Karl's POV
"Come on Karl. They said they'll be there." Issei said pushing me out the door as we, the boys, we're leaving the suite.

The girls told us that they'd be down in a minute. I don't know why girls keep fussing over how they look all the time.

Amy does it and so we get late all the time if we're heading somewhere.

Zamasu stretched. "Ah, it feels good to be out of those deity robes. It's heavy and hot when you were it."

"Yeah. Nothing beats it when you're shirtless..." Drago spoke.

"With the wind blowing against your abs...." Shiro added smirking.

"And the ladies checking it out." Sun said shooting sexy eyes at the hot babes in bikinis standing in the hallway eyeing us.

I winked and cue the giggles.

We were in our swimming shorts heading to the pools our side the lobby.
It was awesome. Last year we had movie night on the first night but tonight...

We're going to party.

There were varieties of mask to choose from. There were lucha libre mask, marvel hero masks, Swan masks, just to name a few.

Zamasu took a Black panther mask,

Shiro, an iron man mask,

Corey, a black spiderman mask,

Issei took a Bumble bee mask . (Bumble bee from Transformers, yeah that one)

Drago decided on a Optimus prime mask.

"Dude, where's yours?" I asked Sun.

He wore his dark shade glasses. "Here"

"Those are your glasses man" Shiro told him.

"My face is meant for revealing, not concealing." Sun replied with a smirk and strided away from us towards the pools😎

"That guy's just unbelievable." Drago said.

Zamasu agreed. "No kidding"

I finally decided on a Venom mask.

"Nice bro" Shiro complimented.

"Cool" Issei aggreed as well.

We all wore our mask and strided to the pools.

The pools were in the open under the starry sky.

With guys and ladies already dancing to the song with glasses of cocktails in their hands.

The pools were a total of five and some were already in the water.

"Now this...is a party!" Corey said grinning as he looked around.

"Hey handsomes" A blonde slender girl in a two piece walked up to us with a tray of cocktails.

"Care to drink?"

"You bet I am."  I said and we each soon got ourselves a glass.

Another chick was leading Zamasu away.

Issei was lost in the moment.

My brothers. Gone.

Drago? missing.
And Sun? Enjoying somewhere in the crowd.

"Well let's party away!!!" I yelled and glasses were raised backed with cries of cheer.

It was awesome. We danced, drank and danced again.

"Yeah!" I yelled as I jumped into one the pools.

Then I resurfaced. I heard a laugh. "Having a blast?" A girl asked. I turned to her.
She had white long hair and stood at the edge wearing a light pink two piece.

"Aren't you?" I asked her.

"Sort of. I'm not good when it comes to parties."

"What do you mean? It's just a party. Have fun."

"I don't know how to have fu--*screams in fright*

She hadn't finished her sentence when she had been pushed accidentally in to the pool.

The next thing I knew she had crashed into me!

We both went under and I resurfaced with her gasping for air in my arms.
"You okay?" I asked

"Y-yeah?" She was blushing like hell. Maybe she was embarrassed.

"T-hanks." She stammered.

"Ah sure. Let's get you out of the water."

I put her back on the edge and started to climb out. "You okay?"  I asked her.
She was shaking.

"Y-yeah. I-I'm just c-cold that's a-all." She said and flashed me a smile.

"C'mon. Let's  get you dry up." I told her helping her up.

I held her hand and we started to snake our way through the dancing crowd.

"Dude!" I heard someone call me. It was Corey.
"What?" I asked.

"Have you seen the girls around?"

"I don't think they're  here yet" I answered and he noticed the girl with me and eyed me.

"A score on the first night. Don't tell me your planning on doing it tonight."

He said.

It took a moment for me to get what he said. Then I saw her face turn tomato red. Then it hit me.

"Dude! Not cool"

I glared at Corey and and pulled her away from him.

We emerged from the crowd and walked  to the towel stall.

Then I took a towel and wrapped it around her. She was still red.

"I'm sorry about my brother. He's crazy."

"I-It's okay." She stammered not making eye contact with me.

Seriously that was a bad joke Corey.

At least he could have said it without her hearing.

There was an awkward silence between us.

I opened my mouth to say something but she spoke first.

"I gotta go" She said. "Thanks for everything."

And she scurried away before I could stop her.

I glared. Dang it. Corey!

"Hey Karl." I heard the dreaded familiar voice.

She's never left me alone since I met her last 2 summers ago. She even texts me!

I turned to her.

"Hey....Chloe"

a fake smile on my face.

She had blonde hair and wore a puppy mask.  But I could recognised her voice anywhere.

She squealed as she jumped on me hugging me.

"I'd knew you'd come this summer."

"Yeah. And you're here too...yay" I feigned excitement.

"Come on. Call me by my nickname pumpkin?" She pulled away and asked.

Urgh!  The name calling.
"What nickname?"

"The one I texted to you on Valentine's day."

"Er...what was it again?" I asked.

She playfully hit me. "Don't pretend you don't remember. Its Star angel"

"Oh! Yeah right. Star....angel" I said nervously not making eye contact with her.

I needed a savior... If I didn't get away from her soon,  I'd lose my mind!

Then that savior appeared in a form of Drago.

"Hey dude. Shiro's looking for you." He called out to me

"Gotta go!" I cried and ran to Drago.

"Bye. Pumpkin ." And she blew kisses in my direction.

"Thanks dude." I whispered to him.

"Anytime Bro.  She still after you?"

"She's a stalker I tell you. She follows me everywhere! Dude. It's creepy!"
I loud whispered at him.

He chuckled. "The girls are here."

"Finally, how long does it take to dress up for a pool party."

"Dude this is girls we're talking about"
Drago said.
