Hinata's P.O.V

I stared down at my phone as Leo drove Ray's red Corvette downtown, his eyes ever once and awhile turning towards me.

He cleared his throat. "So, what's the address to this, coffee shop?" He asked curiously and I hummed, staring down at the text messages that Kiba sent me.

Earlier when we were talking on the phone together, I gave him my phone number, just to tell me the exact information he's telling me now.

I pursed my lips. "Um, it's right here. We're going, the right way." I said and moved the phone up to his direction, his eyes switching back and forth to eye my phone and the road, his head nodding.

"Ooh, I know where that place is. I went there once or twice with Naruto and the other guys." He commented which brought a smile to my face.

I brought my phone down once more but kept my eyes on him, his eyes staring out onto the road in front of him now.

I eyed him for some time, just taking in his handsome form, his auburn hair falling over and slighty covering his pretty green eyes.

I smiled, something coming to mind. "Leo, um.. I hope you don't mind me asking but.. How long, have you known, Naruto?" I asked curiously and little nervous since he was, a criminal and all.

At the sound of my nervous tone, he chuckled, patting the steering wheel amusingly. "There's really no need to be so nervous, Hinata. We're all family here and I swore to never, repeat the past... Ever again."

He declared with a confident nod, my smile brightening in joy at that.

Wow.. It's such a relief to hear him say that.

He then sighed, reigning himself back in to think, his eyes still trained on the road before him. "And.. About Naruto. We've, been through so much together. We've walked through literal hell. When he finally, created his gang up, we were only teenagers. So.. I've known him ever since then and a little before thay. I was about.. sixteen. Now I'm, thirty-four. Do the math, hun." He explained greatly with a smug grin on his face, his eyes watching as my eyes widen, my mind quickly doing the math.

No, way.

He's known Naruto for... eighteen years, including the times he's been to prison.

That's, insane.

I looked down at my lap and kept the same surprised look on my face, my ears picking up Leo's laughing.

I giggled myself until I felt a slight bump, my eyes switching upward to see a brown building with a coffee logo on it, a couple of cars parked here and there.

I watched outside as Leo drove up in the back of the parking lot, he soon putting the car in park.

I looked towards the front entrance which was a couple of few feet away, my eyes narrowing at that.

I turned towards, a pout on my face from the wide distance. "Leo.. Why?" I asked, folding my arms in front of my chest.

He blinked at me, soon tilting his head, clearly confused. "Why what?" He asked and looked out the window, my eyebrows furrowing at his dumb question.

I groaned, in frustration. "Why did you have to park the car all the way back here? There's plenty of parks up front. That's a long walk." I snapped with a pouy but he simply waved me off, winking slyly towards my way.

"Because, little Hinata. I'm staying back here and keeping an eye out. It'll make me very noticable if I were at the front. But this is for you. Have fun, sweetheart.." He said playfully with the same smug grin on which I groaned, placing my hand on the door.

"Fine. This, shouldn't take long anyway." I said with a sigh, he nodding at that.

I nodded too and pushed myself out of the car and soon slammed the door back closed.

I looked towards the coffee shop and sighed, adjusting my purse on my shoulder.

Well, here goes.

I smiled, taking a glance back at Leo who nodded back at me, winking which brought confidence to my heart..

Yeah.. I can do this.

I sighed and started to walk forward, my heels clicking and clacking against the concrete ground.

I watched all sides of me for any cars, my eyes then switching to the shop in front of me, not noticing, the two pairs of eyes that stared at me intently from behind.

I blew out a sigh and hurried in, a little bell ringing at the top of the door which made me gasp, a blush staining my cheeks.

Oh wow.. That bell.. brought back so many memories...

I sighed at that but a young lady soon interrupted me..

"Welcome miss. Sit anywhere you like."

An employee said loudly, my eyes switching towards her who stood behind a white bar, a smile on her bronze colored face.

I smiled back at her but looked around, until I heard loud yelling to my left, which made me look towards the direction.

"Hinata! Hey!"

Kiba shouted which brought a huge smile to my face, my eyes brightteing at seeing my friend again. "Aww, Kiba hey." I greeted back and quickly made my way towards him, he sitting on a high up stool in front of a table.

He smiled at the sight of me, eyeing me as I climbed onto the stool too, to match his level.

I placed my purse down on the table in front of us and smiled at him, quickly eyeing his appearance.

His brown hair was spiky and unkempt as usual, he still wearing the same playful smile.

He then wore a simple V neck white shirt with blue ripped jeans, black converses to match. "Damn Hinata. You look gorgeous, as usual." He complimented on which I smiled, nodding slowly, not knowing how to take that compliment.

"Thanks, Kiba. So.. how's it been going with, work?" I asked, to start it all off and he cleared his throat, his eyes suddenly straying away from me hesitantly.

I tilted my head at his behavior, but before I could question him on it, the lady from before came over with two mini menus, she politely placing it down.

She smiled, at the both of us, our conversation coming to a stand still. "Hi. My name's Ash, and I'll be your server. What coffee would you like to try today?" She asked politely and pointed at the menu in front of us, my eyes turning down at it.

A cup of hot steaming coffee in a perfect white mug was pictured on the first page, Kiba humming in delight at it.

But he turned to Ash and smiled brightly. "Um, Sorry miss. But can you give us a few minutes to decide first? I'm totally stumped." He said amusingly which made me giggle, my hands opening the menu wide.

The first paged revealed the basics, my eyes scanning through them intently.

Ash nodded and smiled at the two of us, letting us be. "Sure thing. Just let me know when you're ready. I'll gladly take your orders anytime." She said politely which brought a smile to my face.

I moved my eyes up to hers and nodded, her fave lighting up at the sight of my smile. "Oh course. Thanks." I said back and she smiled, turning and soon leaving us two alone, altogether.

Kiba smiled and turned to his menu, picking it up and opening it right away.

I paid attention at him as he just looked through it, my eyes catching something, off about him.

His fists were bruised a bit, as if he were doing a lot of work on them.

Which, was a little odd with him working at the hospital and all..

Hmm..

I shook my head at my curious thoughts and looked back down at my menu, just deciding to dismiss it alogether.

It's rude to ask questions like that so suddenly. I'll just, keep it to myself.

I looked through my menu quietly, my lavender eyes scanning one particular type of coffee.

The ristretto looks good...

An soluable flavored expresso..

God.. I haven't had coffee in a while so.. That surely would hit the spot.

I nodded and looked up but spotted Kiba staring at me, his brown eyes narrowed.

I gasped at that and placed my menu down, smiling sheepishly at him. "What's wrong? Is, something the matter?" I asked politely on which he shrugged, pointing at the expensive ring on my finger.

He tilted his head at th sight of it. "That's pretty. I wonder how you got it. Women don't just go spending their money on expensive rings." He said rather bluntly which made my body run cold, my eyes blinking rapidly.

Oh no.

Why, is he acting this way?

Does, he know something?

I gulped at that thought but smiled, quickly making up a lie. "Oh, it was nothing but a gift." I stated softly and he nodded slowly, a hidden message present behind those brown orbs of his.

He huffed. "Well, its new." He commented once more on which I nodded, turning back to my menu.

I looked at my menu nervously, a sudden bad vibe in the air which slowly made me uncomfortable.

Just.. a little more time and it'll all be over.

I blew out a deep breath at that, calming my nerves.

Kiba sighed, noticing my uncomfortable state and shook his head, taking his hand to the back of his head on which he rubbed. "I'm sorry, Hinata. You know me... I'm so, the jealous type. Sorry..." He apologized softly on which I looked at him again, my chest falling in relief.

Oh thank goodness. He scared me for a second there.

I smiled and shook my head, reaching out to pat his hand, to comfort and reassure him. "It's okay, Kiba. Let's, talk about something else instead." I offered and he nodded, a small smile present on his face.

"Sure thing Hinata... So, how's your kid?" He asked warmly on which I smiled, turning to eye the peaceful, beautiful scenery of the place.

I hummed, thinking back to Noah and who's he with right now.

The person I was trying to keep hidden, from Kiba..

I sighed. "Well, he's fine. He's just having trouble at school with some bullies but.. Other then that, he's doing well." I lied softly to sway his mind which made Kiba frown, he smacking his lips.

"Damn. Bullies are a major turnoff for school. I, should know anyway." He spat with a shake of his head which made my eyes widen.

I placed my menu down and gasped, my face slowly twisting up in worry. "You, were bullied? Oh no, Kiba." I whispered out sadly on which he shrugged, patting his hair down softly.

"It's fine, Hinata. It happens." He simply said and then turned to Ash who was behind the bar of the coffee machines, his eyes directed on her now.

"Hey Ash! We're ready now!" Kiba yelled out, to get her attention which was a success, Ash smiling and making her way over immediately.

"Alrighty. What may I get you two?" She asked and Kiba smiled, looking towards me.

He nodded, with a smirk. "Ladies first." He offered politely and I smiled, turning to Ash.

I looked back at my menu, before ordering. "May I get the ristretto, please. With extra sugar? Thank you, ma'am." I quickly ordered politely on which she nodded, writing it all down.

She then turned to Kiba and he ordered, right away. "And I'll, get a cappuccino. And add a little more chocolate would ya?" He said and she giggled, adding it to her list.

"Alright you two. Your coffee beverages are coming right up." She said and grabbed the menus from us and left to the back, to prepare our beverages.

I watched her go but a tap to my arm caught me off guard. I instantly jumped in my seat which made Kiba laugh, my eyes widening by the action.

"Kiba don't, do that." I whispered out shakily and he waved his hand, eyeing me with an raised eyebrow.

He pouted at me. "Aww.. Why so jumpy? You weren't like that before. Something happen?" He asked curiously which made my eyebrow rise up, my shoulders tensing a bit.

I shook my head and bit my lip, my mind thinking back, to the darker side, of Naruto...

He's, the reason why I'm so jumpy. My body and mind is still terrified from before.

Even though everything's back to normal now. It still haunts my mind.

Kiba stared back at me and frowned at my silence, cursing under his breath. "So.. you're just not going to tell me? Why do you keep secrets from me? I'm, your friend. I'll understand..." He whispered out pleadingly and stared at me with narrowed eyes, my eyes widening...

Woah.. This, is surely different.

Kiba's acting strange. He has to know at least something, to be so persistent like this.

I shook my head at and smiled at him, trying desperately to reassure him. "I'm not hiding anything, Kiba. Why would you even think that?" I asked sweetly but that, only seemed to worsen the flame, a growl slipping from his mouth.

Suddenly, with one harden fist, he slamed it down into the table, which made me immediately jump.

He glared, daggers at me, my eyes widening by the sight of them directed towards me in such a way. "You're, lying. You lied to me Hinata. He's out.. Naruto's out. I know it. Why didn't you want to tell me? Were you afraid that I would interfere with whatever shit you got going on? Does he hurt you, huh? Is that why you didn't want to tell me?" He growled out angrily, completely snapping which made my breath quicken, my heart pumping wildly.

How?

How does he know the things he know?

I never told him before and there's no way he could've possibly have found out.

That's my business and my business alone...

Something's, not right here.

I shook my head and looked around, a couple of people staring at us in shock. "Shh.. Keep it down, Kiba. You're completely causing a scene." I whispered out and he sighed, leaning away from me, his eyes saddening.

"Fine.." He whispered and I sighed, nodding at his behavior.

That's why.. He's my friend.

He knows my boundaries and he knows when to back off... I know it's wrong of me to keep secrets from him but.. I would rather not bring my drama into our friendship.

It's not healthy.

I frowned and reached out for his hands, my fingers patting his reassuringly. "Yes, I know it was wrong of me to keep Naruto away from you, Kiba. I just, didn't want to bring my drama filled life into what friendship we have together. I didn't want to bring you to any danger. I wanted you safe, okay." I said softly and smiled, a gasp escaping his lips.

His eyes were widen and a blush, slowly formed on his cheeks, my words reaching deeply inside of him.

His eyes then, started to water and he sniffed, his facial expression now confusing me.

He seems.. hurt.. Like he regrets something.

But again, before I could question him on it, Ash came over with our cups of coffee, placing them down one by one. "Alright. A Ristretto with cream and extra sugar. And a Cappuccino with extra chocolate." She declared and quickly gave the hot mugs to us, a smile appearing on our faces.

"Thank you ma'am." I said kindly and grabbed the extra sugar packets she gave me and quickly applied them to my coffee, also adding creme while Kiba sipped from his.

Ash smiled at us but then turned and left us, to enjoy our drinks.

I smiled as I quickly added what I needed to my drink, dumping the sugar that packet held in and scooping the creme inside as well.

Once I was done, I grabbed a spoon that was offered to me beside my cup, picking it up and hovering it over my coffee.

I then, placed it inside and began to mix the contents in my heavy scented beverage, so the ingredients could mix.

I sighed and glanced up at Kiba and saw him sipping away at his mug, his eyes averted from me.

I frowned at that but finally picked up my mug and took a sip, sighing in bliss as the warm creamy liquid filled up my mouth, heightening my senses.

I groaned, taking another sip. "Ahh, that hit the spot." I whispered out in bliss and looked back up at Kiba.

But my heart suddenly dropped as I caught sight of the look, he gave me, suddenly a large hand coming and wrapping itself around my neck from behind, another hand grabbing my coffee from me.

"Tsk.. You're such a fuck up, Kiba."

A familiar voice spoke in complete disapproval behind me which instantly made my eyes water, my head slowly turning to see two men staring back at me with lust filled eyes, my eyes widening.

One of the men, wasn't at all familiar to me but... the other one..

I gasped and went to yell out but Menma placed a hand over my mouth, pressing his lips on my face which made me sob. "Shh, sweetheart. We knew we would get you eventually. Should've stayed home. Not everyone is your friend, whore." He whispered and licked my cheek nastily making me whimper loudly, my eyes staring back at Kiba in disbelief, my chest heaving tremoundsly.

I shook my head, my mind extremly blown at the moment. "N-No. Why?" I whispered out to him but he only shook his head, his face dejected and completely hurt.

He whimoered, completely looking away from me. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Hinata.." He whispered out, my whole world crushed.

No.. Oh no..

I can't believe this is happening.

I was set up. This is all a plan for Menma to kidnap me from Naruto...

Oh god.. How?

How does Kiba even know Menma?

What is going on?

I cried from where I sat, my heart breaking from Kiba betraying me.

I thought we were friends..

I know I kept the secrets but.. This, doesn't cut it at all.

Friends don't do this.

Menma chuckled and then patted the grey haired man beside him and whispered something to him on which he immediately nodded.

And with that, he pulled out a hidden handgun and started to fire it off inside of the cafe making people scream, innocent people falling dead from the gunshots he fired off at them.

The method he using is to kill all witnesses... So the police cannot, be involved.

I closed my eyes tightly but slowly reached down into my pocket for my gun, my body trembling.

If I can at least shoot at them, to wound them.. I can get away..

I can, warn Naruto...

He can protect me...

But before I could get it, Menma pulled me out of my chair and threw me over his back, my eyes widening.

I quickly grabbed ahold of my purse on my chair and held it close, his angry dark eyes staring up into Kiba's.

"Now you, get the fuck up and go start the car. I'll have to deal with you later, motherfucker." Menma snapped, his eyes narrowed in anger.

He clearly pissed..

Kiba nodded anyway and stood up, quickly passing him to the exit, Menma holding me tightly to his shoulder.

He then chuckled at me and rubbed my covered thigh through my jumpsuit making me squeak, my legs kicking which was no use.

"Mmm.. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time.. We're gonna, have fun with you. And only then, that son of a bitch, will show, his face..."

Leo's P.O.V

I hummed and bobbed my head to the rap music that filled up the car, the speakers bumping.

I mouthed the words and stared outside, occasionally looking in the back of me. Damn, its taking Hinata a long time to chat and just drink some measly coffee.

It's been 40 minutes already.

It shouldn't take that long, should it?

I sighed and laid back into my seat and looked up, licking my lips in boredom.

Damn.. I'm fucking bored.

What to do...

As if on cue, my eyes suddenly met the building in front of me, my mouth dropping at what was going on.

Menma ran out of the shop with a screaming Hinata on his back, another man shooting a gun through the door behind him.

"Holy shit!" I yelled and grabbed my gun quickly from my pocket and pushed the car door open, not bothering to close it.

I ran quickly up to the car they were taking her to, her screams and pleads loud for everyone to hear.

"Please, stop. Help!" She yelled out loudly, gunshots fired off loudly behind them.

Menma cursed loudly at her and quickly made it to a black vehicle a few feet away from the front of the coffee shop, their commotion loud and abrupt.

I cursed and quickly aimed my gun up at Menma, carefully shooting my gun, twice.

My bulleys purposely side swiped him, his eyes flashing towards him. "Fuck, should've known." He hissed out and took his gun out, aiming it out towards me as he stood in front of his designated car.

I gasped and quickly moved, the bullet whipping passed me.

I growled following his growl, our eyes narrowing. "You asshole. You, let her go. You'll pay for it. This will only piss Naruto off! You know what he can do when he's angry!" I shouted out as a warning but he simply chuckled, another male running up beside him now, my eyes widening at his oddly familiar appearance.

He looked towards Menma and Hinata and then towards me, his eyebrows furrowing.

But the longer he looked at me, realization dawned on him and he snarled. "Oh, I remember this guy. Fuck, he's a fucking problem." He hissed out and Menma snickered, Hinata eyeing me pleadingly.

I stared at her in worry, my whole body trembling.

I was scared, for her..

I didn't want this for her..

Not tonight.. Not ever..

Suddenly, she mouthed..

"Just go. Warn the others..."

Those words, she mouthed, broke my heart.

No way am I leaving her with them. I'm going to stay here and defend her.. Even if it kills me.

I shook my head at her and quickly, mouthed back..

"I'm staying.. It's too dangerous to leave you here."

By those words she read from my lips, made her frown, her eyes watering up.

But... suddenly an idea popped into my head.. And idea that might buy us some time to get us out of all of this...

I looked back at the men who was still chatting away stupidly, my eyes shifting up to Hinata's scared and worried ones.

I nodded, my eyes serious.

"Get your gun and shoot it at the other guy.."

I mouthed and nodded towards the grey haired male, Hinata's eyes widening by my silent order.

She nodded right away and slowly moved her hand in her pocket, her body trembling over Menma's arm.

Menma nodded. "He's one of Naruto's henchmen. Of course he's difficult to put down... So.. You, deal with him..." He ordered and nodded at him on which he grinned, his head turning towards me making me snarl.

I threw my hands up in irritation, my body ready to pounce on the motherfucker in front of mr. 'What the fuck do you want, bitch? You back for round two?" I yelled out loudly, trying to distract him as Hinata pulled out her gun, her hand slowly pulling it down towards the man's chest, his eyes still on me.

He growled, his eyes narrowed, he clearly bothered by my confidence. "What you say, motherfucker? I think we need a rematch. Last time, you were lucky. Well this time, won't be like last time... Bitch!" He yelled on which I growled, quickly running up towards him, at the same time Hinata, pulled the trigger to her gun, shooting him on the side of his waist making him scream, his body falling over, the action catching everyone by surprise.

Menma growled angrily at that and quickly threw Hinata down, kicking the gun out of her hands making her scream.

I growled at that and quickly ran up, pointing my gun up at him

I cocked it once more and was just about to shoot Menma in the head to get it over with but he quickly aimed his gun up at me and shot me, without hesitation.

Hinata screamed out loudly and sobbed, her body springing upward towards me but Menma grabbed her waist, bringing her back towards his body.

He shushed her. "This, is what happens when you don't give in the first time. Now come..." He whispered by her head and forced her up, a yelp spilling out of her lips.

I groaned and stared down at the bloody hole in my side, my eyes widening in pain.

Damn...How the fuck?

My mind was blank as I tried to make the situation more clear.

Shit...

Fuck.. I've been shot..

I groaned even louer in pain as I felt a sharp pain arise, my feet buckling under me causing me to fall down, Menma's laughs echoing out loudly...

"Ahh, such a shame. This wouldn't, have happened, if she would've just came alone. But it doesn't matter.. This, is better. But anyway, if you make it out alive. Tell Naruto, to bring his ass. I want to witness, his defeat. I want to see his face as I, be the one to take everything he holds dear.. And this time, there's no reset button. So, goodbye.. For now, bastard." He spat in amusement and with that, he grabbed Hinata and opened the backseat door, soon throwing her in.

I cursed under my breath as my body stiffened under the pain of my wound, my eyes rolling.

Oh no.

Fuck, fuck, fuck.

They still, got Hinata.. Dammit, I knew something like this would happen but...

Everything went wrong so fast.

I should've turned my music down..I should've been more alert..

Then I could've heard the gunshots. I would have reacted faster...

But.. fuck.

I watched through hooded eyes as Menma helped up the other guy Hinata shot, his groans echoing all the way to my ears.

I looked towards the car and saw Hinata banging harshly against the window, her eyes set on me. "Leo! Leo! Oh my gosh!" She screamed over and over again, tears flooding her cheeks.

I shook my head and grabbed my jacket, sitting up slowly with a groan.

I pulled it down my arms slowly and quickly and precisely tied it around my wound, adding pressure to it.

I shook my head and shushed her, soon mouthing silently to her.

"T-Text Naruto.. Now.."

I nodded and she nodded, taking her phone out and texting him right away, Menma and the other guy approaching the car now, leaving me alone.. To bleed out..

Naruto's P.O.V

I sighed as I eyed Noah running up the trail towards me, his eyes hooded and his speed a little slow.

I growled at that and clapped my hands, encouraging him to push it further. "Come on, Noah. You can do it!" I yelled out encouragingly and he panted, finally making it up to me but, he collapsed, in the process, making me gasp.

I quickly caught him before he fell down onto the concrete floor, my eyes staring down at hin worriedly.

My eyebrows furrowed. "Noah. Are you okay?" I asked softlu as I eyed his sweaty face, his eyes threatening to close.

But, he smiled and glanced up at me warmly. "No.. I-I'm fine, dad." He whispered out but closed his eyes, giving into the sleep he so longed for.

I chuckled at that and picked him up bridal style and smiled, looking down the trail in front of me.

I noticed we were close to a resting spot, a huge river presented in the back of it, giving the place a nice scenery to look at.

Three picnic tables were placed on a grassy platform, a smile forming on my lips.

That, should be a great place to rest some..

I nodded and with that, I walked forward, towards the picnic area to take a little break. We have been going at it for some hours now.

Even I'm, exhausted.

I kept walking along until the little area appeared before us, my eyes scanning the two tables in curiosity.

The other picnic tables were takened by two girls, a man sitting at the end of another one, panting.

I smiled and walked towards the third one, loving the way the river was behind it.

It gives the area a nice view.

I smiled and quickly sat down and placed Noah flat down on the seat beside me, my eyes staring at him sadly.

I guess when he wakes.. we'll leave. I gotta get back to the others..

Back to Hinata.

On second thought..

I grabbed my phone out of my shorts pocket and unlocked it, noticing four unread messages from Hinata were there.

I smiled at that and my heart quickening.

Damn, she can just make my day, anyday. I guess it's time for me to check up on her..

I went into her messages and read them silently, my eyes scanning left to right quickly.

But, what I read made my heart drop, my eyes darkening and my teeth baring...

💜Baby💜- Naruto, please, please get this! I need your help..

💜Baby💜- Leo's hurt... Please, I need you..

💜Baby💜- Please Naruto. I went out of the house with Leo. I knew I shouldn't have but I was going out with a friend. But.. I was set up. Menma has me!!

I'm sorry.. I'm really sorry, baby. But please get here fast!! Leo's been shot. He's bleeding out..

I growled and quickly texted her back, my right leg jumping up and down in rage.

Holy fuck. No way.

She went behind my back without me knowing.. She, betrayed me..

I told her precisely to stay.. Even Leo, knew this. But, he allowed her to go anyway.

This is the exact same shit I was talking about.

I know, Menma.. He's as manipulative as me.

I sniffed back my angry tears and typed out my heart, my eyes watering...

I swallowed quickly, sending the long text and hopped up, sliding my arms around Noah's body and picking him up immediately, bridal style.

I looked down at his peaceful face and sighed, somehow containing all of the pent up rage and bloodlust in my body.. "Time to go buddy. Mommies, in trouble. Which means..
