『MENTAL DISORDER』
He has ADHD if that counts for anything. His spectrum usually relies on strong emotions; he doesn't really feel subtly. If he's mad, there's no chance it's going to be, 'slightly mad' it would be, 'utterly pissed'. There's no in between. Some of the symptoms he face are:

∆- Behavioral: aggression, excitability, fidgeting, hyperactivity, impulsivity, irritability, lack of restraint, or persistent repetition of words or actions.

∆- Cognitive: absent-mindedness, difficulty focusing, forgetfulness, problem paying attention, or short attention span.

∆- Mood: anger, anxiety, boredom, excitement, or mood swings.

『PERSONALITY』
Intelligent and always playful, this guy is trusting. Arlo is a happy and constantly smiley boy, who much like his younger years, who doesn't perceive fear and danger easily. He is nearly fearless until his senses send off alarm signals to keep him out of trouble. To be brief about his affectionate side, he is undoubtedly touchy and clingy. However, only towards potential friends and close friends. Arlo begins as a nice and welcoming boy, but once he is close to someone, he expresses deep affection for them. He is gullible but always has a way to eventually figure out the truth. Arlo is loyal and a guard-type character towards his friends, going as far as to fight anyone who bothers those close to him.

He can be known as a curious guy, more often during dangerous activities. Arlo seeks out many outcomes for the same situation, from safe to horrible choices. He is fascinated with the world itself, extremely curious, with a constant feeling that there is not enough time to experience everything he wants to see. Deriving from the outcomes, he can easily adapti to any  circumstances. He can learn quickly, but is indecisive. He had difficulty making major decisions to slightly minor decisions such as right or left or here or here for restaurants. For his emotions, he is expressive, witty, charmingly shy at first, ready for fun, and excitingly communicable.
