Today Mammon was at the Modeling agency doing a cover photoshoot for a new magazine. He was pretty excited about it not only was it paying good he was on the cover and this was a new magazine which was cool and a big step. He knew he would get a lot of attention and couldn't wait to make his brothers jealous.

Anyway he was going on break now and as he was walking to his dressing room and  walked in he immediately saw one of the demons he owed money to.

Which was a high end powerful demon
And before he could turn around some of the demons workers close the door blocking him in.

Loan Demon : you miss the due date Mammon. I told you what would happen"

Mammon : come on! I just need more time! I get paid when this magazine is out! I just need another week!"

Loan Demon : you had that. So now"

The demon then walked over and immediately punched him in the stomach knocking him down.

As he was hunch over in pain spitting up blood he wanted to fight back but he couldn't risk losing his job or have his name go bad and he gets fired from his jobs

He was also worried about his brothers and didn't want them to get involved or to know how much trouble he was in.

He then got kicked over and he began getting beaten up by the guy.

After a few minutes they left and Mammon just lay on the floor trying to collect himself and gain the strength to get up.

But it was hard he was bleeding and his whole body hurt but he had to fix himself before the next shoot.

So he got slowly and went over to the mirror his clothes were ruined and any cuts and bruises he could hide under the next outfit he had to put on. Except a small gash on his forehead but he could cover that up with his hair and makeup.

He wasn't really faze by what happened it was a common thing at this point but more frequently because his debts were pilling up.

Mammon : ....on the bright side...I get another week....just double the amount... I'll be ok.... I'll scrap something together....."

Later after his photoshoot Mammon got a preview copy of the magazine  to look at and afterwards left the agency but felt nervous to walk home by himself so he decided to call Lucifer as he also felt like he was being watched.

Lucifer then answered and asked.

Lucifer : is the shoot over?"

Mammon : yeah....I....I was wondering if you wanted to come eat with me? My treat? I wanna show you something it's really cool..."

Lucifer : I'll go but also are you alright? You sound like something is off?"

Mammon : I'm ok..... just a hard day at work.... it's hard modeling...."

Lucifer : ...... I'll be there in a few minutes"

Mammon : cool I'll just wait here at the agency "

After this Mammon hung up and went back inside and decided to wait in his dressing room.

A few minutes later Lucifer show up and didn't see Mammon outside so he walked into the agency to see if he was waiting in there.

And as he walked into his dressing room to check there. He found him fast asleep on the couch holding something.

He then picked it up and looked at it and saw  it was that magazine he was talking about. Lucifer figured Mammon must of gotten an early copy. And wanted to show him the magazine.

He found it cute how excited and proud  Mammon was of it. He then started looking at it and as he was something caught his eye.

He looked at a clear trashcan and saw at the bottom was bloody clothes and bloody rags

He Wondered what happened and notice on Mammon's forehead a small gash that was attempted to be covered by makeup.

He Wondered if Mammon had an accident today but yet something just felt off then suddenly Mammon woke up.

He immediately sat up and said rubbing his head but immediately regretting that.

Mammon : ow! It burns!"

Lucifer : you don't put makeup on an open wound. Anyway what happened to you?"

Mammon : oh...umm nothing just fell off the stage....it was bad but still got up.... probably shouldn't have but it's all good I got the shoot done"

Lucifer : .....I can tell. I look at the magazine it's not that bad"

Mammon : I am going to be the most trending thing on Devilgram! that reminds me next week there's going to be a party for it when it's published. Everyone is invited to go"

Lucifer : that sounds great. Good for you Mammon"

Mammon seemed fine but Lucifer still felt worried.
