Annabelle's POV
It's the day! what to do? I am so nervous, what will I wear? I mean it is my first dance with my first real boyfriend and he's gonna be here any minute, I need to relax.

'Calm down Anna, calm down, god I cannot calm down, the pressure is too much.' I scolded myself.

My friends were getting ready on their own, so I had to wing it on my own here, I should have told one of the personal tailors to make me a dress but it's too late now right.

I started off with my hair I washed it and I was on to styling my hair that will work, then dress, easy peasey.

'Again with the strange slangs.' I say to myself .

After many and many failed attempts and my room smelling like burnt hair, I finally got the perfect hairstyle.

I check the time and it was five in the evening sharp, I quickly rushed out with my robe to my parents room.
"Where the heck are they?" I say out loud before walking back to my room.

I stood for a while before I remembering am talking with Ashley now she'll definitely help with the dress.

I ran to her room and she wasn't there seriously, where is everyone when I need them? I reach for my phone and dialed her number.

Me: Hey Ash ,where you at?
Ash: Hey Anna, I'm at Susan's
Me: Really why?
Ash: We're getting ready for the dance, how about you, are you okay?
Me: yeah I am never better.

And I hanged up.

Really so not cool, wish I thought of that, dressing at Maddie's why don't I call her? I raced to dial her number.

Me: Maddie hey sweetie where you at?
Maddie: At home.
me: Great! please come over.
Maddie: Oh well you see, I can't Alex is already here so, we're already going but I'll see you at the dance bye.

She hangs up.

I just fall back on my bed am dead! people are already getting dressed and going already, what's the time I quickly checked, uh oh its seven I spent two hours doing nothing I need to get ready as soon as possible, today you dress your self, It won't be that hard right, sure okay then let's do this, I went to my closet pulled out all my clothes as I examined them while I re styled my hair, which got messy,  from all the running around.

I later got it, picking the perfect dress and I was ready, time forty minute after seven yikes! gotta dress now I fix my hair curling the edges I made it into a ponytail right in the middle of hair, separating the hair in the middle to fall against my face, I decided on this peach gown it was handless and just by the waist it opens like an umbrella to my knee.

My dad got it for me and I was ready I match it with some nude colour shoes and I was good to go, I look in the mirror one last time and I loved it, the doorbell rang and I knew who it was.

"So what took you so long it's almost late?'' I said confidently acting like I was done since.

"Well princess, we have to be fashionable late and by the way you look incredible." he complimented taking my hand to peck it.

"Shall we?" I asked and he showed me to the car.

"Yes my lady, oh almost forgot got you a corsage." he put it around my wrist.

"Its pretty, I love it." he held my hand directing me the limo and we left.

'Don't mess this up Anna.' I mentally tell myself.

Jason's POV
The day, it was finally here, going to the dance with the girl of my dreams, but wait what time should I pick her up? maybe six or seven nah, I know belle she'll probably take forever before picking an outfit well looks like I have time to sleep.

'Her corsage dummy' my brain woke me up.

I almost forgot to get her one jeez Jason stupid much, okay I have time, I definitely do I fast ran down stairs and met my parents.

"Hey dad, I need to borrow the car." I said rushing for the keys.

"You know you're not allowed to drive late at night?" he looked at me, I hated that rule, it was just one car and one time.

"It's still bright out," before I gave up, "the driver, yeah him he'll take me, I just need to get something at the mall." I suggested giving him the sad eyes.

"Benson." My dad called out.

"Sir?"

'You'll be driving Jason to the mall today, be back early have an errand to run." he turns at me.

"Thanks dad, you're the best," cringing at that we hurriedly left, we got to the mall not long and we didn't get what we needed, curse you universe we went to like three different malls still we couldn't find it they were all sold out, it was the annual school's dance I should have seen this coming.

I got home by seven and hopeless, dad was mad cause we wasted time so he immediately left, I sat down thinking of what to do now, when mom came over.

"Hey sweetie, what's wrong?" she asked calmly.

I told her about the corsage issue and she told me she'll help, we went to their room and turns out she had a lot of corsages, she was actually making a collection since from high school saving each with a memory.

I thanked her before I quickly rush to shower I got ready and it was time already, I headed out to meet her I got there just in time, she looked so beautiful so I gave her the corsage she loved it, so happy we went in the car and left.

we got there, finally its the night I held her hand and we walked in.
