felt like throwing himself off a cliff. He just had to bring that fact up didn't he?

The elder boy made his way over to Chenle, sitting down in front of him.

"Chenle-ah, you know we can always call, text, and FaceTime right?" Jaemin said, trying to brighten up the boy's mood.

"B-But it's not the same!" Chenle swallowed the lump in his throat, still sniffling.

"I know, I know. I'm sad too y'know? This summer...it was definitely something. I met six amazing boys who make me feel so so happy every time I'm with them. It sucks that we don't live near each other, it really does. Just know we're always right here," Jaemin pointed at the younger's heart. "We'll always be in your heart, Lele-ah."

"NANA-HYUNG!" Chenle broke out in ugly sobs as he latched himself on the older boy, giving him a bone crushing hug.

Jaemin responded by wrapping his arms around the smaller boy, rubbing circles into his back.

The scene made the other boys start crying too. It was true though. Two weeks, and they'll be split up. Who knows when they'll be able to meet again?

"Bitch, why do you have to be so fucking depressing? Now my eyes are going to get puffy." Donghyuck sobbed out.

"Oh shut up Hyuck." Mark said, trying to wipe his stray tears.

Slowly, one by one, the remaining boys joined in on the Jaemin and Chenle hug. All that was heard was the sounds of sniffling bouncing off the walls.

"I'm going to miss everyone so much, my heart is actually aching." Mark stated, tightening his embrace on the boys.

Everyone probably had a fair share of snot and tears on them but they didn't care. All they cared about was each other at this point. The bond that they had built over the summer could even compare to a bond that was built over a decade.

"You guys will always be my main bitches okay? Don't forget that." The red head choked out, not caring that he'd have to deal with his puffy eyes the next morning.

That night was full of tears and sorrow, but what was most important about it was that it showed how much they cared for one another. It didn't matter that they knew each other for a couple of months. What mattered was the memories they made with each other. The feelings of happiness and fondness in each and every moment shared.

"With these two weeks left, let's do as much as possible before we have to split. Make even more memories, and live the next two weeks to the fullest!"

The next morning, everyone was greeted by each other's puffy faces and lazy smiles.

"So, what is on the agenda today boys?" Renjun started, proceeding to back hug Jeno, resting his head of the younger's shoulder.

"We can go shopping? Secret Santa? But like summer version." Jisung suggested, rubbing away the sleep in his eyes.

"I like that idea. Anyone have paper and something to write with?" Chenle left to go get the paper and pen as everyone took a seat on the couch.

Once the boy returned, he gave the items to Jaemin, who teared the page into seven pieces. He then proceeded to write each of their names. Folding them up, he mixed them up on the coffee table.

"Okay, you guys already know the rules of secret santa right?" Jaemin asked.

Everyone nodded.

"Let's get it!"

The boys all picked up a folded up piece of paper, excited to see who they got.

"On the count of three, unfold your papers. Make sure not to let anyone see!"

"One."

"Two."

"THREE!"

Chenle excitedly unfolded his piece of paper and turns out he got Renjun. His smile still remained bright. Renjun had helped him with the language barrier between him and the boys, translating things he didn't understand yet. He had also helped him with his boy problems, and was an overall older brother to Chenle. This was his chance to give back.

Jisung had gotten Jaemin, and he wondered what he should get the elder. The elder did love plushies, he also likes peaches. And Renjun and Jeno.

'I mean, I could just wrap Renjun and Jeno-hyung in a bow and call it a day.'

He chuckled at the idea.

Jeno unfolded his paper and saw that he has landed on the diva, Donghyuck. He didn't mind that he got Donghyuck, matter of fact, he needed to repay the boy anyways. There were countless of times where he went to the red head for some 'confident gay' advice. So, this was a perfect opportunity for a repayment.

Mark got Jisung. A small smile was displayed on his face. Even thought their maknae could be a bit hardheaded and rebellious, he was a good kid at heart.

Unfolding the piece of paper, while almost ripping it on the way, Jaemin got Chenle. The boy that he had comforted the night before. A boy that his heart was as big as his laugh. A fond smile made its way onto his lips. He knew exactly what to get Chenle.

Renjun didn't know why but he was nervous to unfold the piece of paper in his hands. What if he doesn't know what to get them? What if he does but they end up not liking it?

'Screw it!'

He unfolded the sheet of paper and sighed in relief when he got Mark. Mark was a big influence to all of them, excluding those times, but he was overall, a very admiral figure.

Then, last but not least, Donghyuck. He actually wasn't expecting to get Jeno, but hey, he doesn't mind it. And like hyung like maknae, he was literally thinking about just tying Renjun and Jaemin together with a bow.

"Does everyone know who their victim is?" Jaemin asked, seeing that the boys seemed done with looking at their papers.

"Way to make it sound like we're playing murder mystery, but yeah, we know." Donghyuck said.

"Let the shopping commence!"
