Annabelle's POV
"Are you expecting anyone?" Jason asks me but right now all I wanted was him.

"Probably Kelly," I said so sure of myself, going in to kiss him one more time, a voice start me.

I don't know why I wasn't bother about anyone walking in on us, as far as I can say we were still fully clothed but what I wasn't expecting was to be walked on by Chad.

"Chad? I wasn't uhmm hey." I find myself unsure of what to say, I didn't even know what to say to him, I knew at some point I had to tell him and talk with him but I wasn't expecting him to find out like this or see any of this.

I quickly get off of Jason fixing my hair while he was seated there, I face Chad who looked like his world just came crumbling down.

"It's not what you think." I blurted out, of course it's was but his silence was killing me, I've never seen him this quiet.

"What do you know I think it is?" He simply let out, of course always with the questions, never going straight to the point.

"Am not sure, I didn't know you'd be here." I said looking down at my feets.

"So that's why you had an escort here to cheat on me?" He said trying to provoke me, of course he'd say that but I wasn't going to stand here and let him insult Jason like that.

"Don't say that okay? You know that's Jason and he's not an escort, can you let me explain everything I really tried." I busted into tears halfway into explaining.

"Explain? I was gone for a week," he played that card on me, "I don't even know why I tried. That night made it clear anyway." He turns to leave but I wasn't letting him get out with the say, I know what I did was wrong but what did he mean by that.

"What night?" I stop him and he turns back facing me, that's when I felt Jason's hands by my shoulder.

"Don't play dumb Anna, I heard you say his name in your sleep." He simply said and I lost it.

"So it could mean anything but no you didn't care, instead you ignored me for a whole week and now you show up at my house trying to make me feel bad, I really tried to stay away but you gave me no choice." My tears adding at the spot, I know he's probably going to hate me for this but he left me for a week and my heart chose Jason not him.

"Am leaving, if you don't follow me you'll never see me again." He simply said after everything I said that was it, I watch him turn his back and walk straight to the door.

I don't know why but I felt like I've lost a huge part of my life again, I know I couldn't love him like I loved Jason but I kept telling myself that, and now I've hurt him making him walk out of my life again and this time I think it was for good.

Turning my back to face Jason, he simply pulls me in for a hug and I let it all out, I really didn't want it to end this way but I always manage to ruin my friendships once my boyfriend shows up.

I woke up late this morning and Jason was nowhere to be found, he stayed with me throughout yesterday night and now am up and I can't find him, I stretch a little getting up grumpily I put on my slippers heading for the bathroom and I notice a note on the door.

"I got you your morning coffee and sent Kelly off for the day, she actually needed it. I'll be down by the office sorting some issues out."

I couldn't help but smile but then I remembered he sent Kelly off today, why would he do that I can't operate without her. I quickly managed to get ready for the day, with a blue lace gown and black heels I made my way to the office, sipping my coffee.

"Good morning miss Rowland." The security guard by the door greeted me.

"Morning Martin." I replied cheerfully heading for the elevator.

"She knows my name?" I hear the security whisper under his breath.

"She's in a good mood." His co security replied him.

I just smiled to myself and go into the elevator, heading to my office. I was greeted by the receptionist who I replied cheerfully too, the moment I walked into my office someone was already there.

"You must be Annabelle," a lady turns to me seated on my seat, wearing all black, black hair, brown eyes, average height I'd say, she was about my mom's age but she looked definitely younger.

"How can I help you and why are you in my seat?" I drop my bags on the table walking to sit, she stands up abruptly and moves away, I was already pissed as it seemed.

"Am Ronnie, Ronnie Cortes." She smiles at me in a creepy way.

"Well Ronnie what brings you here? To my office sitting in my seat?" I reach for my glasses by the drawers to put it on.

"Just stopping by, hasta pronto!" She winks at me before heading out of my office, this has got to be the weirdest morning ever.

I start going through the designs on my desk, I'll be at a meeting by four to discuss the budget so I needed to make a decision on the design already.

Jason's POV
"I really need this bro!" She stresses the bro at me, as always Emma was driving me crazy, she wants to go live with Travis for the remaining break and there's no way am letting that happen.

I was back at the house this morning, just to make sure nothing out of the ordinary happens again, I've already spoken with pa and new security measures will be taken immediately, two break ins isn't a good sign.

''What kind of brother will I be, if I let my little sister go live with her boyfriend?" I asked, I was exaggerating but I couldn't risk it, I know what boys do and Emma is definitely naive that am sure of.

"One week then?" She still protested.

"No." I turn reaching for my keys I head for the door, but she was still not giving up.

"Three days?" She still asks.

"I have to go to work." I get into the car, I was already late probably because Belle's place was far from my place, I hope she's doing fine because yesterday was rough for her, I've never seen her cry that much am actually jealous, but I won't let it get to me am still trying to get on her good side, so I made sure not to get involved with the drama.

I decided to check out my firm today, since my plan to get Belle back was a success, I don't need to be there all week and well I've been absent from the firm long enough, but I assume my pa did a great job.

I got there minutes later and I walk into my office facing my pa who was talking with somebody.

"Are you sure you found her?" He was asking the person and I cut them off.

"Found who?" I ask them and they both looked startled seeing me.

''Its a case we're working on." My grandpa simply said and dismissed the man with him, but what I couldn't understand was why they both looked tensed seeing me.

"Well I'll let you to it then," he decides to leave me not even waiting for me to speak.

Ignoring the weirdness, I message Belle to have dinner by seven today, smiling at myself I went back to bulky papers.
