HOSEOK'S POV

"She asked if you were a virgin?!" My friend Yoongi asked with wide eyes as soon as I told him about my hangout time with y/n today.

"Is that weird? That's not normal here?" I ask and right away Yoongi shakes his head.

"Maybe but that's a bit weird right? I mean no one's ever asked me such a personal question like that after only knowing me for like 4 days."

"What do you think it means?" I ask, starting to think too much into it.

"I'm not sure. What were you guys even talking about? You weren't trying to have sex with her were you?" Yoongi asks and my eyes widen.

"No of course not! Y/n is my friend, it isn't like that. At least I don't think it is..." I say.

"Maybe she really was just curious then. Not all girls want to get with every guy they communicate with. You said you guys are just friends, right? Maybe she's just a little too out there and doesn't know boundaries." Yoongi says and I scoff.

"Don't speak so poorly of her, you don't know her. She's really nice. I think we're just thinking too much into it." I say.

"Well what did you say? How did you respond to her asking that?" Yoongi asks from inside my computer.

"I didn't say anything. She apologized for asking and said I didn't have to answer." As soon as I say that Yoongi nods.

"Oh okay. I guess that's not too weird then. It would be weird if she hounded you to answer. Besides, I'm sure it would be weird to tell her you've never been with someone like that at all, ya know, seeing as you just met her not that long ago." Yoongi says as he leans his chin against his palm.

"Yeah that's true and besides that we had fun. She's nice to talk to. Her friend is a little strange but cool none the less. I'm really enjoying it here so far." I say and Yoongi smiles.

"That's good. We miss you here. Maybe sometime in the middle of the school year we can come visit. Or you could, that might be easier. Who knows, maybe you can bring y/n with you." Yoongi says and I shake my head instantly.

"Oh no! I couldn't do that. My mom would instantly think more into it. If she knew my first friend here was a girl she'd definitely assume I'd date her. You know how my mom is." I say and Yoongi laughs.

"Who knows, maybe by time you come you guys will" Yoongi winks and I become flustered at the thought.

"I don't think so. I told you, we're just friends." I say but Yoongi shrugs.

"You never know, things can change. But hey, I'm gonna go. It's really late here." Yoongi says and I nod, understanding.

After we say our goodbyes I end the call and set my laptop to the side.

My mind goes back to what Yoongi had said and I feel a little flustered.

It definitely wasn't like that with y/n and I doubt it ever would be. Besides, we're complete opposites. We work as friends but I don't know about in a relationship.

Now Yoongi had gotten into my head and I was thinking things I shouldn't even be thinking about.

Y/n and I are friends. There was no reason to make that weird.

Shaking the thought, I lay down to sleep.

Y/N'S POV

"Hey bitch!" Ari grins as she plops down in the desk beside me, grinning widely.

"Why are you so happy today?" I ask as I study her overly happy expression.

Ari was always happy but never this happy. I knew something had to have happened and I was curious.

What could I say, I was nosy.

"I have a date with Mingyu tonight! Can you believe that?!" She asks and right away I get that weird feeling in my stomach.

My mind instantly flashed l to back then, to what I had told Hoseok.

"Oh really? That's great." I say, trying to be happy even though I was a little worried.

I still hadn't been able to tell Ari about this and I didn't want to wait until it was too late.

"Why don't you sound that thrilled?" Ari frowns as she leans closer to me.

"No I am, I promise. It'll be great." I smile, knowing I couldn't tell her now. Not when she was this happy about the date.

I'd tell her another time. I swear I will but right now, I couldn't.

"So, how did it go with Hoseok? You went to his apartment or what?" Ari asks, grinning now.

"It was cool and yeah. We just sat and talked for a bit. A little friendly conversation. You should join us next time." I say and just then ironically, Hoseok sat down at his desk.

"We were just talking about you! Invite me next time for sure! I wanna be apart of the fun." Ari frowns but quickly replaces it with a smile.

Hoseok looked at me for a moment then at Ari before he nodded. He then buried his head in his books, getting to work.

Honestly, I found it a bit strange. Hoseok was very different from Ari and I but for some reason it just worked.

I guess every friend group needs a little bit of variety when it comes to personalities so it all worked out. Honestly, it was a nice change. After only hanging out with Ari and the two dingbats she's friends with, it was nice to have someone I could bond with too.

It was also a nice bonus that he was a hot foreign guy. Not that I'd say that out loud.

Hey what can I say, Hoseok is hot. No worries, strictly friendship here, of course unless it ever led to more then I'd be down but for now,
